For those of who who're just joining us, this is a brief synopsis of the XWA's "Universe".
XWA is a worldwide operation whose corporate HQ is located at 1 Penn Plaza in New York City. The company is funded by The Blackheart Corporation.
This is represented in The Association board by the offices of XWA's staff as well as open forum to RP in any given area of the building.
During the season, the XWA travels around the country and to many other parts of the world for it's show TakeDown and it's monthly Pay Per Views. Matches for these shows will be promo'd for in the XWAWorldwide board for TD and the respective PPV board when it is opened.
XWA Superstars are generously compensated for their work within the company, with starting salaries averaging in the 100,000s of dollars (American) to millions for top superstars and champions alike, with the company taking a percentage of merchandising profits, advertising and ticket sales. With respect to whatever other feds you might be a part of, here the XWA is "The Show", North America's biggest & baddest wrestling promotion with a worldwide following...but not your typical sports entertainment. XWA leans very much more towards innovation in the industry, where the action between the bells is as quality as the entertainment before and after them.
By no means is XWA limited to just wrestling-type storylines either. This is a fictional setting where things such as the supernatural, technology and the like are well represented, though we lean more towards a realistic kind of fiction akin to Namco's Tekken series, to give you an idea of how we roll here.
You are in no way limited to these locales in any of your roleplaying, which is why the choices by default are limited. In XWA the world is your playground as well as your battleground.

1) The Association- XWA Headquarters/Staff Offices
2) XWAWorldwide (when opened)- Match Promos for XWATakeDown/Post Match Spoilers for TakeDown and PPVs
3) Character Out Of Character (COOC)- Off camera, "real life" interaction of your character
4) The Buzz- XWA's "website"/news area for quick promos, backstage interviews, rumors and Sample RP promos for XWA hopefuls.
5) PPV Boards- Specific boards representing XWA Monthly PPVs where match promos for that event should be posted
