Backstage during Soul Survivor, Tommy Tryton storms into the "office" of XWA GM Rodolphe Gallas. He makes his intentions pretty clear.
There's no way in the HELL I'm gettin' left off of tonight's card, "Boss". And there's no way in the hell I'm gonna let that loss to the boyscout stick. I want Adam Devlin in a match. And I want it TONIGHT. I don't even give a damn what kinda match it is. I want my god damn payback. Simple as that.
Tommy waits for the reaction of the GM.

Gallas dismisses his personal aide from the room, so that he could deal with what seemed to be a pretty distraught Tommy Tryton.
So you want Adam Devlin in a match tonight, yes? Well 'zen, who am I to argue such a request. I'm in 'ze business of making memorable contests, and I don't see any reason why tonight should be any different. You want a match? Consider it done. As for 'ze...
Just as Gallas was about to continue, they're joined by the other charge in this endeavor, Adam Devlin.

Adam joins the fray, shooting a cold glance at Tryton. He speaks not to soon afterwards.
I think I've got a nice idea for what kinda match it should be, Mr. G. Since Tommy-Boy wants a fight tonight, I think I'll give him one. A 20 Minute one. Yea...that's right. An IRONMAN MATCH.
Adam smirks. The fans in the arena cheer as they continue to watch.
Unless of course that's a little to much for ya'. I wouldn't want you to chip a nail or something.
Adam waits for Tommy's response.

Now face to face with Devlin, Tommy replies.
No, no, no. That's fine by me. Because that in a nutshell means I get to beat your ass over...and over...and over...and OVER again. One after the other. I couldn't have asked for a better match. Looks like you're not a dense as I at 1st anticipated, Adam. Damn shame that after I'm done with you tonight, you'll also be half the man you were as well. Not saying you were much of a man to begin with.
Tommy laughs evilly as he waits for Devlin's reply.

Slapping him square in the face. Even Gallas was shocked in the out right aggression of Adam's action.
I'm more of a man then your chump ass will EVER be. See you in the ring, "Sweetheart".
Adam simply walks pass the still stunned Tryton out of the office.

Clutching his face, Tommy was infuriated. The camera focuses in on the look of pure hatred now in Tommy's eyes. It was clear that their rivalry was now taking a dramatic turn. Tonight, Tommy set out to not only even the score, but deliver a message.
