Bio:
Marquis Mills began wrestling in 2004 for BRAWL. Having to work his way up the ranks as a no name, it was his skill, talent and power that made him a force to be reckoned with in the company. Championships weren't his main concern. Proving he was the best was what mattered to him. And week in and week out, that's what he did. With and extensive background in Greco-Roman wrestling, as well as being a 3 time Golden Gloves champ in 99, 2000, and 2002, the talent was there from the start. In his time with BRAWL, he would go as far as World Champion before looking to other companies. His next stop was Strong Style Wrestling, where he worked in limited appearances while still working in BRAWL. It was in SSW that he was given and offer to work in Prime Time Wrestling by it's creator Hogan Chase. In late 2005, Marquis parted ways with BRAWL and SSW to focus solely on his career in PTW.
It was in PTW that he began wrestling under the alias "Marcus Million" which was later shortened down to Mark. It was also in PTW that his star rose beyond his wildest dreams. He in just a year's time had become one of PTW's top 5 superstars, and one of only 4 men to have won all 3 of he company's titles. The most notable reign was his reign as Tag Team champion alongside Tommy Tryton as the "Million Dollar Bodies" for most of 2006 into 2007. Following there storied loss to Lash Levine an Mo Nasty, Mark would take off from PTW and start competing again in SSW. When news came of PTW's eventually shut down, Mark was inclined to again go back to SSW full time, until he learned of Hogan's deal with rising super promotion XWA. With a talent pool as deep as the pacific, the prospect of working with world class athletes on a global stage was to much for him to pass up. It didn't take long for Mark to travel back to his hometown of NYC, and secure a contract with XWA.
