Vel couldn't believe it. Ryan had lost the Pure Championship. She didn't hesitate and got into the ring with her man. Once they're behind the curtain she looks at him.
Are you okay baby? Don't worry. Maybe Maniac did get in your head. Ever since then you seem to be off your game. Do you need anything?
She really was worried about how this loss could affect him. Some people wouldn't be able to handle this loss but she hoped he wasn't one of those kind of people.

Damn it!
He sits down on a folded-out steel chair set up in the hallway. He rests his head against the wall behind him, and closes his eyes. Ryan takes a deep breath, and manages to cool down before he blows a casket.
It's alright though... It's alright... Sabastien just took over the company, and he owes me a World title shot.. So it's all good.. However, I don't plan on using it yet.. Hah.. No. I'll use it down the road. I'll need to recuperate from the loss first...

The man promised it to me way back at Vendetta. He may not remember it, but I do. and IF he CAN'T remember, I'll just have to remind him...
Ryan crosses his arms in front of his stomach and takes a deep breath. As he said before, his plan was to not use that opportunity yet. He'd wait until he regained his ego
And I plan on picking myself up and beating down on some random wrestlers. I don't know. However, I'm not going to just quit. You WILL see me kick some ass. I've just hit a slump. |

It's okay baby. Everyone hits a slump. It's only natural. Even someone with your talent hits a slump. But I'm sure whatever chump you pick is going to bring you out of it. What kind of opponent are you looking for and maybe I could suggest someone baby?

It's good to see the old confidence returning baby. It's even better that you've already got someone picked out. I know you'll wipe the floor with them and be even closer to your goal. In fact, beating World Title contenders should make it so you don't have to cash in on that favor for a very long time. I mean it's not a favor if you earn it by beating the contenders for the title.
