`rubs temples`
Then you need to list then as I have shown you. Please, just follow rules and don't test me or talk back to me because I have VERY little patience for those that feel the need to talk back.

Don't forget you do need to pick your secondary's as well.
The following are a list of people that I have noticed that have Dual Ubers. They will need to be changed. I will be looking through the list with the game on to make sure everyone else falls within the guidelines.
Evan Fate Amber Gianni Kris Cade Kevin Kain King Kevin Kennedy Steven Higby The Bruzas

Bingo. I'm going through the entire list now to see who else needs to change their finisher.
And yes, any move that has 18 COMBINED dmg or more is considered an Uber. We still have to have a sense of realism folks and We have always had a No Dual Ubers rule. Whether or not it was enforced for 07, I am not sure, but it WILL be enforced for 2008. So if you know you have 2 ubers, then please change them accordingly.

Um, nothing in the guidlines says anything about the use of dual-ubers, actually.

We had a rule about Dual Ubers before though. I'm pretty sure XWA had one....
`sighs`
Do we really need people running around with dual ubers?

The never was such a rule here, ever. It doesn't make a difference whether it's done or not. That like most things are done at the discretion of the members and are monitored by myself and Kaos within reason.
Speaking of monitoring...MG, you will be using the finishers that you have in 2007. There's no relevance to a moveset change there, thus it will not be allowed. Give us a reason to grant it to you and it MIGHT be done, but it's not happening any time soon.

Having dual ubers really has no relevance to success in matches. It's what your caw does to GET to the point of having a finisher that counts, not what finisher(s) they have. And in the case of Amber, Evan, Higby & The Bruzas, those are the moves they had since the moment they joined. I HAVE to use myself as prime example, I posted the best overall record in XWA 07, and I use the Double Arm DDT, which is nothing even CLOSE to being an uber.
Again I have to say, what your finishers are and how strong they are mean nothing, it's how strong your caw as a WHOLE is that makes or breaks them. Jared Chase had 2 ubers and he spent most of the season getting his ass kicked by everyone. Nuff said.

Actually Dual ubers DO have an impact...ESPECIALLY with the finisher strength at MAX...like what's from stopping a diamond from joing and taking the Pedigree and the 27 dmg Ankle lock?

Given how finishers aren't really hit all that much this year, I don't think it's going to make THAT much of an impact.

In the case of some fighting styles, they aren't used much at all in fact. Showmen for example are more likely to steal an opponent's finisher than hit there own for example, powerhouses will go into "Damage" mode, Brawlers "Wreck Shop", etc. That and as stated before, such a limitation was never enforced here in XWA before, it won't be now. You're kidding yourself if you think what finishers you choose make your CAW better or worse than the next one quite frankly.

The only real time that Wreck Shop does any damage is if ground and pound is done during Wreck Shop mode...then its a fucking dangerous beast.
Is there any breakdown on the damage to the head from each punch of a ground and pound?

I've simmed about 100 matches so far...using all the styles...and YES all styles do use their finisher...and CAWS with weaker movesets and dual uber finishers win matches just as much as CAWS with strong movesets with weaker finishers.
