Dante's Fate (Dante/Kross)

[Osiris]

Sonne plays throughout the arena, signaling the arrival of Osiris. With a microphone in hand, and a smile on his face, he begins to speak.

Osiris: So, Dante, you remember that little stipulation that you so stupidly added before having our match? The one where the winner, that is me, gets to pick the loser's, that's you, team. So come on out here, I want to see your face when I tell you who I have for you. And while I'm at it, I want Kross to come out here as well.

Osiris crosses his arms, and waits for the two men.

As Osiris finished talking on the mic One Last Sunset by Killswitch Engage began to play over the PA system. The man known as Kross walked out to onto the stage. he looked out to the crowd then started to make his way to the ring.

Kross made his way up the steel steps and stepped over the top rope from there he graved a mic and put it to his lips.

So I see you wanted me out here and what is your reason for that?

Kross crossed his arms waiting for a response from Osiris.

[Osiris]

Osiris: It is simple, my giant friend. I want you to be on my team for Soul Survivor. I should also say that the reason why is pretty obvious in itself. You, me, and the third member of our team would simply destroy everyone and anything that stands in our way. But before i get to that, Dante, come out and accept the fate that I have chosen for you.

Osiris stands by Kross, waiting for Dante to show.

The Night begins to blare across, Dante steps out from the side of the stage and stares directly at Osiris, before speaking he raises his hand in his signature stance as the crowd cheers. Motioning for a microphone a stagehand quickly rushes to hand Dante one.

Bravo Osiris, good job, you pinned me. And by the look on your face after that match and I got back up to stand in front of you, the winner, was priceless. It was almost a look of...doubt...doubt that you had actually obtained the victory that night. It was...indeed priceless. However, I guess the reason you called myself and your boulder of a friend out here is to set me up with a team of mice for Soul Survivor so that your chances of doing the least work rises. I'm here to tell you, I could honestly not give a damn whether you teamed me up with Ethan Bain or Da Cobra, the winner of Soul Survivor will be the same. So please let me know how my teammates will be so I can get on my way, I have much bigger fish to fry than you little man.

So please, choose my meager of teammates that I assume you will be putting me with so I can get going. Oh and Kross, before you choose to team with this freak, take notice he doesn't give a half shit about you...he would much rather see himself in Xgames '08 than to see you breath fresh air. So take into consideration what your doing before you do it. Soul Survivor is not a game of teams, it is a game of deceit, please do observe this 'man' before you choose to let him into your zone of safety.

Dante talks in a sarcastic tone, hardly evedent but still there.

Your a big guy, worthy of gold, I would just hate to see you get crippled out of action before that happens.[/color]

[Osiris]

Osiris is amused with Dante.

Osiris: Oh, go ahead and let your mind wander, but the fact is, your imagination is not the reality of this world, Dante. I beat you like I knew I would, like I said I would.

He turns to Kross.

Osiris: Kross, I know your not dumb. You know how Soul Survivor works. All I'm trying to do is pick the team that is most likely to make it to the finals. When we get there, all bets are off. But till then, we fight for each other to get there.

Turns back to Dante.

Osiris: So you want to know who your partners will be? Well then, let it be know. Your partners are........

Osiris: That's right, your with us Dante. With all three of us working together, nothing can stop us. And because of your little stipulation, there is nothing you can do about it.

Back to Kross.

Osiris: So big man. Are you in?

Dante stood undaunted by Osiris's announcment, smirking to himself he began to walk towards the ring. Stepping up the steel steps and going over the top rop he stares face to face with Osiris and Kross. Raising the microphone to his lips he directs the conversation to Osiris.

Cosidering I don't have any choice as I am bound under my oath that you could choose my team mates for the event...it looks like we will be looking at the final round of Soul Survivor...Dante 'Atlas' Elsworth vs. Osiris vs. Kross for the title of Soul Survivor '08. Osiris, I am going to let you know this, just because you are on my team...don't expect me to acknowledge it, its simply going to be two more people I have to worry about in the ring up to the finals. I am going to do what I do best, dismember my opponents till they can hardly breathe. Consider last night a fluke, rather your lucky day, the gods as they blessed me with my power, made it destiny that we would team..thats the only reason your still standing right now. Remember it.

Turning to Kross, looking up a little he frowns.

Uhh, you do what rocks do, just kinda stand there and take hits. Your a big person, hopefully there is some fluency in you.

Speaking to the duo Dante makes his final remarks.

If either of you bring myself down with your own defeats in Soul Survivor it will be hell to pay for both of you. Understood? I don't expect to get kicked out of the first round because your large ass stumbles into a super kick or your demonic ass gets dropped by a piledriver. And with that said, I bid you both adeiu, get to preparing. I will not settle for anything less than my victory.

Dante steps out of the ring after his previous remarks and walks out of the arena with one thought on his mind...and it wasn't the Soul Survivor tournement...it was much more...golden of a idea.

Kross stood their with his arms still crossed and nodded to Osiris, he looked at Osiris for a few minutes before raising the mic back to his lips.

Well I don't give a damn what happens but all I can say is that I will be making it to the finals.

Kross dropped the mic and exited the ring climbing over the top rope and making his way to the back.

End For Kross.

With a smile on his face, having assembled his team, Osiris too goes to the back.
