Bathory's "En Nomine Satanas" begins to play, signaling arrival of one of XWA's most hated men, Primo. Clad in his now signature white suit, The "Roman Crippler" steps into the arena met by a sea of boos from the fans. Undaunted, Primo continues down the walkway to the ring.
Tony: You'd think Primo would look a little more upset seeing as he and Van Der Sar lost at Overload last week. That can't be a good sign.
Willy: No kiddin'...
Primo enters the ring, and calls for a mic.
Last week, I made a grave error. A mistake I seldom make. I underestimated the skill of Romeo Davis. For weeks, he's become a thorn in the side of The Coalition. He's had his run of success at our expense, and that bothers me to no end. Romeo Davis, I acknowledge your talent as a wrestler. But that acknowledgment comes with a hefty price, my friend. That also makes you a THREAT. And ask the other men who I've considered threats. Ask men like your new friend Kris Cade, Brandon Payne and Chris Lionheart. Ask that old, washed up greaser Grizz Lee. Ask men like Jayson Jones and Chad Treadstone. They'll all tell you the same thing. And that's that the last place you ever want to be is on my radar. Sadly for you, you're at present the one and only blip on it. And the mission is clear. SEEK AND DESTROY.

Tonight, you're baptized in this ring by The Roman Crippler. Tonight, I give you a lesson in what true agony is. TONIGHT...I break you, Davis. You've fallen into a false sense of security my friend. It's high time I shatter that security with my own hands.

*Soon after Primo had finished his speech, “Speedin’” begins to play throughout the arena. The crowd begins to go wild as the man known as Romeo Davis steps out from behind the curtain. He is sporting a pair of blue jeans and a white beater. He has his dreads tied back in a ponytail behind his neck. He taunts for the fans and makes his way down the ramp to the ring where Primo stood. He entered the ring via sliding under the bottom rope and picked up the microphone that was left on the mat for him. He gives Primo a quick stare followed by lifting the microphone to his lips.*
“First man Primo, I gotta say that you are lookin’ nice in that white suit bro. But yea, on a serious note let’s get down to business. So you finally admit that you thought that I was gonna be nothin’ huh Primo? I mean it’s ‘bout time my man. Seriously it took a lot of training to get to the point that I am at right now. I skipped out on being in a business earlier cause I wanted more training. I’m defiantly not trying to sound cocky here man, but I can’t be underestimated and I showed all of y’all that recently. So now with what I’ve done the past couple weeks, I have made my way onto your radar. Well I gotta say that I am proud of that because now I get my chance to wrestle you one on one and get my revenge for what ya did to me weeks ago. Finally. You only felt a small dose of what I’m gonna do to ya at Overload. It must have been pretty bad being bloodied up and pinned by the rookie huh Primo? So I want my revenge and you also want yours so let’s do this damn thing. You say your mission is SEEK AND DESTROY so I wanna see ya do that man. You’ve found me and now it’s time we finish what we started.” |

Primo focuses in and responds...
A fitting choice of words, my friend. "Finish". I pride myself on being a man who finishes strong. And I have every intention on contnuing my my typical ways. Tonight, you need not worry about ambushes, or after match beatings. Oh no, tonight...the punishment you endure in the ring against me will be more then suitable. It's time you get brought down from the cloud you've been riding on these last few weeks. And I assure you, the fall may just prove more then you're capable of recovering from.

*He lifts the microphone and responds back to Primo.*
“The cloud I’ve been riding on eh. That’s what ya call it huh Primo. Beating Van Der Sar in singles, then beating him and Punch along with Aces, and then beating both you and Van Der Sar along with Kris is called riding a cloud. Ha, I find that quite funny there. Ya know what man, Jus call it whatever ya want. So if ya pride yourself in being the one to finish then I would like to see that done here tonight. Ha ha, well you don’t have to worry ‘bout that cause I’m gonna be the one doing the finishing. I’m gonna be the one handing out the punishment here tonight Primo. But how about we made this match a little more interesting. Let’s not keep it to a straight singles match. How ‘bout Pure Rules? No, no, no, how ‘bout a LAST MAN STANDING match? What do ya say to that Mr. Roman Crippler?”
Tony: He has got to be crazy asking for this type of match especially against Primo.
Slick: Don’t worry ‘bout him I know my boy Romeo will get the job done tonight.
Tony: That’s what you think. |

With a smile on his face a mile wide, Primo responds.
What do I have to say? I say...as you Americans often coin the phrase "You've just written a check your ass can't cash." I'd wish you luck, but there's not enough 4 leaf clovers on the planet that would save you from what lay in store for you when you face me tonight. I only hope you at least keep me sufficiently entertained.

*Romeo then gives his response.*
“Hmm, it seems as if I heard that before. There is not enough four leaf clovers to save me. Oh well, that’s cool. That pretty much has to suck for me then huh Primo? It don’t matter, I don’t need luck to beat ya, all I need is my skill to prove to ya that I’m not any ordinary wrestler here in the XWA. So just keep in your head that this will be a walk in the park and you’ll soon find out that it’s not gonna be that easy. So tonight jus bring your best game and I’ll bring mine. Peace.”
*Romeo then dropped the microphone to the mat then stared into the eyes of the man that he should step into the ring with later on that evening. The match was defiantly going to me intense and you could tell by the way the two men stared each other down. Romeo then exits the ring and makes his way up the ramp. He then turns around and points at Primo and begins to nod his head. He then pushes the curtain aside and makes his way backstage.* |
