Something a bit simpler (Open Challenge)

A few chords echo throughout Madison Square Garden, a familiar song to some but who was going to claim it. As the lyrics to “Oblivion” by 30 Seconds to Mars finally kicked in none other than the Amazonian British shootfighter Cosette Grace stepped out onto the stage, clad in her usual business suit. She waves to the assembled audience, clearly overjoyed to be back in action.

Well, there you see our first and who knows, maybe our next XWA Pearl Champion Cosette Grace. Definitely One of our breakout stars of 2007. I have to say I got a chance to talk to her and we got to see her train in that behind the scenes BuZZ segment and she's bigger, stronger, and I think she may be just a little bit more intense than last year.

You said Grace, didn't you, Roach. I hear you throwing that “ssssssssss” in there, you know I have Addison Grey's cell phone number, I'm going to tell her to come over here and correct you.

I think I'll pass on that, but it is part of this weird family dynamic these two have had going for almost a year now. I guess we'll find out how that turns out this year.

By now Cosette was standing in the middle of the ring waiting for all the cheers she was getting gto finally die down. Once the arena was quiet enough for her to speak she picked up the microphone.

Madison Square Garden, I want to thank you for the war welcome back and I have to say it feels like I've been waiting for this moment forever. I can't tell you the anticipation I felt building up to standing right here at the first Takedown of the year.

Now I'm sure you're all aware of a little family drama that's been troubling me again as of late. Well, I'm afraid most of the rumors are true. Yes, I'm afraid this entire situation is exactly as bizarre as it sounds, and well it may be some time before all is right between my mother and I.


She looked serious much to the confusion of the crowd and the announce team. No one had any idea how to react to that comment but they were willing to ignore it and let her go on.

But tonight is supposed to be special and I think I can put my issues with mommy dearest away for a moment so that I can give the XWA fans the return match I think they're owed. So I'll take on any of the XWA Diamonds, new or old, right here one on one tonight.

That was more like it, and everyone ate it up. She folds her hand and leans over the ropes facing the entrance ramp waiting to see who that would bring out.

Suddenly Bitchism hits in the stadium and out appears the youngest Diamond in the roster, Sarah Dixon, with a headband and carrying a towel, like always she has a mic

Whoa, whoa, whoa just excuse me while I dry the sweat out of my young forehead because Cosette listening to you and not falling sleep it's a huge effort

fans boo as a cocky Sarah keeps walking down the arena looking cocky as always, she gets in the ring with Cosette

But don't worry girl, you won't have to compete tonight, you'll just be another name in the glorious list of people that have been defeated by me "The Brand New Hope of modern and old school wrestling" Sarah Dixon. There aren't enough words in the whole world to describe my greatness, there isn't enough bronze in the world to build a statue that equals my greatness.

But as much as I love telling you all people that I am the superior one here, and that Cosette will probably not last long because she's so inferiorly skilled in comparison with me, I won't keep going on and on. I will just say:

Cosette are you ready to lose? Because girl the fastest you admit it, the fastest you'll get over it. I am the Brand New Hope, I am Sarah Dixon and you are just a Jerry Springer-bound boring loner, that thinks that can stop the Brand New Hope...

Sarah laughs arrogantly as the crowd boos her.

So Hott suddenly blasts over the pa system as TEN makes her appearance on the entrance stage. The crowd having a mixed reaction, mainly because they remember her as being incredibly arrogant. She waved to everyone and made her way down to the ring. Sliding in, she walked by Cosette and Dixon. Going to the side of the ring, she reached down for a mic. A stage hand hands her a mic and the music begins to fade.

Hello Ladies. So, Dixon. Brand New Hope? The Great White Hope? Is that really you? Brother of Chet? ZOMG! It is.....Meh, you're not that important. You talk a big game, but its not as big as the amount of air in your head.

You see, over the off season I realized that being arrogant leaves you with nothing, much like you're chest. So I'm here and ready to fight you.

And Cosette, one of the better Diamonds in this league. Fighting you would be absolutely awesome. So here's what I propose. A triple threat match.[/center]

Sarah just laughs cockily

Ooooh Touche little prick! I am a Dixon yeah, but the Dixons aren't just Chet. Infact the Dixons being just me that pretty resumes the quality of our wrestling.

Now I just don't know your damn name I mean, nobody remembers you, you appeared and you dissapeared faster than the traffic lights swips from green to red. Everyone here remembers you for being a big quitter, you couldn't cut the moustard, you couldn't cut the butter, and you couldn't cut the chase.

Cosette here might have her defects, aswell as having inferior skills to mines. But atleast she isn't a quitter. Unlike you, little prick. You won some and then at your first loss you ran away like a scolded dog. Please.. If there's something wrestling doesn't need is more quitters. Just lay off of whatever you are taking girl, because you are pretty HIGH if you think Cosette, me or the fans can consider you any threat at all.

Alright, I'll keep this short for the attention-span impaired.

She points at Sarah and gives her a little eye roll.

Sarah, I do hope you intend to back up what you just said out here and T.E.N. I hope you plan to do the same. I haven't been in a fight in far too long and I plan on making this one good no matter how many of you there are. So let's do this one big for the first show of the year.

First off Sarah, I didn't quit. There's a thing called real life that happens outside of this ring that ended up becoming much more important. If you can't grasp that, then you need a swift kick to the head.

And Cosette, you can be assured that I will bring my A game with me. I'm going to show everyone that I am not what they think. I am a serious competitor and I'm going to show just how serious I am.

And if there's nothing else to say, I say we end it here and let our actions do our talking.

Sarah then interrupts the two woman

Nothing else to say? Well there is indeed something else to say! The Enema Nerd is that what T.E.N stands for? I don't care if you had real life problems, you think the rest of us don't have any? Pfft that's a cheap excuse comming from a very cheap athlete, you just dissapeared, vanished, you lost and you were gone, now you come back here expecting us to treat you with respect? You should thank me and Cosette for allowing your good-for-nothing carcass to step between a talented athlete and a REALLY talented athlete.

And I am good, you give 100%, I'll overcome you by giving 200% I am the Brand New Hope, and T.E.N don't try to make fun of my alias, it just shows everyone how a person who hasn't a brain must behave.

Cosette you can ask everyone to come, maybe Addison Grace, Daddy Grace, Mommy Grace, Uncle Jimmy Jack Grace, Aunt Sheila Grace, Nephew Arnie Grace, Cousin Kyle Grace. Everyone will fall down my boot, as I climb to the ladder of success by stepping over everyone, who gets in my path.

Even good for nothing red-haired skanky hoes who use lame acronims as a gimmick...
