Takes place before thisSinclaire who was assaulted by Sumya last week made her way into XWA's building, she was holding a folder that had a banner from the US Court Room. She entered the building and with her arabian accent asked:Sarah Warfield's office?Sinclaire is given indicationsThanks.Sinclaire reaches Sarah's office as she opens the doorMiss Warfield, sorry to disturb you, but I decided to come here personally before my lawyer did. I think that before contemplating suing XWA and your worker known as Sumya. We could reach a deal that benefit us both. Are you interested to hear it? Or you rather that my lawyers come here and speak all legal details with you?Sinclaire is standing next to the door holding her folder as she waits for an answer.

Well, Ms. Sinclaire...I have to apologize to you once again for Sumya's actions last week. What she did was completely unprofessional, and I hope we can come to some kind of understanding without a suit being filed.
As the woman made her appearance Sarah stood and greeted her with a handshake before offering her a seat.
Having her make a public apology is the least that I can do to hopefully smooth things over, I assure that's not the only punishment she's receiving for her actions. Exactly what is it that you're proposing here though, I'd like to hear it.

Well as I am very tempted of sueing. I have decided to not act so fast. Miss Warfield let me tell you, I am a professional wrestler aswell. I have experience in England, and I just went to XWA to witness what they call the best female wrestling division in the business.
Unfortunately I witnessed it in a very how they would say it... "literal way" Your worker in an act of rage physically assaulted me. In other hand I would have sued without any contemplations.
However it wouldn't be a very good thing for the tabloids, "wrestler beaten by wrestler sues wrestling company" Not at all, not the publicity I want. If I want to make Sumya pay it must have been done how it's done in this business.
Therefore that's what I am proposing you Miss Warfield. Offer me a contract and I'll dismish all charges. However as I said before, we can let this in my lawyer's hands.
Sinclaire leans back on the chair as she waits for an answer.

A contract? To wrestle here in XWA? Well, this is certainly a most unique way to get your foot in the door. So you have ring experience you say? Well, I guess we can do that then.
I would just need to know whether or not this is going to be a means for you to try and extract some kind of revenge on Sumya. As heinous her act was I can't have competitors trying to kill each other unless it's actually inside of a ring...

Please Miss Warfield if I wanted to extract revenge over Sumya that way, I would have beaten her when she was asleep in her hotel room. Don't worry I am a professional.
And mentioning my wrestling experience, well I just happen to have spent the latest 4 years in London based companies. I am 25 years old. So I am young and ready for any challenge.
As I said before you have nothing to worry about, if I want to extract revenge from Sumya it will be on the ring, so everyone can witness how I kick her bony Ghanaian butt.
So what do you say about it Miss Warfield? Do we have a deal?

Is there really a choice here? Offer a contract to her or have to deal with a lengthy lawsuit. This was a no-brainer. Moments later an XWA contract is presented to the young girl.
Deal. This here is an XWA contract, all nice and legal. Feel free to look it over and sign it when you're ready.

Sinclaire takes a look at the XWA contract she was offered. After reading it twice, she takes a pen and signs it. She then handles it back to Sarah and gives her the folder
You can throw this to the trash, I don't need it anymore. Well Miss Warfield I am glad to be in the team. You won't regreat having hired me. Unfortunate it is that I had to get hired by such disgraceful events.

Well, we just turned a negative into a positive you could say. Now, we're still going to treat you to a night on the town with front row seats to the next TakeDown, that you can consider to be a heartfelt apology on behalf of the XWA Staff.
Sumya will be there and she will give you an official apology. This news here will be a little added bonus that I'm sure she'll love.
