[Syrus The Entertainer]

And so, in another impressive showing Syrus was victorious for the second straight week against Magnus. Fueled by his comments from earlier Sy poured it on this time around, not allowing for Magnus to get a great deal of offense in leading up to the FTGDMFW for yet another FTGDMFW. The fans had clamored for the man after the match was done and being the showman he was, Syrus was more than happy to oblige them.

I thought I told ya'll this was my year, baby! Yeaaaaah boyyyyeeee!

With his impersonation of Flava Flav, Syrus was all smiles in the ring as the ref raised his hand in victory. He pandered to the screaming crowd, soaking in all the joy of sweet victory.

Roach: A big win tonight for Syrus! You gotta think to yourself now that Magnus has got to be eating his words from earlier.

BuZZ: Say what you want about the man, he can flat-out perform inside of that ring, and you know something? He's on a roll right now! Yeah it's only two matches, but Magnus has shown he's no punk, and two wins against him in a row is something to talk about.

Roach: And you know he's gonna talk about it...

His opponent still on the mat though was not in the best of moods though.

Magnus slowly gets to one single knee, the referee checking to see if he was OK as Syrus celebrated in the ring. He was furious. The camera focussed close on the man to show a menacing scowl on his face that would scare children. Syrus' back was turned and he never saw Magnus' next move coming.

Without warning Magnus blindsided Syrus with a forearm shot to the head. The force of the blow took him to a corner of the ring where Magnus followed up with right hands to Syrus' face. The crowd's boos were deafening, but Magnus cared not what anyone thought of his actions. His was a look of frustration and anger as he slowly backed away from the groggy Syrus as the referee reprimanded him. For his troubles the ref got shoved straight to the mat.

Roach: W...what the hell is he doing!? Magnus...has he lost his mind?

His next move was lunging towards Syrus, nailing him clean with a stiff clothesline that took him clean off of his feet and to the canvas. Magnus' lips were twitching as angry as he was, and he wasn't done quite yet. He hopped out of the ring and seconds later pulled Syrus out to where his head was now hanging from the apron. Magnus stings him with an elbow shot to his exposed chest which makes Syrus fall to the floor below. Magnus looks over to the announce table now and smiles an evil smile, proceeding to dismantle the table and leave nothing but the flat surface below the monitors.

BuZZ: I'm not liking the looks of this...
Roach: Magnus, what are you doing? Don't do this! This is just disgusting!

Even though he could hear the announcers being so close, he didn't listen. Magnus picked up the fallen Syrus from the ground, but...

Just as he's back to his feet, Syrus show the where-with-all to fire back with right hands of his own. The crowd is firmly behind him as he starts to back Magnus up with a barrage of punches. He's slowed down to the point now where Syrus grabs him by a single arm and with all his might swings Magnus around tossing him straight into the steel corner steps!

The loud thud of Magnus' body crashing into the steel could be heard throughout the arena, and the cameras keep rolling, showing the German grimacing in pain.

That's how it's gonna be huh? Aight, dog...we can do it like that then.

Syrus follows up by grabbing Magnus from the ground but...

As Magnus rises, he connects with a vicious low-blow that nobody, especially Syrus had expected. He buckles over, using the apron to support himself while writhing in pain. As Syrus suffered the effects of the crotch shot, Magnus still wincing in his own pain grabbed his foe and threw him against the front of the announce table. At that point Roach and Buzz were both on their feet.

Magnus picks Syrus up from the ground and positioned his head under his torso, aiming straight for the announce table. With a bend of the knees and a hoist of the shoulders he had Syrus up for a powerbomb and then to the shock and disgust of the Connecticut crowd...

Roach: NO!!! NO!!!

...sent the man crashing through the wood & metal. Syrus now laid in a heap of debris as more officials and security quickly made their way to ringside before anything else could happen. As they tended to Syrus, Magnus still clutching his back had a different look on his face now. Gone was the expression of pure rage, and in it's place was one of evil joy, reveling in what he had just done.

Roach: So what the hell was all that about "the purity of sport" and " the honor of competition" he's been preaching? Magnus Von Schwartz is a damn fraud! He's not out for anything or anyone but himself! Just look at him! Smiling at what the hell he just did! He's nothing but a sore loser!

Security had managed to push Magnus back to the mouth of the aisle as EMTs were now en route to deal with the situation. Again a clear and deviant grin could be seen on Magnus' lips as he backed up the aisle. The crowd were raining down heavy on him with boos and the chant of "SCREW YOU MAGGIE", but at this point none of that, not even the loss he suffered prior to this skirmish was affecting him. He dealt a blow, and even though he hadn't won, the night was still his.

The scene now as the show went on break was of the EMTs tending to Syrus. They had brought out a stretcher and were asking if he could move at all. Syrus nods and using a couple of officials as support picked himself up from the rubble of his own power. It was a sight that had relieved all of the fans and the announce team who witnessed it all, despite the fact that Syrus was still in visible pain and discomfort. They begin to guide him backstage along with a security detail to ensure another attack didn't happen.

Buzz: Well fans, there you see what happened as we went to break. It's a good thing that Syrus isn't severely hurt from that cowardly attack by Magnus, but you gotta believe that things between those two men now have reached a new level, one that's not going to be pretty...
