With unmatched drive and determination the ladies of the XWA are far more than just pretty faces-they are true gladiators in their own right. The Diamond Championship represents the absolute best of the best amongst them, the best female wrestler today.
========2007 History========
FIRST CHAMPION
Ashley Diamond (Defended 4 times)
Becomes the first ever Diamond Champion in a battle royal involving 5 other Diamonds, and goes on a near 4 month reign
SECOND CHAMPION
Angel ends Ashley's near 4 month reign as champion
THIRD CHAMPION
Heather Fierhart (Defended 4 times)
Heather wins title on first try and defends it 4 times within 2 months
FOURTH CHAMPION
Sara Beck
Sara defeats Heather and takes title in Xgames I
========2008========
1st CHAMPION
Roze
The venerable underdog Roze upsets Beck to win the championship.
2nd CHAMPION
Channelle
Defeating Roze for the title, Channelle would then retain the championship at Independence Day 2008 by not losing or winning the American Classic match and the defend the title against the runner-up Alundra Jade at Solstice 2008.
3rd CHAMPION
Jamie Fury
The named #1 contender Fury defeated Channelle at Only The Strong 2008 to win the title, her second in the XWA.
4th CHAMPION
Tanden Fearse
Winning the title at The Devil's Playground match, Fearse then defends the belt in The Diamond's Conflict to carry the belt into 2009.
========2009========
1st CHAMPION
Bianca Dianaco
Dianaco defeats Tanden to win her first title in the XWA.
2nd CHAMPION
Jamie Fury
Fury defeats Dianaco at Only The Strong 2009, the same event she won her first Diamond Title, and carries it for much of the 2010 season.
========2010========
1st CHAMPION
Okami Hawaito
Okami pins Paige Monroe in a Triple Threat match also involving the champion Fury, to take her only championship in her XWA tenure. Contractual issue force her to leave the company and thus vacate the title a month later.
2nd CHAMPION
Jamie Fury
Facing the #1 contender Sonya Robbins at XGAMES4 for the vacant title, Fury is victorious and becomes the league's first 3-time World Champion, carrying the belt into the 2011 season.
