As the program continues, the entrance theme of Liberty Lang begins to play in the arena. The crowd comes alive in cheer as the woman known best as "Lady Liberty". She gives a few high 5's on the way to the ring. She enters the ring and plays up the crowd raising her hands high. Handed a mic by a ringside attendant, Liberty looks out to the crowd and begins.
I've got one thing to say 1st and foremost. And it's that I've come here to XWA to prove that I'm one of, if not THE best female competitor in the game. And yes, I know that's a bold statement. And yes, I know it's been said a thousand times before. And YES...it's been said by countless women who now call themselves Diamonds. But there's a difference between them and me. That being how we plan on proving it. I could come out here and talk down the rest of the female roster. About how this place seems to have more runway models playing pretend wrestler then I'd care to imagine. But I'm not. Because that's not how Lady Liberty roles. I'm gonna make my claim where it counts. In the ring. Now I know there's a wide, WIDE amount of ladies in XWA who don't know squat about me, because they're so caught up in there own hype that they can barely see past their own noses. But I know of a few of XWA's Diamonds that I'm personally looking forward to locking horns with.
Liberty reels off a few names.
Women like Anjelyka. By far one of the toughest competitors I've seen to date. Women like Amber Gianni, who brings grace and style into the ring like no one else. Women like Heather Fierhart. Probably the best overall female wrestler on the planet. And of course Ms. XWA herself, Ashley Diamond, who is right up there with Heather as one of the best in the biz. Maybe even the best ever when her career is done. And my goal is to be in that category. Not like some of the flavor of the month chicks running around here. I'm looking for the best competition I can find. And I'm looking for it tonight. So ladies? Step up and get some, LIBERTY style!
