As the show continues on, the entrance theme of XWA Rookie Finesse sounds over the PA. Dressed in the "flyest" of gear, shinnin', stylin' and high risin', Finesse walks down the isle and to the ring. The crowd is left to wonder why he's making his appearance, but once inside the ring, and with mic in hand, Finesse answers the question.
Prudential Center. A FARCE has occurred tonight. Something that is UNHEARD OF and disturbing beyond belief. And that is the fact FINESSE is not in action. Can you believe that? The sexiest man in wrestling, not wrestling on the season premier? Now THAT'S some supa' size BS. Depriving the ladies the pleasure of watchin' the best lookin' body in the biz do his thang' in da' rang.
Finesse stands and shakes his head in mild disbelief before he speaks again.
But fear not, people. Next week, live from the Gampel Pavilion, I intend on makin' my in ring debut. So that you, everyone in the back, and the whole damn industry sees what a future champion, a future HALL OF FAMER looks like. But since I'm out here, and I got a mic, I wanna speak on somethin' that's been buggin' me tonight. The number of guys callin' themselves "The Future Of The Industry". This Ryder dude, Ryan Blaze & Lucas Styles, Austin Harris, this Loki cat. I dun' lost count. And it ain't just in XWA either. It's across the damn board. And some of these dudes have been wrestlin' for what? 2...3 years? 4 years? Fellas. If you ain't a balla in the game by now, sorry to break it to ya', but you're NEVER gonna be. You see me? I ain't the future of JACK. I'm the present. The now. I'm what's big in 2008. And I'll be what's big in 2009, in the 0-10, the 0-11, 0-12 and so one. So while you boys are still talkin' about what you're gonna do. I'll have already done it. Twice.
The crowd gives a positive reaction to the bold words of the rookie.
Is that big talk? Hell no. It's REAL TALK. Ya' see, Finesse is in XWA ta' get his grown man on and poppin'. I ain't lookin' to be one of those dudes that just takes up space on the middle of the card. I'm lookin' to take up space with the BALLAS. And right here, right now. I'm tellin' all the ballas. The shot callas. The playas' and the fakas' that like my bling, I'm gettin' my SHINE on. You ain't gotta believe a word I say. What you do have to do though, is watch and learn, fellas. Success in the game...takes a touch of FINESSE.
Finesse prepares to exit the ring, but he's halted by the entrance theme of another superstar.

It was Chris Steel's theme that interrupted Finesse's departure from the ring. Chris doesnt waste time and heads straight for the ring. Chris, with Mic in hand, turns and looks at Finesse, and begins to speak.
Chris:You look at me like you don't know who I am. Well let me tell you who I am. I am Chris Steel, and I am the Real Deal. Or as you like to put it I am one of those "Ballas" as you referred to.
I may not have quite made my mark here in XWA yet, but if you look up the history I have made all over this sport in all of the federations that I have been in, including TNB, which of course was folded by the coward morons who ran it, success came everywhere I went.
You talk about how while all these guys are still talking about what they are going to do, that you have already done it TWICE. Well you are looking at someone who has done "it" way more than TWICE. I've won title after title all over the place. There isnt a thing that I havent done in this business, and for this business.
You come out here and say how it is a crime and a travesty that you aren't on tonight's card. Well whoopdy freakin do. Neither am I. Instead of coming out here and complaining about it, i've come here tonight to enjoy myself, and to enjoy seeing all the boys in the back giving it their all in this ring. And i'll be damned if I'm going to let you come out here and ruin my enjoyment of tonight's event, or all of these fans.
You talk about how you want to get your "SHINE" on. Well how about next week you come out here in this ring and get your "SHINE" on against ME, the REAL DEAL?
Chris lowers his Mic and awaits and answer to the challenge.

Woooooooooohooooooooooo hoooooooooohoooooooooooooaooooo...
Finesse raises says into his Mic...
I come out and ask for some face time to state my case, and let the fans know what tha' kid is all about, and what do I get? I get one of the resident loud mouths with his head wedge up his ass, comin' out talkin' about how big he does it? Only thing big I see from that lil' bit, is ya' mouth. Let me ask you somethin' Chris Steel...
Finesse gives a smirk.
If you're so much of the "balla" you say you are, how come I ain't buyin' it? I mean I look at you, and all I see is...well...average. Average lookin' duds. Average lookin' build. Damn sure average on the Mic. I'd give you overall, a 6. And that's bein' generous, my man. Whereas me? I got the look of a model, the body of a god, and the skill of a panther. I'm smooth as silk and as cool as the otha' side of the pillow. And quite frankly, between you and me in a fight, I'm pickin' me all day, everyday. I can see the headlines now.
Up and coming rookie schools seasoned vet in one sided rout.
Oh yes. I can dig that. Can you dig that? I know you could...but'cha won't. Because you think you're the best thing since sliced bread. But I see I'ma just have to show you, that you're just stale.
Finesse confidently awaits the reply of Chris Steel.

Chris Steel looks at Finesse and just laughs.
Chris:"Can you dig it?" Who are you? Booker T.?
I never once said I'm the best thing since sliced bread. Sure some people make take a look at me and call me too cocky. I'm not cocky, i'm just highly confident in my abilities in that ring.
You say I have an average build? Well, obviously you dont see what everyone else sees. I have one of the best non steroid built bodies in this business. And you say you have the body of a God. Who is that "God"? HGH?
Are you really a woman? I ask that, because you pay way too much attention to the look of your body than a real man should.
You call me a seasoned veteran, which I appreciate. I have been to hell and back in and outside of this ring. You are so confident that you'd take me out every time in a fight between the two of us. Have you ever seen any of my previous matches where I ripped apart countless numbers of opponents.
You say you are an up and coming rookie. Well, that may very well be, but you've hit a roadblock in the way of me. After I get through with you, you will no longer be an up and coming rookie, you'll be an up and out of the way rookie.
So what do you say Finesse? Why dont you stop pussy-footing around and accept my challenge for a match for next week?
Chris lowers his Mic and awaits a response.

Finesse does everything in his power not to fall out laughing his head off.
Best Non-Steroid bodies in the business? You mean the best DONUT built body in the business. Homie, seriously? You look like you chow down on Baconators like most people do Pizza Rolls.
Finesse raises an arm and flexes one of his biceps.
You see that? That's the product of hard work in the gym. That's a Division 1A HEAVYWEIGHT NATIONAL CHAMPION in Freestyle wrestling's arm. You see, my man. I've got the hardware, and the credentials to back up every ounce of smack I talk in the ring. You? All you've got is your lame as hell HGH jokes that everyone over 275lbs with a decent physique hears EEEEEEEEEEEEEVERY DAMN SHOW. Like I said. Average. But I gotta give you props for wantin' to get in the ring with a real athlete. So that one day, 25 years from now, when you're tellin' ya' grand kids about your wrestling days, you can say "I went toe to toe with Finesse". You want it? You got it. And just because I'm such a nice guy, and I know that dudes with inflated egos like you always need to have the last word, knock ya'self out, my dude.
Finesse lays on the sarcasm thick, and awaits Steel's response.

Chris:I'm glad you accepted my challenge for a match next week. But i'm a bit tired of your mouth. And next week I'm going to be glad to kick your teeth right down your throat. You see your first mistake is that your taking me so lightly. And your second mistake will be that you are stepping into the ring with me next week. And the reason why, is because anyone.... ANYONE with a brain and a knowledge of my history in this business knows that I'm the last one you should take lightly.
I take this business very seriously. It's little twerps like you that think they are all high and mighty that tick me off. So next week after our match when you are lying on your back in a pool of your own blood, i'll take great solice in the fact that I made you eat your own words. It'll be a message to any other morons like you that may be roaming around in the back that you shouldn't take me so lightly. Because Chris Steel is the Real Deal, and he's VERY serious.
Chris drops the mic and returns to the backstage area.

Finesse shows a large, toothy grin as Steel high tails it from the ring. His "last words" were again, exactly as Finesse had anticipated, as if read from the "How to bee a badass" handbook. As Steel walks up runway, Finesse looks to the stands and points as if to say "Do you believe that guy?" Little did Steel know, Finesse didn't take him lightly. He just thought he was a joke. And next week, the last laugh would belong to him. Finesse lays his Mic down and exits the ring as things get ready for the next scheduled match.
The End.
