All was quiet within the Wachovia Center. It was a surprise because the XWA was hosting another pay per view with that being MAYDAY. I guess it had to be because they were patiently waiting for what was going to happen next with the pay per view. As they were waiting, “Speedin’” begins playing throughout the arena. The fans rise to their feet as they see Romeo Davis emerge from backstage. Well what Romeo wanted to happen at Vendetta didn’t really occur. He went out there and tried, but he didn’t try hard enough and Bryan Jasta had gotten the best of him. Even though what he wanted to happen didn’t occur, he still came out with the same energy and enthusiasm that he always has. He makes his way down the ramp while giving high fives to the fans who had stuck out their hands. He proceeded by entering the ring and picking up the microphone that had been left down on the mat for him. He smiled before lifting the microphone to his lips.

What up y’all? Here I am, Romeo Davis back from Vendetta and feeling good. Ya know, I didn’t get that victory that I wanted over Jasta. Man let me tell y’all that that man is a beast in the ring. I just wasn’t hungry enough to win the match and the title and so my opportunity slipped away just like that. But hey, I wanted to step my game up by challenging a big named superstar and well I believe that I have done that and now I’m ready for more action. I’m ready to start rolling now. Jasta had showed me that I defiantly need work and that’s what I plan on doing. That work that I am talking about will start tonight. I am already in the War Games match up but I want more. I want to become better. So basically with that said I want to…

Suddenly Romeo’s words are broken off by someone’s entrance music. Romeo turns to see who was going to step out onstage after interrupting him.

Strangely enough, it was the entrance theme of the one and only Primo that began to play. A rush of confusion befalls the arena, as well as the announce team.

Roach: Primo? What the hell is he coming out here for? He doesn't have beef with Romeo, does he?

Buzz: Shows how much you pay attention. Jasta's part of The Coalition remember? And Davis is a close associate to Brandon Payne, in which we ALL know the history there. It's about to go from bad to worse for Romeo.

With mic in tow, Primo speaks.

Romeo,Romeo. Where for art thou Romeo? The very name evokes the feeling of tragedy. As promising a young man Romeo was in Shakespear's masterpiece, his fate was seal for the want of something he couldn't have. A woman's love. How ironic is it that you fall in the same category. You seek something you can't attain. Well, you sought it actually. And you failed to get it, in grand fashion might I add. So tragic.

Primo laughs to himself before continuing.

But I'm not out here to lambaste you on your recent championship failure. That would be to easy. I'm out here to announce to you, and the world, not ONLY the man who will be facing you, but also the newest face of The Coalition. A man who I respect and admire. A man who like me, is a student of the LEGENDARY Otto Marstoreus. Ladies and gentlemen...I give you...

With his hand, he motions behind him to present the man who would step forth from backstage...

KMFDM's "Ultra" begins to play...

Buzz: No way. Not him. ANYTHING but him.

Out from backstage dressed in the signature Coalition black suit stepped a man who needed no introduction. One of the most brutal competitors to ever set foot in a ring, GODLIEVE VAN DER SAR.

Roach: Ladies and gentlemen, if you don't know who that man is, be happy about that. GVDS. He's an animal. A complete MONSTER. He's a career killing shooter. I can't even begin to tell you how many men he's left broken shells in the ring. Hell, he was RELEASED from LXW for being to violent. And now he's side by side...with PRIMO!!!

Godlieve extends his hand out to Primo, who rests the mic in it. He speaks.

Romeo Davis. You've been chosen. Much to my...delight. My comrade Primo contacted me at the beginning of the month saying that the time was finally right for my return. And I'm more then agreeable with that statement. Decadence has plagued our sport. Men like you, who look for false glory. Men like you, who are WEAK of mind, body, spirit and skill. You must be purged. And by the divine hand of GODLIEVE will this be done. You'll not be the 1st, my friend. But I promise that that you WILL...be the next.

Chilling words from the man known as "The Butcher of Berlin". He and Primo stand awaiting Romeo's response.

Romeo had been cut off by Primo. Why did he decide that he wanted to come out here? Romeo has not done a thing to make Primo come out. Romeo thought for a moment for any reason why Primo would be coming down to the ring. Romeo had then remembered that he aligned with Brandon Payne before he had left and returned. Well, Romeo listened to what Primo had to say. He had come out here to announce the newest member of his group, GDVS. The man stepped out and made his appearance. He was massive and Romeo could see it. Romeo became confused because he didn’t do anything to deserve to step in the ring with GDVS. Just by his size Romeo knew that he would be a beast in the ring. Romeo intently listens to what he had to say after coming down to the ring. After he had finished speaking, Romeo lifted his microphone up to his lips. Inside he was a bit afraid but on the outside he looked as ready as ever. He responds to the two men.

Well Primo, wasn’t that very nice of ya to say a few words from Romeo and Juliet. I gotta tell ya that is one of my favorite tragic plays from Shakespeare, but let’s not talk ‘bout that cause I can see by the man beside ya that you mean business. But yeah, I did fail to accomplish what I wanted to. I know because I was in the match so I don’t need ya telling me that I failed. It really doesn’t have an effect on me at the moment. What does is that man standing next to ya. I really don’t seem to understand why I was the chosen one for Godlieve to step into the ring with later tonight. Why did I do to ya Primo? Yeah, that’s right, absolutely nothing and you know it. But ya know what Primo, I’ll step into the ring and wrestle against Godlieve.

Romeo stops speaking for a moment and turned his attention to Godlieve.

Great. Awesome. Perfect. Sweet. I feel honored to be the chosen one for me to be the next. Ha. Call me crazy because I guess that I must be for even wanting to step in the ring with ya. I heard ‘bout how dangerous you are but all that doesn’t matter to me. All I wanna know is why you and Primo have chosen me out of every other wrestler here. So speak up bro.

Romeo lowered the microphone down to his side. He waited to hear from either of the two men.

Godlieve brings the mic back up to his lips. With a stoic, emotionless look in his eyes, he answers Romeo's question.

Why? Is there really any doubt why? It's because you represent something. You represent what in our sport we detest the most. Look at you. With your fancy, XWA branded shirt. And your fancy ring tights. And your kick pads, knowing full well you maybe know how to perform three kicks in your entire arsenal. You are the blueprint to what a wrestler is in this day and age. And it makes me WRETCH. To think that the sport that men like myself, Primo, Jasta and my countryman Magnus have spent our lives, since the moment we could walk training in, has been bastadized by men the likes of you. Or Robby Sylk. Or Scott O'Dell. Or Syrus Sykes, Keith Wyle, Marcus Devine, Ethan Bain, I can go on for days. You prance out here and call yourselves wrestlers. And you're all liars in doing so. WE are wrestling. We are this sport...in it's purest for. Untainted. Uncorrupted. PURE. And it is for that reason that tonight, I don't just wish to face you, but test your wrestling skill. In a PURE rules contest. If your wish is to test your skill against the best, let's see how you fair against another WORLD CLASS wrestler. That is, if you're man enough to step in MY world.

Romeo nods his head after hearing what Godlieve had to say. Honestly he couldn’t believe what he said about who he was. He didn’t believe that Romeo could be considered what a true wrestler is. Romeo lifted the microphone to his lips and began to speak.

You’re telling me that I don’t classify as what a true wrestler is there Godlieve? You detest the attire that I wear and the style in which I wrestle in? Well that’s too bad there Godlieve cause it’s gonna stay like that. I know that I can’t call myself a pure true wrestler because I am a rookie to the business. It’s gonna take some time before I get there bro. I will not disagree with ya when you said that you are one of the purest. I am pretty damn sure that you are. I’ve never seen yo wrestle in the ring, but I just know that you are because of what I’ve heard ‘bout you. So, you want me in a Pure Rules match because that is what you do. You wanna show how dominant you are and how you will destroy me in the ring huh? You want me to step into your world huh? Well then so be it. Yeah I know that I must be crazy because I am stepping into the ring with you. So under Pure rules it’ll be. It’s time for me to put my skills to a new test and that’s against you later on in this ring.
