A fine summer day falls upon One Penn Plaza. She enters the building, and from the lobby on up the people seem to have a different vibe to them all of a sudden. The recent changing of the guard so to speak has left a lot of people on edge...but it didn't take away the fact that there was a job to be done still...and the same thing applied for XWA's "Creative Consultant".
Riding the elevator, she has little Mimi tucked in a "doggy bag" (is there anywhere she doesn't go without her little friend?). SHE walks downs the hallway and makes her way to The President's office, knocking on the door...

Inside, Carmella sits at her desk head leaning into an open palm. There was a headache going on for sure. Rodolphe was ousted, gone from the country now. A once trusted business partner now replaced by a brash young and pompous scoundrel who cared for nothing but...nothing, and there wasn't much at the moment she could do about it but speak to lawyers and associates day in and day out, trying to find some kind of loophole that would at least grant Rodolphe back his position as GM if GGE indeed was no longer his own.
Already expecting no good news to come from the other side of the door, she beckons.
Come in...

Um, hi Carmella...how are you today?
SHE stepped in seeing the obvious disdain in The Prez's demeanor. This was a woman who was clearly not in the best of moods at the moment. The only thing she could do was try to start up some small talk first before getting to the heart of the matter. Mimi meanwhile jumps out of the bag to greet her in her own way, jumping on Carmella's lap. They were both familiar with each each other as was SHE as well.

Carmella's smile was genuine as Mimi hopped up onto her. She picks up the little Maltese and caressed her gently. This was one pampered pooch, that's for sure.
I've seen better days, Sierra. I have know idea what to expect from this Sebastien except the worst, if what I'm hearing about him is true. Just exactly what it is that I need.
With a deep sigh she sets Mimi down onto her desk, who makes herself comfy...then focusses on her old friend and new employee.
So, what brings you here, Sierra?

Little Mimi might have lifted her spirits a bit, but she still wasn't all too happy. Still, SHE did have a reason for being here and it wasn't to swap recipes.
Well Carmella...I want to have a word with you about...Shawn?
SHE cringes slightly, this might get ugly...

There was only one Shawn on roster...and that was the last name she wanted to hear about. She lets out an even deeper sigh now.
You mean Hollywood...what about him?

I know that your were planning to book some kind of handicap match between him and that Adrenaline guy before he was fired against The Dooleys. Word is that you still want to make that match, but now make it 1 on 3? I...I think you should reconsider that idea if it's true.

Oh it's true Sierra, it's damn true. There's a big price to pay for disrespecting me. I will not have ANYONE on this roster who thinks that they're above the law and can say what it is that they want. The only thing he did was step into the office, demand a restraining order of all things and then have the nerve to call me a bitch.
The bastard has no idea how RIGHT he is.

Please Carmella, just hear me out. Okay he might be hard headed and all but, do you honestly think that doing something like this is going to make things better, or worse?
You can discipline some people like that, but for others the only thing you do is make them more defiant...

And you think he's one of the latter, hmm? I appreciate the setiment but...if that actually IS true, then his career here is going to be hell on earth courtesy of Carmella Blackheart. It's simple Sierra. Respect the league, respect the staff, respect the business, and all good things will come to you. Hollywood has no respect for anyone.
All I see is whining little boy in need of that one good ass-kicking to make him a man. I'm going to beat that respect into him...or have it beaten into him I should say...otherwise he can find himself a job in one of those second fiddle feds out there.
Then again...he's already been ousted from TWO of them...really doesn't have much of a choice does he? It's either here or back to the unemployment line, crack house or wherever it was that Rodolphe found him...I really don't care too much myself. This is my game and it will be played by my rules. Maybe I won't stick him in a one-on three match, but he's not out of the woods yet...not by a longshot.

Sometimes, just sometimes...Carmella Blackheart was a woman who fit her name perfectly. For as long as Sierra knew her during her time in training under the elusive Vincent Fate, she knew a few things. Carmella was a consummate professional, and when she wanted to be one sadistic bitch. Seemed as if full S&M mode was in effect when it came to the issue of Shawn Hollywood, but SHE was good at convincing...sometimes...so she presses on, knowing that she's one of few who can sway The President's decision.
What exactly will you get out of this, Carmella? Are you trying to make a statement? Prove a point or something? Or is this for your own entertainment watching a man be punished for making a mistake?

All of the above, Sierra. All of the above. First and foremost, Hollywood's "manhood" is a very debatable issue because what I've seen is as childish as you can be without being made to stand in a corner. I'm going to test that manhood, I'm going to test HIM...just like the old days of the Spartan empire.
A boy is taken at age 7 and sent into the wilderness, where he learns on his own how to survive. He grows a killer instinct, becomes more than a man...but a WARRIOR...or he just become food for the wolves or the victim of one stronger than he is.
This is Hollywood's trial by fire. When I'm done with his ass, he's either going to be a soldier, or he's going to be yesterday's scraps. Simple as that.
Now if there's anything thing else you have for me...there's actually something that I wanted to speak to you about concerning the new "GM".

V_V That went well, didn't it? This was one of those times where Carmella was set in her ways sadly. Truth be told, her intentions were noble enough, even if they were barbaric.
Well, whatever is that you have planned...I...I think that I should be involved. I'll...referee the match or go to the ring with him or something, yeah that'll work! But...um, what about the GM thingie?

I'm going to have a meeting with our new GM soon, I want you to be present when it happens. I know it's not going to go without some kind of hitch, and I think I might need someone to stop me from outright killing him...

Suddenly, SHE has a startling revelation about Carmella...
Um, sure...anything for you Carmella but I'm noticing something, girl. You're starting to sound like...him...as far as your attitude goes...Vincent? I've never seen you be so aggressive before.
