Not much can be said about the volitile, brash and EXTREMELY violent Holly Woods, aka Holly Woodz, aka THAT CRAZY BITCH!!!...aside from she's a crazy bitch. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, (She's from the very same neighborhood as Dru Nedermeyer, who she picked on as they were kids...despite the fact Dru's 4 years her senior) Holly was the text book tomboy. She ruffed up boys, played tackle football, (She actually tried out for her High School Varsity team at Free Safety, but when she was turn away, ended up de-cleating the star QB out of spite. He's stil emotionally scarred to this day) and was generally a nuisance to all. Holly came up pretty much at the same time as Dru in wrestling (She was trained by Dru's Father along side him and a few other present day superstars) and being the only female of the lot, Holly felt a need to prove she was as tough as the guys. Which lead to quite a few bumps, bruises and breaks. Given AND received.
By 21, Holly was ready to strike out into the business, but because she didn't have the "Textbook" wrestling female look (She's only a B-Cup FYI) and most CERTAINLY not the attitude, she found it difficult to break into any big name companies. So Holly opted to get her start where looks didn't dictate a woman's success in wrestling, Japan. Wrestling in GAEA Japan wrestling until it closed it's doors in 2005, Holly had gained a name as being an aggressive, hostile and extremely intimidating force in the ring, a factor few companies stateside was willing to take a risk on when she eventually came back home. For the next 2 years she would tour the west coat, working for several independents until she settled in Los Angeles, and subsequently began working at The Fierhouse Gym. It would be then that Holly would finally get her first taste of pro action in the US, as she was hired by WWAW. Even with the level of talent present in the company, Holly was still pretty much feared do to the fact that she "Fought like a man". But her penchant for aggression won the fans over quickly, as a female with such bloodlust had NEVER been seen before in North America.
2007 would be the year Holly's star would finally shine, as she would defeat then UPW G.L.o.W. champion Lauren McBride (Who had held the title for almost a year) for the title. It was a brutal, bloody match, the likes that had never been seen in the UPW/WWA women's division. Holly would then go on to deface the title painting her signature "Stick Figure face" on it and calling it the "Beat This Bitch" (B.T.B.) Title. She'd eventually lose the belt in October 2007 to Crystal Bayless in another classic. It was this stretch that gained the attention of XWA. The company was in need of a female who was the caliber of Holly, a stark raving lunatic. The worked quickly to get her under contract in the Diamond Division.
Terms to her contract was finalized on December 9th, 2007, and Holly would make her first appearance in one of XWA's developmental territories...
