The opening chords to the the entrance theme of Lionel "The X MAN" Xander, begins to play. X comes out into the arena, but he wasn't alone. He was joined by his long time partner, "The Enforcer" Chris Cage. The New Wave was back together, and in XWA.
Buzz: Lionel Xander. Chris Cage. The New Wave. I've heard alot about these guys and there run up north. A run that's still going on I might add.
Roach: Yea, they're champs where they're from. But Xander's still unproven as far as XWA goes. Still, you've gotta admire the grit he's shown in the past. Who in their right mind would actually call out Simon Fierhart?
Buzz: It's because he's got more guys the brains, Mikey. Bu he's definitely got talent. And now, he's got the 6'8", 290lbs Chris Cage backing him up. This should be interesting.
X & Cage do there signature slide into the ring, and X calls for a Mic.
Ladies and gentlemen, THE NEW WAVE has officially entered XWA. And it's been a LONG time coming. Back in September when I 1st showed up in XWA. I had a mission. That mission was to make a name for myself on American soil. I'm a superstar in Canada already. One of the biggest names in wrestling up north. But in XWA, well...let's just say I didn't have as good a start as I would have hoped for.
But who among ANY of you people in this arena, or the chumaps backstage would be man enough to fight Simon Fierhart one on one, huh? NONE of you!!! Because you're all YELLOW!!! But it would seem, that Simon wasn't the only one I had a run of bad luck against. There was also his little brother Ryan.
The crowd gives a boisterous cheer at the mention of Ryan Fierhart.
Ryan, you pinned me at Xgames One, and for the last 3 months, that's all I've heard. I've even been called out for losing to you in my other company!!! I'm sick of it!!! So tonight, in Newark, New Jersey. I'm callin' you out. You and your buddy Dylan Bates. Get your asses down to this ring, and let's settle this!!!
X was fired up, and ready to roll. He and Cage wait for the inevitable response.

A good 30 seconds would pass, and nothing. No music. No response. Nothing. Chris calls for a Mic of his own and speaks.
We don't have all night, fellas!!! We're here, we're in gear, and we're ready for a fight. So come give us one!!!
They stand still awaiting a response from their charges.

Another few seconds would pass, but it wasn't the theme of Nex-Gen that played. It was Exile from Legacey. The entrance theme of "The Big O". With a toothy grin, Si makes his way to the ring. He climbs up the ring steps, and gives X and Cage a thumbs up before entering. He walks over to Cage, and asks to borrow his Mic so he can talk to them both.
X Man, long time no see. Ya' look good man. Ya' look good. And you are obviously THE Chris Cage I've heard about so much. Strong, man. Strong. You two have got the right idea. Ya' come out here, and ya' lay it out. Point blank and period. THAS' wassup. But I gotta be honest with you. I'm kinda selfish. I mean I can feel you X, on the part about you wantin' ta' get some payback on Blondy. But ya' know, beatin' his as has kinda become my thing, ya' know? He ain't pin me yet. I was kinda hopin' I'd get to beatin' his chump ass some more myself.
As the crowd boos his arrogant words, Si grins. It was just the reaction he wanted from them.
This got me to thinkin' as I was on my way out here. Why not have it so that we ALL get our way, huh fellas? That's right. The New Wave, teamin' up with The Big O. Tonight, against Blondy & Dagwood. You get ya' payback. I get to whoop up on Fierhart some more. It's a win win for everyone. How 'bout it, boys?
Si hands Cage back the Mic, and continues grinning away as he waits for there answer.

Having heard what Alston had to say, the prospect had some teeth to it. Chris knew they probably needed no help from Alston, but rubbing salt in the wounds of Nex Gen was to good to pass up. He leans over to X, and they exchange a few communal words before X gives the reply.

X had an unsettling grin on his face as he looked to Alston.
Buzz: I don't like that look in his eye.
Roach: No kidding. This could go from bad to worse for Nex Gen.
X responds to Alston's offer.
I say THE MORE THE MERRIER!!! You want in on the public execution of Nex Gen? You've got it!!!
X continues to smile, and bounces up and down in anticipation of what was to come.

After much anticipation, the music of Nex Gen sounds over the PA. The crowd comes to there feet as Dylan Bates and Ryan Fierhart enter the arena. There music dies down, and Dylan prepares to address the men in the ring.
Ok, let me get this straight. The 3 of you, want to take on the 2 of us, in a 3 on 2 handicap match?
Dylan looks to Ryan for a moment, and then out to the crowd before he continues his response.
That's not exactly a very fair match now, is it? I mean, let's look at this objectively. On one side, you've got myself, "The Natural", and you've got R.M.F., arguably one of the best tag teams to set foot in a ring. And then we have you guys. The New Wave, Lionel "The X Man" Xander and "The Enforcer" Chris Cage. Two guys with talent, no doubt, just breaking into wrestling in th US. And then of course we have "The Big O". One of XWA's big guns, and possibly one of the best pure athletes in the company. It doesn't stack up well, it really doesn't.
Dylan looks to Ryan again.
Maybe we should do this match blind folded, dude. Give them a fighting chance.
The crowd gives a big pop from the cocky words of Dylan.

Ryan cracks up from Dylan's "confident" words. He raises his Mic for a counter statement.
What my bro here is basically trying to say, is that we're not in the least bit intimidated by any of you. Together, we're some tough sons of bitches. But united, we're NEX GEN. One of the ELITE teams in this business. And on a personal note, I personally WELCOME this challenge. Because I get both your sorry asses in the ring one more time. And Cage, you're just an unfortunate casualty. You want a fight 2 on 3? You've GOT one. Because they two of us are good enough, we're smart enough...
and dog-on-it, people like us. ;D
A sentiment met by the rawkus cheer of the New Jersey fateful. They await the response of there opponents.

Ryan's smug attitude ticked X off. Dylan's cocky attitude made it even worse. He raises his mic to speak.
You boys think you're pretty funny, eh? Real comedians. Well we'll see who's gonna be laughing after The NEW WAVE and The Big O kick your god damn TEETH IN!!! Tonight, it might be just business, but the business is gonna get REAL personal. BET on it, chumps.
X leaves the floor open for O to speak up.

Si speaks in response to Xander's remark.
That's their pride gettin' to em. Makes them think their gonna come out tonight a work some kinda miracle. Miracles only happen in the movies, fellas. This ain't no movie. This is gonna be the night you two remember as the night you got the worst ass whoopin' of ya' damn lives.

Ryan responds...
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.Come on, guys. You can't take a joke? Jeez. *sigh* I'll agree with you on one thing though, Xander. Tonight's gonna be NO LAUGHING MATTER. Not a chance. Tonight, we get some issue off our chests, and upside your damn heads. And Osiris, you might be surprised who ends up on the receiving end of "The worst beating of there lives".

Dylan finishes up with words of his own.
I'd normally have something witty to say, But I think Ryan covered all the bases already. We'll see you gentlemen in the ring. Don't be late, boys. Wouldn't wanna think you chickened out.
Look at that, I had something witty to say afterall.
As their music cues up, Dylan shrugs. He takes a look a Ryan, who got a nice chuckle out of it, and they exit the stage area.

The scenes would end with a shot of Alston, Xander and Cage in the ring. Alston had a confident smirk on his face. As tough as Bates and Fierhart may be, it was still 3 on 2. And He'd take those odds any day.
End.
