Bio:
Dante II was born in the large city of Anchorage, Alaska. The son of two quite accomplished humans in life, at least as far as they were concerned. He lived a very adequete life, anyone could point this out. His father, Dante Elsworth the first, was a accomplished law practicion in the city of Anchorage making quite of bit of cash a year. His mother, Alyssa Elsworth, was also a well-to do women in the healthcare industry. From these two beings existance it appeared Dante would be following them in their line of work, however this would not quite come to pass.
Dante began his highschool in the freshmen athletic program, quite litteraly he was a behemoth of a young man, quickly rising to stature on the football team. Never much of a basketball star, as Dante was a bit uncooridinated on the court. In his second year of high school when Dante was eligible to try out for the wrestling team he quickly grabbed the oppurtunity and shot to the top. Dante's tryouts were brutal matches, one and another, leading to his opponents broken ribs, arms, and even necks in one case.
By the end of his highschool carreer Dante had risen to the top of the Alaska Wrestling Association (AWA) and becoming the AWA State Champion. Dante's rising shine was caught in the eye of a corperate manager, this manager being Ron Belovi, the head man of the Nation Television Wrestling Association.
While in the NTW Dante started at the bottem as most debut men do, at first Dante had trouble grasping the context of where he was, he would be beaten over and over by mid-card contenders and it wouldn't make sense to him. Of course the fact he was in the 'Big Time' was apparent as he no longer had to deal with the smaller boys of his High School. However as a apple ripens on a tree limb, Dante would soon go under the stage name of 'Atlas', this being a name dubbed to him by his commen style of finishing his opponents via suplex.
By the time Dante rose to the position of 'Number 1 Contender' he was a quite experianced in the ring, almost picking apart his opponents to get to his cherished spot. Now the time came for one of the most important PPV events of the NTW, 'Day of Destiny' quite the coninidental name for Dante's most important night. Dante would be facing the biggest in the business, Alec "The Bull Dog" Merosa. The fight was quite long for the underdog Dante, shot after shot, the two braught each other down to their last strands. After answering the ninth count of a possible double knockout Dante went for a suplex. Catching Alec off guard Dante lifted him in a vertical suplex, however Alec, straining to get out threw Dante off balance. Falling to his side Dante quickly thought and threw Alec's legs underneath the other side of Dante turning the possible mishap into a slamming pin. Desperatly pressing down on Alec's shoulders, Dante imagined the three count as a eternity. However Alec could not answer to the three count and Dante had just aquired his first top class title in the NTW. It was truly a night to never be forgotten.
Years have passed now, the NTW fell apart due to a lawsuit from various previous members of the NTW. Dante went back to his home in Anchorage, training in a local gym he figured he would never be able to touch gold again. Until a day when he heard about the XWA, a letter had came for him in the mail requesting his appearance and offering him a year contract. A deal, Dante could not refuse. Backing his bags Dante was finally back and ready for action. This time, he assured himself he would not let up on the competition.
