Joe Beakman here, and I'm joined by the one and only Jimmy Ames and the STILL reigning XWA World Champion, Ethan Bain. Now fellas, tonight you two are booked in a match versus the former No. 1 contender Lionel Xander, and his long time Tag Team partner "The Enforcer" Chris Cage, better known to the wrestling world as "The New Wave". I've gotta ask you guy, you've gotta be a bit nervous. I mean, these are two men with a point to prove, and a pair of guys who've teamed with each other for years. Everyone knows that you two are childhood buddies and all, but you haven't teamed with each other since...well...since your XWA debut in 2007 versus Evan Fate and Sylas Styles, Bain.
Thank you, Captain Obvious. But I'll give props where it's due. The New Wave, Xander and Cage are without a doubt the most decorated Tag Team in XWA. More so then many of the tag teams that have been here longer. They've held gold in every company they've worked, and can easily be XWA Tag Team champs someday. That being said, Jimmy and I are competitors. We go out, and we lay it all on the line ever damn week. Whether we're favorites or not. And it's not everyday either of us go into a match an underdog. But that's what we are tonight. Or are we?
You see, I know for a fact that the Prison Break match took it's toll on Xander. Because I'm freakin' exhausted right now. But I'm a gamer. So worn out or not, I'm here. I'm geared, and I'm ready to roll. The last thing you'll ever see me or Jimbo here do is back down from a fight. Real Texans don't back down from anything.

Ethan here hit it on the nail, Joe. We don't back down. The word "quit" ain't in our vocabulary. What you're lookin' at right now ladies and gents, is the NOW of this business. Damn the future. Me and Ethan, we've been carvin' up the competition in XWA for a while now. And we're the two youngest guys on roster. So as good as we are, me havin' held two titles already, and Ethan here still bein' World champ after beating three, count em...THREE world class wrestlers...imagine how good we can still get? Scary, ain't it. You're lookin' at the Lebron James and Chris Paul of Pro Wrestling. We ain't even close to our prime yet, and we're at the top of this business. Xander and Cage need to take that into account tonight. We're out here to win. And we're gonna do just that, by any way we can.
Just then, they're joined by there foes for the evening, The New Wave.

Xander and Cage stand on the opposite side of Beakman, who takes a step back sensing that this powder keg of situation could explode at any moment. Xander grabs Beakman's arm, positioning the mic near him, and speaks.
1st off, congrats on barely being able to beat me, Bain. But a win's a win I guess. But here's what I don't get. The fact that a pair of chumps like you can have the success you've had. The fact that I haven't been able to find a way to solve either of you. Two times this year I've had title chances. Two. And how convenient, It was against the two of you. That urks me. Because I know damn well that I'm a better wrestler. I've got more wrestling skill in a fingernail then you have in your entire genetic CODES! You two must pick your 4 leaf clovers from the same tree that XXL and Adam Devlin do, because you're some of the luckiest bastards on Earth. Tonight, I make up the difference by beating both of your asses good and proper. Me and Chris here, we're the best at what we do. And you two? You get to be our next XWA guinea pigs. The New Wave is so far 2-0 in tag team matches this year. And we plan on adding a 3rd, tonight.

You know what I see when I look at you two jokers? A pair of guys who've made their careers on being in the right place at the right time. If you call that being "good", then I guess all that crap you two just spewed is true. But we don't see it that way. In fact, we don't see either of you even holdin' a candle to us tonight. Ask your buddy Finesse. When we're on, there isn't a damn person who can stop us. Damage Inc is taking no more guff. We're sick and tired of bein' stepped on. We're gonna handle you two, and Randy's gonna take care of Finesse. So if I were you boys, I'd bring a pad and paper tonight to take notes. Cuz class is about to be in session. New Wave 101.

That's real clever. You came up with that one yourself? WOW!!! It;s nice to see that you can come up with more then "Me no like you, CAGE SMASH!!!" *Heheheh* What I've noticed about your little trio? You talk to damn much. Sometimes you can actually back it up, but...eh...not really. You two may be the super hot shot Tag Team with years of experience and all. But if there's one thing that's been proven time and time again here in XWA, especially in 2008...it's that "On paper" means jack-crack-DIDIDLY SQUAT! On paper, you two have got a few years on us. A few more titles. Tons more experience. But that ain't stoppin' us from kickin' your asses from bow to stern. You boys wanna start somethin'? Fine. Cuz we aim to finish it.

X holds Cage back after Jimmy verbal jab at him, then quickly words a retort of his own.
You think this is about "Youth Vs. Experience"? HAAAAAAAAAAA!!! This is about good vs BETTER, Ames. And you two are good, I'll give you that. Good enough to best me on a few occasions. But I know for damn sure that you're not better then me. You're not better then either of us. And tonight, we hammer that fact home.
And if you thought you knew? You DON'T.
With a pat on Cage's shoulder, X turns and walks away from the interview area.

Bain hikes the World Title up on his shoulder and leaves the area.

Jimmy tips his hat to Joe, and leaves behind Ethan.Wow. An interview where I didn't get hit. 1st time for everything I guess.Jimmy returns with of all things...a pie? He collides it right into the face of Beakman.Let it be known, Joe Beakman LOVES pie. He can't get enough of it. If he could, he'd eat pie all day. THAT pie belongs to Destiny Knight. Enjoy Destiny's pie, Joe. Jimmy gives a cheeky thumbs up to the camera, and vanishes from the scene. As Joe wipes "Destiny's Pie" from his face, he takes a taste...Tastes like lemon.And so the scene ends.
