Illusions by As I Lay Dying blares over the P.A. System, Blade is seen stepping out on to the stage, he continues his way to the ring, Blade makes his way up the steps and enters the ring, he goes over to the corner and alls for a mic.
Blade raises the mic to his lips and begins to speak.
Well, well how are we all tonight, now there is a reason I am out here tonight and that is to challenge Van Hayden for the National Championship, so why don't you come on out Van and take the offer.
Blade crossed his arms waiting for Van to appear on stage.

The lights in the arena dim. As the song "Confined" hits the PA, the new XWA National Champion steps into the arena.
Roach: There goes the man who will forever go down in history as the man who ended "The Streak". Bryan Jasta held the National Title with an Iron Fist for over 10 months. Damn near a year. He ran through challenger after challenger, until he met Van Hayden, the 2nd man actually he defeated in infancy of his reign in 2007.
Buzz: Van stepped his game up to a level I never knew possible. How many men in thus business do you know can beat Jasta at his own game mano e mano?
Roach: Very few. And Hayden is now on that list.
Van makes the walk down to the ring with the National Title around his waist. He climbs into the ring and call for a mic so to answer the challenge of Myers.
What do we have here? Blade Myers. Former XWA Pure Champion. Most people would see a man who's on the rise. Most people would see a man who's got some good things going. You know what I see? Just...Another...VICTIM. You see Myers, I didn't win this belt, just to up and hand it over to the next guy. I didn't bust my ass fighting the tougest son of a bitch in XWA, to do what no one else in this company could, just to have someone who FAILED to reclaim a belt he lost at the beginning of the year try and take what's mines. And that's what this title is, Myers. Mines. So you want to step up and challenge for it tonight? Good. Because when...not if...but WHEN I beat you, it's gonna serve as a little reminder to the rest of the roster. And that reminder is that there's a new Sheriff in town. And my motto is real simple. Kill 'em all and let god sort 'em out.
Van awaits the next response.

Well let's see about that even know that I lost my Pure Title I am not to worried about it anymore but here tonight is a different story I will become National Champion and defeat you in the process.
Blade drops his mic and exits the ring making his way up the ramp and looking back at Van with a slight grin on his face before heading to the back.
