It was over. Genesis... had done the unthinkable. Many doubted that he would win a match against Primo. I mean.. he couldn't beat him in singles. So, his chances of winning a King's Road Match (Primo's Specialty) was slim to none.
But somehow....someway
Much like he had done last year against XXL. Genesis proved to the world tonight that anything is possible... even defeating Primo Valiante. This will be one battle that will leave Genesis scarred, battered, and beaten for weeks.
And it was well worth it.
Genesis... pulls himself up off the mat. Rejecting help from the ref. Blood...streaming down his face onto the ring mat. Genesis holds onto to the ropes nearby to keep him from sliding back down. He could barely stand at this point. He snatches a microphone nearby and decides to speak a few words:
*gasps for air* Lemme just say this......Primo.....if I didn't say it before. I'll say it right now. Win or Lose, you are one tough son of a bitch !
Vendetta is coming up next week....
Genesis...gazes at the blood in his hands... a smalll chuckle begins to pour from his mouth:
HeHe.... just know this. As much as I do respect you in all. At the pay-per-view. It'll be YOUR blood....that'll be on my hands !
