Hell & Consequences (Primo)

Already in the ring, Kris Cade stands with a microphone in his mits. As the crowd cheers on the fan favorite, Cade raises his mic to speak out to one man...

There's alotta' guys in XWA who you'd consider "gamers". Guys who walk the walk and talk the talk. At the same time, you've got plenty of guys who are all talk, no action. It's that balance that makes XWA what it is. And there's one man in XWA who has, and possesses the great pure potential of any man in this company. That man is Primo Valiante.

The crowd begins to boo the mention of his name.

Last time I stepped in the ring with him, I gave him his props. There's no denying that the man is as gifted an athlete as they come in this industry. Sure, he's a pompous, arrogant, manipulative ass. But there's no denying he's one of the top 5 wrestlers in the world. But two weeks ago, Primo made a mistake. He made an ENEMY out of me. Him and his new lacky Jonny Punch. It's one thing to beat me man to man, but when you attack me from behind...When you punk me out...you open up a can of worms NO MAN wants to see. But congrats, Primo. You succeeded. And now, I take it out on your ASS.

The crowd cheers on the fired up Cade as he continues.

In this ring, I do the same thing I did to you in Greece. I BEAT you. But this time, it's not about wrestling. It's not about competition. This time...it's PERSONAL. I know what kinda of wrestler you are, and I know what kind of HUMAN BEING you are. Last week, I didn't get to do what I REALLY wanted to do. But seeing as Evan's got the village WHINO taken care of tonight, I get you all to myself. And if you think you know pain, you have NO IDEA the horrors I'm putting your ass through tonight.

Just as soon as Kris finishes speaking, the theme of Primo sounds...

Primo stands atop the stage with a rather satisfied smile on his face...

What the hell is he smiling about?

Not a clue, Buzz. Not a god damn clue.

Clad in one of his signature white business suits, Primo raises his mic to speak.

My, my, my. Isn't this but an interesting sight to behold. The always cool, calm and collected Kris Cade hot under the collar. It would seem that Punch and I have struck a nerve in you. That's EXACTLY how I had intended it. There are two kinds of men in this world. In this industry. Hunters and Prey. Wolves and Lambs. You and I, we're wolves. We're men who let our actions speak for us. Men who do more the stand and cut silly, humorous promos, and come up with witty catch phrases. But sometimes, it takes provoking a wolf for it to bare it's fangs. As is the case with YOU.

Primo grins as the crowd continues to boo him. He continues...

You see, as I mentioned before back in Greece. You and I are more similar then you think. We both crave worth opponents. We both strive to achieve top physical conditioning. We both stand for what we believe in, and are willing to go to war to see our means met. But the DIFFERENCE is that I am willing go to ANY and ALL lengths to see my ambition done. For me, failure is not an option. And if I see certain rules prevent me from reaching my goal, I don't shy away from bending, and even breaking them. It's what they call "The Killer Instinct". Something YOU lack, Cade. But something I intend on bringing out of you. By hook or crook. I want to see the blackness of your soul. I want to see your fangs. And I'll continue to poke, prod and "punk" you until I do.

This guy's a next level nut case. Is he serious???

I don't think there's ever been a case where he HASN'T been serious...

A scowl crosses the face of Cade. He stares down Primo on the stage as he replies.

You want to see my fangs? Come your big, Italian ass down to this ring and I'll be GLAD to sink them into your flesh. You want to talk about what we both are? Consider me a THERMO-NUCLEAR WARHEAD, and your ass just tripped the fail safe mechanism. Critical mass ON YOUR ASS!!! Smile all you want. Talk all of your psycho-babble. The fact of the matter is THIS, I won't rest until either I bury you, or you bury me. Suffer NO delusions, Primo...you'll be seeing this face in your NIGHTMARES.

Cade awaits the response of Primo.

Primo laughs out loud. He smirks as he speaks his response...

You speak of nightmares??? The nightmare spoken of will be the one I lay upon you. Give your prayers to whatever god you worship. Because tonight, your SOUL belongs to PRIMO!!! I'll promise you this. Tonight begins your personal decent into HELL.

With an evil scowl Primo gazes upon Cade.

Cade speaks his final response.

Good. Because I WON'T be making the trip on my own.

The scene ends with Cade's music sounding over the PA. The camera switches back and forth between Cade and Primo shooting manacing gazes at each other.

Buzz: You can cut the tension between these two with a knife. This is going to be one brutal fight.
