*The following takes place during the Independence Day PPV*

Between matches the sounds of "Coming Undone" by Korn start to play.

BuZZ: Hey, that's the theme song of K-Rush...but what's he doing here? He's not scheduled to be here.

Roach: Well, the man is one impressive athlete. He spoiled the debut of the "Hottest Commodity" Avenger. And just look at him, are you gonna stop him from coming out here?

BuZZ: Good point.

He makes his way around to the timekeeper's table and grabs the ring announcer's mic, then right outside of the ring begins to speak to the XWA audience.

I know what you're all thinking. What is Kevin Rush doing here at Independence Day? He's not even scheduled to be in a match tonight. Well, that might be true but I'll be damned if I let tonight pass without making a "declaration" of my own so to speak.

He climbs the stairs and enters the ring.

Tonight you see is the start of something BIG. Tonight is the birth of a new era in the XWA. Yeah you heard that before, right? That painted up freak Genesis came out here yapping about his two goons coming along and how they're going do things around here? Well, he's going to have some competition. The whole XWA is going to have some competition because tonight there is a new force to be reckoned with that coming...and we WILL be doing things, you can guaran-damn-tee that.

Tonight is the start, the birth, the beginning of THE NEXT BIG THING.

BuZZ: The Next Big Thing. What's he talking about?

You want an explanation? Well, lemme make it real simple for you. Let me bring out the second cog in the machine that is going to maul anything and everything that gets in our way...a machine in his own right, the "War Machine" Marcus Samson!

And from his announcement, "War Machine" by KISS begins to play...

It plays, and Marcus Samson makes his way to the ring as well.

Buzz: Kevin Rush, Marcus Samson...I think I see where this is going, Roachy baby.

Roach: Me too. Looks like we're seeing more XWA superstars gathering in numbers nowadays, and you know what? It doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Stepping into the ring, Krush hands him the mic so he can continue.

You heard the man right. THE NEXT BIG THING. If you want, you can just call us TNBT, but in a short wile, not very long at all...you'll be calling US the most dominating force in not just the XWA, but ALL of sports entertainment. This isn't about the fame or the fortune. It's not about "love of the game". It's really simple, ladies and gentlemen. When we step into the ring and that timekeeper over there rings the bell, it's our job to HATE the other man or men on the other side of this ring, and to want to rip them apart.

That's what you people out there come out here to see. That's what we are here to do. That's what we are GOING to do, plain and simple...and each and every other man out there, sitting in the back watching had better mark their calender, because tonight is the night that things start to work a little different around here.

But wait, there's more boys and girls. TNBT isn't a two man show. We've got one more man on board, a man who you guys haven't seen in a while, but he's here, he's back and he's looking to busts some skulls BIG TIME. Rocky boy...get your ass on down here!

BuZZ: Did he just say "Rocky"? Do you know who that could be?

Roach: Damn sure isn't the "movie star" buddy. There's only one Rock in the XWA and we haven't seen him in action in at least 2 months!

The lights in the arena start to flash like sirens as "No Rest For The Wicked" by Godsmack begins to play. Moments later, Rock Carmichael steps out onto the stage to a resounding ovation from the Philadelphia crowd.

Roach: Yes indeed, there's been rumors of Rock's return to the ring all over the1xwa.net...and it looks like they're rumors no more!

BuZZ: Wow, Rock Carmichael, Marcus Samson and Kevin Rush all working together? That IS a force to be reckoned with!

Stepping into the ring now with his new allies, Rock then takes the mic from Samson. It was his turn to talk now...

"I don't have too much to say to you all, except that it's good to be back in an XWA ring. I was the guy who was helping Marcus here heal up after his career was almost cut short months ago...and as you can see, he's looking better than ever, and that goes double for me!

We're men on a mission the three guys ya see in this ring right now...and that should be on the minds of EVERY single man sitting back there in that locker room. There's no more sitting by and watching while all the freaks and egomaniacs get all the damn spotlight. We are THE NEXT BIG THING...and we got no problem proving it to any damn body who questions that fact!

The question now is...is there any body out there who's that brave or STUPID to do that? Huh? C'mon out, c'mon down!"
