Name: Thomas Tripton (Aliases: Tommy Triton, Tommy Tryton)
Height: 6'7"
Weight: 280lbs
Hometown: Minneapolis, MN.
Fighting Styles: Showman/Powerhouse
Career Highlights: PTW TV Champion (2x), PTW Tag Team Champion, PTW World Champion (Current)
Entrance Theme: Ladies & Gentlemen By Saliva
Bio:
"Terrific" Tommy Tryton for the last few years has been one of the best kept secrets in wrestling. At 27 years of age, Tryton is an incredible hybrid of power, speed and agility. One of the "Next Generation" big men taking precedence in wrestling, Tommy is as good an all around talent as it gets. His career began 5 years ago in Prime Time Wrestling. With model like looks, and a body that looks like a sculpted masterpiece, Tommy gained heat as a rookie quite quickly. Mere months after his debut, he was already a contender for the PTW TV title. He'd win the title on his 1st try, holding it for over 6 months before losing it to Matt Winters. (Then "Cold Winter") It was after this loss that Tommy was joined by another suspertar who'd began in PTW around the same time as he, the beautiful Leani Li. Taking the spot as his manager (And rumored to be his lover as well) Tommy would catch fire over the next few months, earning another shot at the title he'd lost. He defeated Winters, forcing him to take off his famous mask.
The then 22 year old Tryton would hold onto the PTW TV title another 4 months before eventually losing it to another rival, Paul "The Mercenary" Mercer. For the next few months, Tommy, with Leani by his side would focus on rasing in the singles ranks again, until the Tag Team Titles were vacated. He soon found himself in the thick of the title chase, now teamed up with Mark Million. Calling themselves "The Million Dollar Bodies", Tryton & Million would capture the tag titles in a one night tournament. They'd go on to hold the titles for a whole year before losing them, only to regain the titles 4 months later. They would ultimately lose the belts again in a ladder match. After this match, Million went to compete in Japan, leaving Tryton solo once more. For the next year and a half, Tryton would focus on chasing the PTW world title. He'd get his 1st title shot against a familiar face, Matt Winters. (now wrestling as Cole Winters) In 5 star classic, Tommy would beat Winters, and afterwards, extend his hand to him in respect. Tryton still holds the PTW World Title to this day.
In late 2007, Tommy was contacted by XWA Talent scouts, who had seen video of the title match and were more then impressed, as well as reviewing his career as whole. Eventually he met with them to discuss his first TV contract to compete in XWA. To avoid legal issues, Tomy made his debut in one of XWA's developmental companies as Tommy Tryton, spelled with a "Y", with Leani Li at his side as usual. Competing in 4 matches between November & December, Tommy impressed as expected. With the season opener soon coming, Tommy intends to prove on a world wide stage, why he's IS "The Best thing to hit wrestling since The Moonsault".
