As the show returns from a previous segment, Leani Li's entrance theme plays over the arena speakers. The woman called "THE Diva" sashays her way down the walkway as if it were a Milan catwalk, blowing kisses to the many males fans in the front row. Place on the ring steps was a Mic, of which she takes before ascending them. On the apron, she gives the boys a little "wiggle" before climbing into the ring. Once inside, Leani wastes no time getting to the task at hand.
First and foremost, I want to dispel a little rumor I've been hearing all week. Unfortunately, Jayson Jones AND my money maker The Terrific One WON'T be on this week's show, as they're off in London doing a special XWA promotional event with some of the other talent that's yet to make the appearances on Takedown. But Tommy WILL be back for March Madness, you can count on that one.
Some boos can be heard, as a Jones/Tryton match was anticipated as well for this week's show.
But don't you people worry your little heads. I wouldn't be out here if I hadn't done my job as a manager. Tonight, after speaking with XWA's GM Mr. Gallas, I managed to book what's going to be a fight of epic proportions. A battle of two of the biggest names in the sport. Two men of championship pedigree. Oh yea, you know what's coming. Tonight, it's going to be former PTW and SSW World Champion Mark Million, against former XWA World Champion...
SCOTT O'DELL!!!
As she speaks his name, she points to the stage entrance, and O'Dell's music cues over the PA.

Scott had a grin from ear to ear as he stepped out into the arena. Were the fans booing? Of course. Did it bother Scott one bit? Not a chance. He fed off the fact that he was the most disliked man in the industry. It just made him bigger then he already was. Scott makes his way to the ring wearing one of his now trademark business suits. The Franchise has to look the part, doesn't he? Once inside, Scot is handed a mic of his own. He leans over and Leani gives him a peck on the cheek. All smiles, Scott turns his attention to his "adoring public".
Another week, another paycheck, eh people? You've sat out here, and been subjected to what I call "Must NOT see TV". The bland. The boring. The same old shtick. Be honest people. How many of you out there took a nap when Harris and Wyle were out here earlier? I know I did.
The fans boo as Scott takes aim as usual at other XWA talent.
But enough about the mid-carders. Tonight, thanks to Leani here, I've got me a main eventer. Mark Million. You heard what she said. He's been a World Champion. He's got world class talent. A three time golden glove champion. One of the best strikers in the game. In many ways, Mark Million is the spitting image of the man he teamed up with last week, my opponent at March Madness, Jayson Jones. And as we all saw last week, Mr. Million suffered the same fate as Mr. Jones did. Me pinning his shoulders to the mat...for three seconds.
Now all I've seen on the net, and heard from every sap ass purist is that "you had to cheat to beat him" and "You hit him in the nuts when the ref was down". NOT CRAP!!! Did you hear from my mouth "I beat him fair and square"? Hell no. I BEAT him. PERIOD. Does it matter how I beat him? Does it matter how anyone gets beat in this business? Hell no. All that matters is that one guy gets a W, and the other gets an L.
Scott paces a bit as he continues.
Take a look at the biggest names in the sport. Guys from other companies. Guys in THIS company. Take Genesis for example. What did he do last week? He beat AJ Ryder, the SAME way I beat Million. Do I hear any of you idiots bitchin' about him hittin at guy in the sack? Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Why? Because you're all BIASED!!!
The fans shower more boos down on him and Leani.
He can try to castrate a guy. Jon Payne can try to kick a guy into a concussion. But when I do something like that, it's a crime. It's a tainted win. So to all of you people out there who keep ridin' my jock, and this includes a certain meatball I know, KISS MY ASS!!! I'm Scott O'Dell. THE FRANCHISE. I do what I want, to who I want, when I want. And there isn't a god damn thing anyone can do about it.
And as far as Mark Million tonight, buddy boy...you better bring your A-Game. Bring every ounce of skill and talent you have to this ring. Because Scott O'Dell ALWAYS brings his A-Game. And then, when all is said and done, and I beat you...AGAIN. Let's see all of the idiots of the industry bitch and moan about that, shall we?

Million stands in front of the stage entrance and stares at O'Dell and Li in the ring. As cheers come from the XWA fateful, Mark raises his mic and responds to O'Dell's challenge.
Cut the music.
The fans continue to cheer, Mark speaks up again.
Scott. If there's one thing I never do, it's make excuses for myself. Last week, you caught me. You did the opportune act, at the opportune moment. Anyone who's got something bad to say about it, who says it was "tainted" as you put it, is a naive fool.
Buzz: What? He's actually agreeing with O'Dell? Is he freakin' nuts?
Roach: Easy, Buzz. Something tells me there's more to this.
The the fact of the matter is this. It takes a certain kind of individual to be called "championship material". The individuals who will stop at NOTHING to reach there goals. The ones who will do anything, at any cost, to anyone. All for the sake of being the best. Because in order to be the best, enemies are needed. Not a single person who's ever been a champion can say they didn't have enemies. HATED enemies. It comes with the territory. So to you, Scott. I say congrats. Because you're definitely championship material, because you DEFINITELY have an enemy in Mark Million.[/font]

Tonight, because I know you'll be watchin' this match as well, Tommy. I want you to pay close attention. I want you to watch and see what I do to your new buddy. And Scott, I want you to pay close attention tonight as well. Because like I just said, REAL champions will stop at nothing to win. And best believe I will stop at nothing tonight to KICK YOUR ASS. Mark lowers his mic, and awaits the next reply.

We're going to see just how good you feel after THE FRANCHISE puts your ass down for the count one more time. And yes, he'll be doing it with ME in his corner tonight. Why? Because Leani Li only deals with winners. And this man, he's a winner. Not like SOME people who up and run with their tails between their legs. You've got nerve coming out here and making yourself sound so noble. You're a COWARD. And you'll always BE a coward!

Mark brings his mic back up and responds to Leani's comments.
Leani. Sweety. Why so mad? You know, to still be sore about something that happened 5 months ago is kinda pathetic. I stand by my decision. I made a choice, because I wasn't about to sit my ass on the sidelines and wait for what Chase was gonna do. I did my own thing. And if you and Tommy can't get that, then I guess I'll have to beat it into your brains come March Madness. The only way it's gonna be settled, is in the ring. But I'll do that with Tommy face to face. This week, it's me and Mr. Franchise. And when I'm done, the stock of THIS franchise is going down a few points.
He waits for the next response.

You and Tommy don't have anything to worry about, Leani. After tonight, Mr. Million here is going to be a walk in the park for ANYONE after I beat him within an inch of his sorry, misbegotten life. Million, you're moment in the spotlight is tonight. So enjoy it. Revel in it. Because I'm leaving this ring tonight a winner. And I'm leaving YOU a batter, beaten, broken lump in the middle of it.

Ashis theme hits the PA again, Mark lowers his mic. He fixates his gaze on O'Dell with a confident smirk. This week, the goal was simple. Beat Scott O'Dell.

Scott stands with a grin of his own as Million starts backwards to exit the stage. It wasn't a must win match for him, but it was definitely a high profile one. The kind Scott loved. All that was left now was to get the job done.
