*Solstice was in full swing, a few matches had come and gone and the crowd was buzzing, waiting for the next contest to take place. However before that would happen “Hammer Smashed Face” began to play over the PA system in the Thomas & Mack Center announcing the arrival of the former Pure champion. After a moment, Kayn walked out on to the stage to the cheers of the crowd, he stood for a moment before making his way to the ring.*

Buzz: ”I’m surprised that this guy would show his face, after the beating Magnus gave him to take the Pure title away from him.”

Mike: ”That was a hell of a match partner and Kayn said he would not be challenging for a rematch.”

Buzz: ”Because he knows Magnus would beat him again from pillar to post. This guy is a coward, plain and simple.”

*Kayn had reached ringside and walked around the ring to get a mic from the ring announcer, giving fans some high fives as he made his way over. Once he got the mic, Kayn slid under the ropes into the ring. As his music faded, the crowd came alive with chants for him. He paused for a moment then raised the mic and began to speak.*

“Ladies and gentlemen, as you can tell I am no longer the Pure champion.”

*The crowd booed as Kayn made that statement.*

Buzz: ”I knew he was going to come out here and cry about it.”

*Kayn raised the mic again and continued.*

“But that doesn’t mean I’m not going to still come out here and give you all some of the best matches you’ve ever seen.”

*The crowd cheered as Kayn lowered his mic for a moment.*

Mike: ”It doesn’t sound like he’s going to cry over anything partner.”

*As the crowd continued to cheer for the fan favorite, Kayn raised the mic again and spoke.*

“For about five months, I held the Pure title and defended it every chance I got. Since the beginning of this season I’ve been on an incredible winning streak and then on the last episode of Takedown both of those came to an end. Now while most people would look at it as a break in the armor, I see it as being human. I, just like all the other guys in the back, are human. Sometimes we have good days, sometimes we have bad days. Magnus, you caught me on a bad day, but like I said I decided to not invoke my rematch clause because I had a hell of a run as the Pure champ, it’s now someone else’s turn to carve themselves a piece of history. Now with that being said since I have no title to defend tonight, that means that my dance card is empty, so I’m throwing out an open challenge to any of the guys in the back. Who wants to try to make a name for themselves tonight?”

*Kayn lowered his mic and waited for a challenger to step up.*

Crowd instantly boos, as XWA's resident fitness guru appears riding his segway, chuckling at Kayn, he gets in the ring and speaks at Kayn via headphone.

You giving us the best matches ever? Shame on you Kayn, not only you proved to everyone that you were the worst Pure champion ever, but the fact is, that you need to thank me.

Emil smiles and keeps talking

You see people, Kayn here uses all of my products, and he bought a heavy stake of them before winning his shiny belt, oh yeah, he bought familiar packs, half-packs, season-packs, all packs. They made him meaner, tougher and stronger.

Unfortunately, they didn't helped his ehm... lack of intelligence and wrestling skills, 'cause Kayn, honestly... All your title defenses were upsets, flukes, dumb luck, or simply that God likes you...

But now that you lost, and to disgrace the belt even more, you lost to a filthy German immigrant, that if it wasn't because of the good U.S of A, Europe would be nothing but a German colony.

And after ashaming your country like this, you have the guts to come out here, showing us your loser face, wearing this stinky loser stench? All the fat slobs in the crowd can clap like happy seals all they want Kayn, I am not clapping, I am the fittest of XWA, and soon I'll be the one wearing the Pure title and not giving you any title shot!

Emil laughs obnoxiously... Jeez Obnoxious was Emil's second name

*Kayn arched his eyebrow as Emil made some pretty outrageous claims. After Emil’s tirade, Kayn raised his mic and spoke.*

“I should be thanking you? I need to know, what color is the sky in that little world of yours? If anything you should thank me for giving you a chance to even compete for the Pure title, and say what you will about Magnus, but he’s a competitor and he gave me more of a match than you could ever dream of.”

*Cheers erupted from the crowd as Kayn continued.*

“Emil, you say my title defenses were flukes? All ten of them? Come one now, not even you can be that clueless. I think here is the problem, you see someone like me, a fan favorite, and it bothers you that you couldn’t even dream of the success that I’ve been fortunate enough to have had in this company thus far. I’m one of the pillars of this company, and if eats you alive on the inside to know that no matter what, you could never be in my shoes even if I took them off and handed them to you. So you need to attempt to talk down to people, even though on a weekly basis you get your hide handed to you. I’ve faced you for the Pure title before, that was my type of match. So I’ll tell you what, since I don’t have the Pure title anymore that means I am open to compete in any match, so how about I let you choose a match and tonight I whoop you once again so then you have nothing to cry about when I beat you again.”

*The crowd exploded as Kayn laid out a challenge to the ever cocky Emil. Kayn waited for a reply*

Emil laughs as always, before answering back

Ooh, you are throwing poisoned darts now Kayn? Too bad none of them actually hit Marcus! But I like this idea of me choosing the match, look Kayn, I won't go under elaborated schemes just to see you facing the lights, I'll go with a Cheeseburger Match!

Cheeseburger match? Sounds nutritious

And Emil constantly boasts about his healthy diets? Cheeseburgers don't seem healthy to me

Emil says that with just one cheeseburger, you are ok, you are nutritionally ok, but this fans, disobey him and swallow 20 cheeseburgers in one sitting.

Emil keeps explaining his plot

You see Kayn, just as I think this fans are fat and pathetic, I pretty much think the same about you... That's why I came up with this idea, a match I am sure I'll win. The stipulations are simple, so you can understand Kayn, I win, you eat 20 cheeseburgers in one sitting, and if, only if the hypotetical case that I lose... I'll... I'll... I'll eat those twenty cheeseburgers!!!

*Kayn thought he had heard them all, but a cheeseburger match? This was something that not even he could imagine. Kayn stood for a moment as a smile crept over his face. He raised his mic and responded.*

"If that's what you want, then that's what you'll get."

*The crowd cheered as Kayn accepted Emil's stipulations.*

Mike: "A cheeseburger match? Man, Emil is really stretching here."

Buzz: "Of course he's stretching Roach, he's the fitness guru. He has to stay in top physical shape."

Mike: "I didn't mean that kind of.... oh, nevermind."

*Kayn smirked as he looked at Emil.*

"I'll make sure you get extra napkins to help clean your face from all those burgers you'll be shoving down your throat."

*The crowd cheered for Kayn as he lowered his mic and turned to return the mic back to the ring announcer, however right after Kayn turned his back towards Emil....*

but you can never turn your back on someone as coward, treacherous and vile like Emil Edwards. Emil swing his barbell filled sportsbag and eventually struck Kayn's head this time!!! The fans were in shock seeing their hero fall on his knees as Emil was dancing around doing squats and celebrating, the fans were outraged and boo'd

Oh ex-champ you are just facing the lights again! Kayn, it's really bad that someone so dumb becomes a champ! Besides if you were as good as you claim to be, you'd have predicted I had something in mind! Haha!

Emil turns his back on Kayn as he starts strutting and dancing, unaware that Kayn hasn't been taken out completely

*The shot from the duffel bag did make Kayn drop to his knees, but it would take more than that to lay him out. As Kayn realized what happened, his face told the story. Kayn slowly rose to his feet to the cheers from the crowd as Emil continued to celebrate, probably thinking the cheers were for him. Once he was back on his feet, Kayn turned and slowly walked towards Emil. Kayn stopped just a few feet behind Emil, who still had no clue Kayn was not knocked out. In his celebrating Emil took a step or two back, which ran him into Kayn. He paused and slowly turned to see an extremely angry man. Kayn grabbed Emil by the shirt and lifted him off his feet, which made the crowd go berserk with cheers for Kayn. Just as it seemed Kayn was about to throw Emil into the fourth row of the crowd…*

He... He... Hey Kayn! ;D

Emil scared shitless waved at Kayn, who was about to make Emil Edwards puree in the ring, but suddenly, out of nowhere, Emil fought his way out of the t-shirt, thus releasing himself of the clutch.

Emil ran faster than Usain Bolt to get into his segway, Emil faster than lighting rode his segway onto the stage, once there and very away from Kayn, he followed to taunt him

You won't have the chance to powerbomb me before the match again you twerp! I am smarter than you, fitter than you and tonight I'll be the victor more than the victim! Remember my words Kayn, you'll need them when you are swallowing cheeseburgers!

The crowd boos as Emil leaves... (or bursts out to be more exact) of the scene, Kayn is left there with his fitness shirt after being struck with the most treacherous shot ever seen in XWA

*As Kayn stood in the ring with Emil's shirt in his hand, his music started to play over the PA system. Kayn put his hand on the back of his head to check to make sure he wasn't bleeding, which he wasn't, he then took a look at the shirt in his hand and decided to tear it to pieces. The crowd cheered with approval as Kayn took the pieces of shirt and threw them out of the ring. Kayn then climbed out of the ring and headed up the ramp, giving a few high fives to the fans.*

Mike: "Wow, what a cowardly attack by Emil. If he were smart, he'd ride that segway out of Nevada and find a nice place to hide. Kayn looks like he's out for blood."

Buzz: "He got what he deserved Roach! Last time Emil and Kayn were in the ring, Kayn attacked him before the match, what's fair is fair."

Mike: "You've gotta be kidding Buzz. I think all that free booze from the casinos has affected your memory."

*Kayn stood on the stage and looked out to the fans one last time, giving them a smile before heading to the backstage area.*
