Title intentions (O2Daegon)

[Kayn]

{This takes place before the interaction between myself and MG}

*As March Madness rolls on, the crowd is treated to an appearance by Kayn. As “Hammer Smashed Face” played over the PA system, Kayn walked out to a thunderous ovation by the crowd in the country’s capital. Kayn smiled and walked down the ramp giving a few high fives to the XWA fans. Kayn climbed into the ring and asked for a mic. Once he received the mic, his music faded away, however the fans were still chanting his name, which made Kayn smile even more. Kayn brought the mic to his lips and started to speak.*

“Washington D.C.! Welcome to March Madness!”

*The crowd erupts as Kayn lowers his mic for a moment to listen to the cheers of the people… his people, the XWA fans. Kayn then brought the mic to his lips again.*

“OK, so on the last episode of Takedown, I had an announcement to make, an announcement about my title intentions for this season. Well since I was interrupted last time, I’ve decided to make my intentions clear tonight, and tonight I will be challenging for that title right here in front of all of you.”

*The crowd cheered for Kayn and waited for his announcement.*

“Tonight. Right here in Washington D.C. *cheap pop* I intend to challenge for…





The PURE Title!”

*The cheers of the crowd were deafening.*

Mike: ”Whoa Buzz! Kayn against Daegon Truesdale for the Pure Title. No rope breaks, no leaving the ring, no submissions. The only way to win is by pinfall. You’ve got to like Kayn’s chances in this match.”

Buzz: ”I don’t have to like anything Mike. He’s just going for this title because he doesn’t have the backbone to challenge again for the World Title.

*Kayn raises his mic again, looks up the ramp way and speaks again.*

“Daegon, come on down!”

*Kayn lowered his mic and waits for his would be opponent.*

Trust Company - Downfall hits the PA System, Daegon made his way out onto the stage with his Pure Title on his shoulder, he walked down the ramp while looking at everyone in the crowd. Daegon climbed into the ring and called for a mic from ringside.

Daegon raised the mic to his lips and began to speak.

Nice too see you out here Kayn, so I see you want to challenge for the Pure Title I'm surprised but it's good too see you go for a Title.

Well I accept you challenge so You Vs. Me with my Pure Title on the line.

The Crowd began to cheer loudly.

BuZZ: I wonder how Daegon will do against Kayn I've seen what Kayn can do.

Roach: I agree with you their BuZZ, lets see who will pull through.

Daegon lowered his mic and waited for a response from Kayn.

[Kayn]

*Kayn smiled as his challenge was accepted by the Pure Champion. Kayn raised his mic and spoke.*

“Daegon, I got all the respect in the world for you, but tonight, it’s not about respect. It’s about proving who’s best, so after the ref counts to three, don’t hold it against me when I walk out of Washington D.C. as the new Pure Champ, OK?”

*The crowd erupted at Kayn’s statement as he extended his hand to Daegon for a handshake and waited.*

Daegon raised the mic again to his lips and began to speak.

I have no problems with that who ever wins, wins all I got to say is bring all you have got.

Daegon extends his hand and gives Kayn a handshake.

[Kayn]

*After the shake, Kayn nodded at Daegon and patted him on the shoulder. Kayn's theme music played as he left the ring and headed up the ramp.*

Mike: "This is going to be one hell of a match, no matter who wins."

*Kayn reached the stage area, turned back and gave Daegon a thumbs up before returning behind the curtain.*
