"Say What You Will", Nathan Browne's theme song fires up around the arena, and out he walks with a confident look plastered on his face.
Mike: Look at this kid. He sure does have a lot to be confident about. Twice now he's beat Micheal Xavier, once in Nathan's pick, and once in Xavier's pick.
Buzz: Yeeaaah, but to be fair to Xavier, anyone coulda won that Table match. They were both WRECKED.
True, Buzz, true. That right there was an all out war for the win. You can't expect anything less from XWA talent.
As the song continues playing, Nathan makes his way down the ramp, giving high fives and props to the fans. He slides into the ring and takes a microphone from the ring announcer.
Hellllooooooooo Atlanta!
Tonight, I come out here for a reason. Last week, in a tables match, I beat Micheal Xavier..again. This time it was HIS specialty...and THIS time we both had some silly stipulations. Well, Mike, after Soul Survivor is over and you're down and out out...again...I intend on pulling out the razor and shaving you're head to my liking. However, I won't be the one beating you this week. No, I've got an idea.
However, I'm going to wait until you get your ass out here to reveal that idea.

Inside The Fire plays over the arena speakers as Michael makes his appearance on the stage and has a scowl on his face. He lost to Nathan. Two times in a row. He was not exactly thrilled. Michael marched down to the ring and climbed in. A mic was handed to Michael as he circled around Nathan.
Roach: Michael has gone 0-2 against Nathan. One has to wonder what Michael is going to do to bounce back from this.
BuZZ: One has to wonder what will happen if Michael continues his losing ways.
So tell me Nathan, what exactly is your idea. We're all waiting for it, now that I'm out here.

What exactly is my idea? Well, it's quite simple, actually. I'm SURE you're getting sick of being beat by me, right? Two in a row now sure can get to ones nerves. This is why I'm giving you an off week. This week I won't be facing you. This week, we're going to pick each others poison. Yes, a pick your poison match. At Soul Survivor, YOU will face someone of MY choosing, and I'LL face someone of YOUR choosing. I personally haven't got anyone in mind, but I'll find someone, that's for sure. And I DO hope who I face will bring me a good challenge. Don't do an 'Anthony' and go get Chet Dixon, please?
Nathan chuckles and leans against the ropes. He couldn't help but laugh if that's what he had to face at Soul Survivor. However, he had the feeling Mike would have someone tougher than Chet Dixon... He'd have to, or Nate would poke more fun at him.

I already have someone in mind. And don't worry, you can rest easy that it won't be Chet. The person that I have in mind is going to do something that I, for whatever reason, is unable to do at this point, and that is defeat you. Roach: Did Michael just confess that he couldn't beat Nathan?
BuZZ: Only up to this point though. I'm sure the next time they get into the ring, Michael will finally manage to the win

You know what, Micheal? I'm GLAD you're picking someone who has the ability to beat me. Because up to this point, after each match we've had, I walk out the winner. Now, don't get me wrong, I like to win. I put my ass on the line and take the bumps and bruises to win, but as of yet I have nothing to truly prove after each of our matches. Nathan Browne beats Micheal Xavier in a pure rules match... Nathan Browne beats Micheal Xavier in a tables match... it just doesn't go good. You've been beaten more times than you've won. Will that help push me? No. So I'm a happy camper that you're looking to shut me up. If I beat your pick? Then great, hopefully I'll have something to prove that I'm a good wrestler.
Mixed reactions are given at Nathan's comments. A few 'booos' and a few cheers. He, however, isn't phased by it and keeps his eyes locked on Micheal.

You've managed to be lucky to pull out the win, but the next time that we fight each other, I will be the one that pulls out the win. So be confident now, because eventually, that will turn into overconfidence. Then you'll make a mistake, and that will be the mistake that will turn things into my favor.
Now, as for the picks, would you like to keep them a secret, or would you like to tell us who you have in store?

You know, funny you ask... Because you already know who my pick is. You just don't know it right now. But when he comes down this ramp, you'll be glad I picked who I picked. I, hell, everyone knows you've fought him before, and you PROBABLY want to fight him again. I won't give to much info, seeing as he can speak for himself, but something tells me that I won't be the only one who has beaten your ass down in the past month. He'll easily join me with that honor. If you want, he can come down at ANY time?
Nate stops Micheal before he can even speak.
You know what? Before you say anything, I want him to come down. I want you, and the world, to know who MY pick is.
As he finishes, a very, VERY, familiar themesong hits the P.A. system..
Mike: Oh, you've got to be KIDDING me.

E.Town Concrete's "Pariah" sounds over the PA, and shock comes across the arena as Bryan Jasta steps onto the stage.
Buzz: This has to be the LAST guy Xavier wanted to see. Or is he?
Roach: He's wanted another shot at Jasta for months since losing to him for the National Title. It looks like Nathan Browne just gave him his wish.
Jasta makes the walk down to the ring and enters. He beckons for a mic and stares a whole into Xavier before...
Breaking out in full on laughter. He composes himself after a while and speaks.
This is rich. Precious. PRICELESS. I can honestly say I called this to the letter from go. Michael Xavier, the FAILURE. A month ago, I denied you the chance to face me in this ring for the very reason why I stand in this ring right now. Because you're PATHETIC. You haven't even been able to get the better of a ROOKIE. And you really...REALLY thought you had what it takes to beat me? My friend, I hate to be the one to break this to you, but I think it's time you called it a career. I mean, to fail as frequently, and on the level of which it is you have month after month after month. Why even bother? Why show up for work? Why lace up your boots? There's one thing to be merely in a slump. But "slump" doesn't even cut what you've been in. You've reached your apex, my friend. You're as good right now as you ever will be. And that's mighty sad because you're not good...at ALL.
The fans in the arena boo his every word.
Don't get me wrong, Xavier. I could give a rat's ass about this boy here. He means nothing to me. I just saw in him a means to stick the final nail in the coffin that is you feeble pride. To finally kick the final leg off the table that is your sham of a career, and leave you doubting your very existence as a wrestler. I could care less about your little rivalry. All I want is to see the look on your face when I've broken you. That...is going to be a sight I covet for years to come.
Jasta's cruel and archaic words dig deep like daggers into wet skin. Suddenly, he turns his attention to Browne...
But wait. Why should I do YOU any favors as well? Why should I help some wet behind the ears rookie? What have you done to even earn the right to stand in this ring with me? NOTHING. Here's a little shock for you, Nathan. Just as you came to me backstage to be the man to face Xaiver...So did HE come to me to face you. Interesting, isn't it?
Total shock comes across all in the arena.
Buzz: This...this is NUTS! They BOTH came to Jasta? H...how in the hell???
So...what shall I do? Shall I face Xavier and break him...AGAIN? Or shall I face Browne and humble him? I've got an even better idea. I face the BOTH OF YOU and hammer home the fact that in the jungle of XWA...I'm the Predator and men like you are merely my prey. HAHHAAHAHAHA!!! What a fine web we we've, when at 1st we plan to deceive.
Jasta awaits the reaction.

That's all fine and dandy, Bryan. Actually, I'm somewhat GLAD you'll be my opponent tonight. Fighting a man like you will give me the chance to prove myself. Sure, I don't like you, but I respect what you've done in the ring past and present. So to beat you would be not only an honor, but easily a boulder of a stepping stone in my career. Imagine it, Jasta.....
"Cocky rookie beats Jasta! Read all about it!"
Wouldn't that be splendid? But wait, since you are easily the toughest S.O.B. here in XWA, there's a strong chance I'll lose, too... So, how would that sound?
"Bryan Jasta beats some rookie...again...Why am I even here? It's not like it's big news."
If I beat you tonight? Well well well, if I were you, I'd be so damn embarrassed I wouldn't show my face for years. If you beat me tonight then I'll come back full force, because like you said, I'm nothing more than a wet-behind-the-ear rookie who's still learning the ropes. I, Bryan, have nothing to lose and everything to gain, while YOU it's pretty much a lose/lose situation. Am I happy Micheal came to you? Very much so.
Nathan holds his microphone tightly as for the first time of the night he switches his sights from Micheal to Jasta. His eyes were locked on the man.
Mike: Well, that was a mouthful. At least the kids not scared....That can be a good thing, or a very baaad thing.
BuZZ: I bet you're used to that, huh?
Mike: Huh?
BuZZ: A mouthful, hehehe...
Mike: Do your job, jeez.

Jasta zeros in on Browne for a response.
If you beat me tonight, it would be the worst thing to ever happen in your career. You're new around here, so let me give you a little history lesson. The month was January. A young man who went by the name of Kris Sayint. A promising young talent, just like you. A man who managed to pin me in a Tornado Tag match. His 1st XWA Win. An incredible start to what some thought would be a bright career in XWA. Until the week after. You see, beating me when I'm not focused on one opponent is one thing. Beating me when my attention is SQUARELY on you is another. To continue the story, I faced young Mr. Sayint one on one the next week. And what did I do? Oh...nothing but END HIS CAREER. I gave the poor a fool so bad a concussion that it rattled his damn brain that he COULDN'T compete anymore. Hell, he couldn't even walk out of the arena under his own power.
No my young friend. Losing to you, or Xavier here tonight wouldn't be embarrassing. Far from it. I'd love for it to happen actually. Because to the man who manages to do such a feat goes a trip into the hell itself. A place that only one man in 2008 has managed to step into and leave with any form of success. So gentlemen, I implore you. Beat me.Give me your absolute best tonight. Because if either of you actually manages to pin ME tonight...it'll only be the beginning of a very...VERY long month of July for you.

Suddenly, the theme of the GM hits the PA...
Roach: Uh oh. Business is boomin' now. Here comes the boss.
Standing at the stage, Gallas addresses the situation.
It seems we have us a little situation tonight. When 'ze stipulation was put forth and approved by myself, I had no idea 'ze two of you would seek out 'ze same man. And even more surprising is 'ze fact 'zat 'ze man would be Bryan Jasta. 'Zis puts us in a strange situation. We can either make 'ze match a Triple Threat as Monsieur Jasta eluded to, or we could have him face 'ze two of you. Of course, 'ze later is not some'zing that seems fair, having one man wrestle two matches when he hadn't even intended on being on 'ze card. Now, while I know you're capable of doing so regardless, I must look out for 'ze best interest of 'ze company. And it's for 'zat reason why I'm making a change to 'zis.
Both of you took it upon yourselves to choose Jasta to be each others opponent. And as it will happen, he will be one man's opponent tonight. However, 'ze other man will face another opponent. And it's only fair 'zat it be an opponent 'ze caliber of Monsieur Jasta. It's for 'zat reason 'zat 'ze other man's opponent will be none other 'zen DRU NEDERMEYER.
Jaws in the arena drop as Gallas drops the hammer.
Buzz: You wanna talk about out of the frying pan? Hell...I'd take fighting Jasta ANYDAY if it meant I didn't have to face The Monster!
Roach: I told you business was about to boom.
'Ze only question gentlemen, is which man either of you are up to 'ze task of facing tonight?

To say that Michael wasn't taken by surprise was an understatement. Not only was he pissed that Nathan was going to go after Jasta for his pick, but then Jasta wanted to face the both of them. The last thing that Michael wanted was to team with Nathan.
But now, Gallas came out and made this announcement. It might have been Gallas' french accent, but Michael was slightly confused as to the announcement.
So Gallas, what exactly IS the match then? Because I am absolutely puzzled as to the announcement you just made. Is it Me and Nathan against each other and Jasta and Dru against each other? Is it a tag team match with me and Nathan against Jasta and Dru?
As for Nathan and Jasta, shut your mouths about any comments you have about me not being smart. I know the both of you are ready to pounce on this, so I'm telling you in advance, shut your damn mouths before I shut them for you.
Yea Jasta, you can go on and say what you want about how its time for me to retire, about how Nathan is the final nail in my coffin. But let me tell you something bucko. No one, but NO ONE tells me when its time to retire. I tell myself when its time to retire. And that won't be for a very, VERY long time. The rut I'm stuck in right now, WILL pass. I will continue to improve myself and one of these days, when we face each other again, I will whip your ass from ring post to ring post. And then I will drive your head into the mat and pin you for the three. So go ahead, boast all the bullshit that you want, because it will come back to bite you in the ass. It may not be today, it may not be tomorrow, but it will be one day Jasta. And when that happens, when I defeat the "great" Spartan warrior, I will rub it in your face for a very, VERY long time. Simply because its set in stone in your mind that I cannot beat you. That will change Jasta, that will change.
As for you Nathan. The upstart rookie. Whose beaten me twice in a row. Well congradulations Nathan. I hope you're enjoying this time in the sun over a veteran of the sport. Enjoy it while you can. Take it in all that you can. Learn from this experience, because your luck will run out. And when it does, you will feel what its like to be on the losing end. And it won't be just one time. It will be time after time after time. Because unlike me, you still have A LOT to learn in this business. So while you may be able to beat me now, that doesn't make you better than me. The fact that I've been in this business longer than you have makes me better than you by default. You can say all you want about how I'm losing to you now and that I'll probably never beat you, but guess what? Just like I told Jasta, this rut I'm in will pass. I will continue to beat you down and you won't be able to take it anymore and just end up submitting to me, thus me taking the win.
But enough about you two, back to Gallas' announcement and what it all means exactly. Roach: A lot coming out from Michael. You gotta figure he's extremely frustrated over his recent losing streak.
BuZZ: I'm surprised he hasn't exploded yet and started to destroy things.

Gallas raises his mic to respond.
In keeping with your original stipulation, 'ze matches tonight will be 'ze both of you versus Jasta or Nedermeyer in one on one contests. 'Ze only question as I mentioned before is which of 'ze two men you want to face. I leave 'zat decision solely up to 'ze both of you.
Gallas lowers his mic, awaiting the answer from each man.

Jasta 1st responds to the comments of Xavier.
Boasting? You really think what I'm doing is boasting? HAAAAAAAAAA!!! You're even dumber then I thought, Xavier. It's not boasting. It's FACT. Look at your most recent performances compared to mines? Granted, both of our last two matches ended in losses. But I lost to a capable fighter in Van Hayden, and then in the Soul Survivor qualifier to three more men that were game, including the brother of yours who ceremoniously beat your ass at Vendetta. You? You lost to Brother Anthony, and then to Browne here twice. And all of them were HUMILIATING defeats. You see, unlike you I tip my cap to the man who can find the resolve to defeat me one on one, which in 2008 has only been done once. It's not that I don't think you can, Michael. It's the fact that you CAN'T. A fact I plan on establishing tonight.
He looks to Gallas.
Allow me to be the one to make the decision. I'LL be the one facing Xavier. I'd do it for free if it wasn't contractual for wrestlers to be paid to compete.

Nate looks at Micheal.
Oh, so being in this business longer than me makes you better than me by default? So I'm assuming that's the same with a chump like Chet Dixon, too? How long has he been in this business, Mike, like 3 years? And how many wins does he have, like 5? Guess what, buddy? I have 3 from one month...and if my "luck" continues, I'll keep getting wins. Look at me, does it look like I'm going to stop anytime soon? Does it look like all of the sudden I'll just drop my lucky rabbits foot and get my ass beat week after week...like you? Does it look like somebody has stomped on all of the lucky clovers in the WHOLE WIDE FREAKIN' WORLD and all of my luck will just vanish? NO.
You just can't face the facts, can you? I'M BETTER THAN YOU. "I've been fighting longer than you rahblahblahblah" NO ONE CARES. WHAT PEOPLE CARE ABOUT IS WINS, AND HOW YOU GOT TO THEM. Maybe..JUST MAYBE..I was born to fight? Born to be in this ring? No, the way you see it is I'm just some lucky rookie. Maybe I DDT'd you so hard through that table that you've lost some IQ and have no clue what you're speaking about...'cause you sound like a madman.
Nathan changes his attention to Gallas.
Sounds perfect to me. While yeah, I'd LOVE to be the second man to be to beat Jasta one on one....I'd love even more to face "The Monster" one on one here at Soul Survivor. I grew up watching Dru, and I'd be honored to face him.
