Fight of your life (Fierhart)

Remedy by Seether hits the PA, and into the arena steps a focused Kaster Troy. With mic in tow, Kaster walks down the ramp towards the ring. As he enters, the announce team offer up some words on the new comer.

Roach: Kaster Troy has looked mighty impressive in his 1st two matches in XWA, but you've gotta wonder where his focus is. It's known now the history between The Troys and The Fierharts, but I tend to think there's something more between Kaster & Ryan.

Buzz: Well if you look at it, they're cut from the same cloth. Both are the youngest male sibling of their respective families, lord knows they both are stubborn as hell when it comes to victory. Wait...looks like he's got something to say.

Inside of the ring, Kaster raises his mic to speak.

Last week in Budokan Hall, Ryan Fierhart passed the test. He proved to me that he's not all flash. But now? Now the REAL game begins. You see, after a month of speculation, I can confirm that my brother, the LEGENDARY Pollox Troy is now under contract with XWA. This changes...EVERYTHING. You see, for over a decade and a half my brother and I have dominated everyone organization we've been employed under. Whether as singles competitors or as a tag team. In due time, THE REGULATORS will be united once again.

A stunned reaction emanates from the Tokyo crowd.

Buzz: I've done my homework on Pollox Troy. He's a 6'8", 280 pound BEAST. The guy is the real goods. Size, Speed, Agility. He's a match for ANYONE in XWA.

So what does that leave you, Ryan? What options do you have? You're buddy Van Hayden maybe? Or perhaps Dylan Bates? No, if I'm not correct, he's still nursing that injury he suffered 2 months ago. Where is Ryan Fierhart to find his salvation? Who in there right mind would even THINK of standing at your side, to stand against what will SOON be the most dominant force to ever hit this company? I can only imagine, my friend. Just something to think of after tonight. But tonight, you've got nothing to fear. Because your sole focus is going to be me, and me alone. Last week, I tested your skill. This week, I test your will. Tonight Ryan, I'm challenging you to one of the most physical contests there is in wrestling. An IRONMAN match.

A confident grin comes across Kaster's face at the crowds reaction.

Do you except, or do you yield?

Just moments later, Ryan's theme hits the PA. The crowd comes to it's feet as the fan favorite makes his appearance. His eyes never move from their lock on Kaster as he approaches the ring. Upon entering, he calls for a mic of his own, and wastes little time in his answer.

Let me just start off by saying as far as your little challenge for tonight, you're ON!!!

The crowd roars in approval...

But let me address some of the other crap you said. I'm glad that your brother's finally signed up with XWA. Because it's all I've been hearing the last month. "What are you gonna do when Pollox shows up?" "How do you contend against both Troys when your brother Simon seems to have vanished from XWA?" Let me answer that for you, and everyone else. You see, Kaster. There's an advantage to being a Fierhart. The respect of everyone in the industry is one of them. And the other is having more allies that you could possibly even imagine. Yea, I could go and get my boy Van Hayden. But Van's got his own plans going on. And then there's Dylan. And you're right, he's not been cleared to wrestle yet. But it doesn't end there, Kaster.

As the fans cheer on, Ryan adds...

There's also this guy that a lot of people know and love here in XWA named Adam Devlin that I know has my back. Then there's these other 2 gentlemen I know that EVERYONE knows who goes by the names Jayson Jones and Evan Fate.

The crowd comes alive at the mention of the names Ryan speaks.

Oh I can go on, Kaster. And any number of them I know would take up the fight at the drop of a dime. Hell, there's some guys that I could call on to back me up that you wouldn't see coming. So bring on you "big" brother Pollox. And while you're at it, bring the 82nd Airborn, the SS and the Red Army while your at it. Because if it's war you want Kaster, you've come to the right place.

Kaster grins with glee at Ryan's passionate response. It meant he knew the gravity of what was to come. Kaster raises his mic once again and replies to Ryan's words.

I'm glad that you do in fact have so many friends in so many places. Because it's not going to take any "Armed Forces" for us to win this little war. And that's what it is, Ryan. A WAR. But not just against you, oh no. You see, you're just the 1st part in a carefully laid out plan. A plan that will end with the name Troy being the most FEARED name in XWA, dare I say in wrestling. There are forces at work right now that you wouldn't even be able to imagine. It started with me, but it will most certainly not end with me alone.

[ryan]

Ryan shakes his head and responds.

What is it with you guys? You think that numbers is going to make you any better? Give me a freakin' break. If you think that whoever else it is you might have waitin' in the wings is gonna have me lookin' over my shoulder, you're out of your damn mind. I'll beat you, then I'll beat your brother, then I'll beat whoever the hell else you can pull out of the damn wood work.

Kaster steps in closer to Ryan and speaks these final, unsettling words.

There's only one number I need, my friend. 4

With an evil grin, Kaster simple drops his mic. His music cues up, and he walks pass Ryan to leave the ring. Not turning to look back at his rival, the camera show Kaster walking back up the ramp quite satisfied with leaving the seeds of doubt in Ryan's head.

Buzz: What the hell does he mean by "4" is the only number he needs?

Roach: I have no damn idea. But something tells me this situation between Kaster & Ryan isn't going to end with a cup of coffee & Donuts.

[ryan]

Ryan watches as Kaster heads backstage. What DID he mean by "4"? Was it just a trick to throw him off tonight? Or was it going to be something more. Ryan didn't have the time to ponder the answer, there was an Ironman match to be won. Ryan prepares to leave the ring and gear up for the match.
