Spotted Somebody I know of (Cosette)

Foxy Foxy by Rob Zombie plays and the XWA fans don't know who this theme is for, from behind the curtain Lauren Blayze walks out. Not a familiar face to the XWA fans, most of them having never seen her before. Some know her from other organizations, so the debut of the diamond achieves a mixed reaction. No real boos or cheers more like a lot of "Meh, who you say?" I suppose it was to be expected. Lauren makes her way to the ring, she is kind of nervous trying to get your first match was always hard for the newbie. Lauren slides into the ring and raises her hands, a solitary rocket fires from each ring post. Lauren then receives a microphone from the ring announcer who she thanks for it

"Hey guys, I am going to be honest. I am new around here and a little nervous. As you can probably guess I am not a young pub ready to be broken in to the industry, I have wrestled before. I am pretty good but you guys should see that soon enough. Oh and my name is Lauren Blayze... I nearly forgot that one. I like sports especially combat sports... well you probably expected that one. So I am looking to get my first match here, whilst the ink is still wet on my contract... I saw a face I knew of backstage and I have seen some of her matches so I guess now would be as good a time as any to talk to her for the first time... So Cosette Grace if you please, give the new girl the chance to either test the water or receive the hiding of a lifetime which ever way you see it?"

Please show up Cosette even if it's just to kick my ass

“Oblivion” plays and Cosette begins her march down to the ring.

Rose: You know I asked Cosette what this change we've seen in her and she launched into a whole lecture about her warrior lineage. If I wouldn't have stopped her she'd probably still be going back to the Middle freakin' ages. And I'd hate to find out what she'd do to me if I fell asleep.

Black: This is definitely a shift for Cosette but I think it's the right thing for her. Despite not picking up the win against Melissa Armstrong she's wrestling like I've never seen her before. We still see the master technician at work but it looks like she's not about to let people forget that she's a 6'3” well... I don't know how else to say it but warrior.

She stepped over the top rope and stands towering over Lauren.

Before I answer you I have something to say.Melissa Armstrong feels it would be better for her to wage her one woman crusade against filth and pornography in this company. Normally I'd stand beside her, but I'm afraid I can't this time. She's chosen this path because it's easier than doing battle with me. Easier than letting the side of her I saw running wild in the ring last Glitter free. When you've finished slumming with the eye candy you know where to find me.

And that leads me to you Lauren. You say you're a veteran, you're “pretty good”, you're a combat sport enthusiast. Had I not seen it for myself I would never have been convinced. I'll stroke your ego a bit by saying I too am familiar with your work, whether you were a harsh and cruel Princess of Pain or something not unlike what's standing in front of me now.

The question is do you still have that other woman's conviction?

Personally, I don't think you do. She would never entertain the possibility of accepting the worst beating of your life. Only she could stand a chance at beating me, and the only reason I'm out here is because I still think some part of her exists.

Lauren looks up to Cosette, years of being married to a 6' 7" husband helped avoid neck strain. Lauren had seen bigger women so Cosette wasn't that intemidating, after all "bigger they are harder they fall" only issue is was Lauren's leg long enough to hit the "shut your mouth" or would she have to rely solely on the "Blayze of Glory"

"You are right Cosette she wouldn't, she would be leading you out into a trap. Turning the wolf into the lamb being led to the slaughter, that's how she would see it. Now I don't have to be cruel to get the job done after all you are big, strong, imposing and a list of other things... Probably fast too... But everyone has a weakness, I guess I am about to find out what yours is"

Lauren then remembered that Cosette's "mother" wasn't around, before Lauren hadn't seen Cosette "alone" as it were

"Where is the charming little companion that you normally have?"

That was naughty Lauren, but maybe it was the weakness?

Cosette didn't have to guess what that was all about. She puts her hand over her heart.

Right here, beside me reveling in all this in spirit.

I think you're the one looking a bit lonely and I think we both know why. Although mother did wean me on the sweet nectar of the tears of my enemies I do hope you'll maintain a stiff upper lip when all this is over. Come to think of it that was merely a step in the machinations of a master manipulator, wasn't it? Remind me how that ended...

Lauren at first appeared a little confused then she realized what Cosette meant, that was still a sore issue with Lauren. She and Scarlett hadn't seen eye to eye since that moment, but how did Cosette know about that?

Hey Narrator stop posting my thoughts in the action and mood setting... Thank you...

How did Cosette know?

Lauren looked a little uncomfortable now the mind game had appeared to backfire on her, Cosette had just swatted Lauren's comment and dealt a body blow of her own

"OK, enough with that manipulator thing. Yes I stopped trying it because I was no longer good at it, losing her as a friend was hard. We haven't spoken personally since. The mother thing was maybe out of line, but I have a question. Did you get the part in the movie? I assume that the modern day Joan of Arc look was to promote a movie or something? I guess that isn't really important now. What is important is finding out if bigger really is better"

Lauren hands the microphone back to the ring announcer and begins to bounce ready to fight, win or lose she was going to go down swinging
