kim walks down the halls of the arena after coming from outside wearing a black dress,  it was awhile since she felt the energy that was backstage, it was almost like a drug giving you the energy to feed on. kim was keeping why she was away to herself, not even telling jon, her own boy friend didnt know why she was away, she wanted it to be a big surpise,
so...wheres the locker room..i need to change...she walked around looking her the locker room so she can change from her dress into something she can get ready in, she walked around kinda aimless as she looked
maybe ive been away to long kim laughs to herself and sighs |

Jamie herself was making her way to her locker room in order to prepare for her match when she had actually accidentally bumped into this woman rounding a corner. Neither of them fell or were hurt, but Jamie being the lady she is excused herself for not being as cautious as she normally is.
Oops, I'm sorry about that. You alright?
Taking a closer look at this young woman, she noticed obviously that she took a different meaning to the term "street clothes", much like Jamie herself did, choosing to look like a professional rather than an everyday girl. This woman though apparently took to looking like every man's dreamgirl.
"Nice dress", she thinks.
Suddenly the face looked to be more and more familiar to her. This was one of the Diamonds who had been with the XWA in it's first year.
I'm sorry...you're...you're Kimberly right? As in Angelos? I remember hearing that there were two Kims in the XWA... |

And soon another Diamond appears in scene, XWA's Sapphic one, Christina Dixon. Christina appeared there with a t-shirt that reads "LBD Sucks" She wasn't looking at anything in special until she saw Kim Angelos thereWow!  Christina looked way too impressed there  I mean... ;D Hey you are Kim Angelos aren't you? Really nice dress, really nice...Christina thinks:

Well, I'm not one to back down from a challenge Christina.She replies with a confident smile. I've got three against me who want it tonight, and one my side who want it too. Seems like everyone's just lining up to challenge nowadays, and that's just fine by me. You'll have to wait your turn but you'll get your chance whether I'm still the champ or not, I'm sure of that. |

It's all reaction really. That's the same way I've won before tonight and the same way I'll win any other match I do win while I'm here, reaction. You see enough of what a person brings to a match by watching them, it's just a matter of being able to absorb what they do and dish out what you do just a little bit more. Sometime being aggressive works, and sometimes being conseravtive works, capitalizing on someone's mistake or misread.
Me personally, I tend to do a little bit of both. That's what I'll do tonight as well. When I see the chance to do something, I'll do it...and I'll try to make as little chance for any of The Dojo to do the same to me.

Jamie, by the way, thanks for having my back unintentionally the other day.....there's been so many Diamonds around here lately that have been giving me the shit about how horrible I am and wreckin on me because I can't get over a losing streak.....but somehow you said one thing and it had a lot of respect for me, and I appreciate it.

You're more than welcome Kim. The truth is that it could be anyone of them in the same position, even me. I've been lucky enough to haven't been beaten yet, but I know that's not going to last forever. It goes the same the other way, and some of these girls here need to start realizing that.
Just remember, you might not make them stop talking but you can make them start listening.
She grins with even more confidence now.

glad you like the dress, one of the ones i picked up during XWA Italian tour, but i do feel abit over dress...i just came back from dinner..i can give you the name of the designer if you want...you would look good in something like this..

Piranhas is being nice. Blood sucking leeches is more like it.Jamie chuckles, despite the fact that what she said wasn't a laughing matter and in many ways was true. That's just the nature of the game. It would be impossible to think that we all can get along without some kind of static. In some ways we're actually even better off than the guys are. It's just total war in their cases. The fact that we can chat it up like this is...a little weird. |

yeah i think its safe to say, that lets say you and myself went all out out there, that once we got back here we could talk over our match and have a bite to eat at the same table...but there are some guys...that..if they dont see eye to eye they hate each other...kinda sad...but that being said there people if they rub me the wrong way..i can be pretty harsh...
