Yes, I do...take a seat sir.
Trusty little Mimi sits right a beside her, looking as jovial as usual.
I wanna ask you a few questions, get to know you a bit more and figure out just what it is that can be done to help you get to where you want to go. Let's start with the easy question: what is you're goal here in the XWA?

Nolan: To be the XWA Heavyweight Champion and just to do what I love...anything else?

OK, that makes sense. Every guy on the roster wants to be the world champion, but uh...exactly what have you don to earn that right? There've been three men so far who have been XWA World Champion, have you paid any attention to what it is that they've done to get to that level?

I don't think i'm just going to get a shot right away, I know I have to earn it, and earn it I will.

That's a confident demeanor you have there, but you have to realize something. Men go their entire careers sometimes with out ever even FACING a World Champion, let alone actually becoming one. You wanna know why that is? Well, in some cases it's because the company doesn't think they are championship material, in others it's because a person just really isn't quite...there...just yet, you understand?
I'm not trying to diss you or anything, I don't know what kind of wrestler you are, but my concern isn't the wrestler, it's the character behind the wrestler. That is what the people look for in not just a champion, but a SUPERSTAR. Character is the thing that's going to make you a Cinderella story or career mid-carder. Let's hear a little about YOUR character. Tell me something about yourself.

Well, i was never the coolest kid on the block, no one was ever nice to me, I had friends but they turned into enemys because they were in the "cool groups" I tried to prove myself by beating up the toughest kid, turned out I broke his nose and a cheek bone. Later, I tried out for a hometown wrestling club and the ROH owner was there so I signed up for ROH. i got bored of it because I had 3 matches in 6 months so I decided to join the XWA for fun and to do what I love.

And exactly what do you love about it? There are enough guys out there...even in this place, who are just as content the fact that they get paid to legally beat people within an inch of their lives.

The carnage, the blood howling screams, just all the twisted stuff, and I love the fans, I love to make people happy ;D And may I say you look beautiful like always.

You're not going to get anywhere kissing up to me, tell me something I don't already know. You also make it sound like this is a horror movie or something. Blood howling screams? I got the vibe that you come out to the ring with a meat cleaver and hockey mask up until you mentioned the fans. I trust that you understand that they are the most important thing of all in this business...you have to entertain them, and that little...and I do mean LITTLE showing earlier just isn't cutting it.
There's a high standard of competition her in the XWA. You'll be out there with newcomers like you and vets who've been at this for years. You have to stand out! You have to do and say thing that get you noticed as someone who is worthy of people attention and not just some new kid on the block who thinks that he's going to get a match just because he asks for one.
You say that you're willing to earn what it is that you get. Truth is...you won't earn anything that you don't work for, and you're going to have to work harder to earn anything at this stage in the game. It's halfway through the season, that means that anyone like you who is new to the company has to work that much more harder to make names for themselves. It's not as simple to do as you think it is, I hope you understand that.

If I got paid by compliment, I'd be able to retire early. However, my job is to give guys like you a hand in the developmental department, and that's not easy work, lemme tell ya. You know what I want you to do? Some homework, some research, whatever you want to call it.
Check the archives, watch the show, she who it is your up against here and what it is that they are doing and HAVE done before you showed up. I hate it when new people just show and think that they can just jump into whatever they want without reading up on what exactly is going on. There's an old saying, "you can't know where your going if you don't know where you've been". What I want you to do is see where this place has been. Scout some of the top talent the company has to offer and learn from what it is that they've done, then try to incorporate that into what it is that you.
I'm sure that then you'll see that what you've been trying to do fails to compare with what it is that you could or SHOULD be doing.

No idea? NO IDEA? What are you retarded or something? You think you're going to see a single match in this company acting like a total airhead? And they say blondes are dumb...they must have us confused for people like you.
You can take what I say and pay attention it, or not...one of those decisions will get you far, the other is going to get you fired. I'll let you figure which one, if that thick skull of yours can figure it out.
This one might very well be a lost cause. Carmella's going to skewer him...
