It's official. XWA has come to terms on a lucrative contract with former LXW Diva Search winner and rising star in the industry Lakoda Rose. Since her time in LXW, "Kodi" has traveled the world wrestling for such company's as PW NEO, UWF, UPW and NWR, racking up wins along the way. The 6'0" tall Native American beauty was originally trained by perennial wrestling legend Sarah Warfield, as well as training frequently at Dru Nedermeyer's "Combat Camp" in Ohio, and The Fierhouse Gym in Los Angeles.
"I'm excited about getting the chance to wrestle for XWA. It's easy to say it's the biggest company in the US right now, and the global appeal continues to grow. The Diamond Division is redefining what it means to be a female wrestler in America, and I can't really see myself being anything less then a Diamond."
Kodi began as a fitness model before the LXW Diva search, which she won by landslide vote over several other now prominent female wrestlers in the industry. She would surprising ask for her release just months after, wanting to further her skill in wrestling overseas. Lakoda Rose is slated to make her 1st XWA appearance at the MayDay PPV.
