Michelle Marx stands in the ring following a break, the Onyx Title draped over her shoulder.

Travis: There stands one of the most impressive female specimens in wrestling. Michelle Marx has found her game as of late, hasn't she?

Lucy: She's got size, skill, and a bonafide mean streak. I 100% agree that she's put it all together, and might have a monopoly on that Onyx Title for a long time. Add with that the company she keeps, and it's no wonder why she's the pride of The Black Diamonds.

Michelle brings her mic to her lips and speaks.

What does a gal have to do to get a decent fight around here, eh? Seriously...what? Maybe you fans have an answer. Or...maybe Travis and Lucy over there have an answer. Because it's obvious that none of the little girls backstage have one. Since winning this title, defeating our new #1 contender in the process, I've faced and shut up a pair of big mouths who do more talking then fighting. That scrawny little tramp Kim Angelos though she was slick, but I ended up grinding her Canadian ass into paste. And then came Anjelyka at ID08. She's supposed to be sooooooooooooooo great. Such a tough chick. Such a world class athlete. So if she's so tough, someone tell me why she forgot to show up for the match? I'm all for a gal doing her "job" *giggles*, but I beat her ass like a drum. It took a month for someone to step up and challenge me, seeing as all the girl scouts of XWA were scared stiff to get in the ring with me, and the two I got were less then up to par. So again I ask, who's got an answer for me?

Michelle smirks at the crowd as they shower her with boos.

Travis: I get the feeling she's not to impressed with the talent pool, eh?

Lucy: Ya' think?

I already know what the answer is. NO ONE!!! You're looking at the most dominant Diamond on roster. Jamie Fury's got the nerve to call herself "The Diamond Dominator"? Not a damn chance. I had the market cornered in that department long before you even set foot in this company. So who's it gonna be now, huh? Who's going to come down to the ring, mouth off about how great they are, and get there ass beat handily by me tonight? Who???

As Michelle lowers her mic, a certain Diamond's entrance theme hits the PA...

Lucy: Looks like she won't have to wait long for that answer!

That Diamond, was none other the Anjelyka. She steps into the arena, and the crowd explodes with a rawkus cheer. She remains at the set with a mic of her own, and quickly responds to the brash words of Michelle.

I'll give you some credit, Michelle. You're as good as advertised. Better then advertised even. But aren't we getting ahead of ourselves, sweety? Most dominant Diamond on roster? Last I checked that title still belonged to one Ashley Diamond. But, I guess it makes sense. You did beat the only woman to beat Ashley one on one this year, so there could be some truth to it. Or...you could have just gotten lucky. You see Michelle, I live on the premise that anyone can beat anyone else on any given night. No one is unstoppable, and that pretty much includes me. As you demonstrated at ID08. But now look at you? Patting yourself on the back because you've defended that title two times. Good job. Really...someone should give you a Michy-snak for such an accomplishment. You gave me a nice little wake up call that night in MSG. I went into that match expecting a fight, and instead I got the worst beating I've had to date in XWA. But I've never been the kinda' gal to make excuses for myself. I lost. I got my ass handed to me on a plate. That night, you were the better wrestler. But it was "That Night", Michelle.

Tonight's a whole other story. Tonight's a whole other opportunity. And that's why I'm answering the call. Who's got an answer for you? I do. It's not about the title tonight, either. No no no, that can wait. It's about sending you a message that you're only as good as your skill makes you. You've defeated me once. Let's see if you have the cops to make it two in a row.

She grins slyly as she knew Michelle couldn't resist this kind of challenge.

Michelle responds with a perplexed amusement in her voice.

You wanna get in the ring with me again, after what I did to you the last time? You've got more guts the brains, that's for damn sure. You know what? *Hehheh* You're on. You are SO on. And this time, I'm gonna do my damnedest to make sure that you don't come back for a third helping. Hell, I'm so confident that I'm going to beat you within an inch of your life AGAIN that I'm going to give you your choice of what the match will be. Anything you want, cuz from where I stand, you need as much of an advantage you can get to beat me in a fight.

Michelle's over confidence was in full throw. She didn't take into account what Anjelyka might conjure up in her head...

Anjelyka grins from ear to ear at Michelle's response...

Oooooooooooooh...so unwise. I...get to choose whatever match it is I want? Let me clarify this...I get to choose any match under the sun for us to have tonight. Anything I can think of, correct?

Michelle answers back.

Did I stutter? ANY match you want. You pick it, and I'll beat you in it. Simple as that.

She waits for Anjelyka's decision.

Anjelyka shakes her head. Michelle was tough as nails, but not to sharp. The last thing you do is give a gal like Anjelyka THAT kind of power. She smiles and makes known what her choice is.

If that's the case, then tonight's match is going to be...














































































A ONE ON TAG MATCH!!! The one being YOU, and the tag being me...and CHLOE LOCKHEART!!!

The arena explodes in cheer.

Travis: Chloe Lockheart!!! It's been almost two months since we've seen her in action! This is HUGE!

Lucy: It looks like Michelle just stepped into it BIG time. Way to stack the deck, Anjelyka.

She stands with an evil grin on her face, knowing full well what Michelle's reaction would be.

Michelle practically freaks out.

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOA!!! Hold the damn phone. NO WAY am I wrestling a one on tag match. Not a chance. No sir, no way, no how. You've gotta be out of your damn mind if you think I'm getting in the ring with you AND Chloe Lockheart. No deal. Not happening.

Michelle was adamant about declining this match, but she was about to be told otherwise.

[Sarah Warfield]

Out to the set steps Sarah Warfield. The crowd roars as "The Commish" was about to lay down the law.

I hate to break it to you, Michelle. But you DID after all issue the challenge. You said Anjelyka here could have her pick of any...ANNNNNNNNNNY match she wanted tonight. And she made one hell of a choice. So tonight, it WILL be you, Michelle Marx, versus the team of Anjelyka and the returning Chloe Lockheart. But you're a big, strong girl, Michelle. You should be able to take care of yourself.

Sarah grins before looking to Anjelyka and giving her a wink. She then turns and heads backstage.

Anjelyka speaks a final response.

Don't sweat it, Michelle. I'll take it easy on you. But Chloe on the other hand, seeing as if I remember you two aren't exactly on the best of terms, might not be as friendly. See ya' later, Michy.

As her music cues over the PA, she smirks while looking down at a now much less enthusiastic Michelle.

Michelle stands with a scowl on her face. This wasn't at all how she planned the night to go, but it seemed that Anjelyka was a crafty one. The scene goes into the next segment soon after.
