Wait No Longer (Sara)

As the show continues on, The Las Vegas fans are treated to the appearance of the XWA Diamond Champion, Heather Fierhart. As her music plays, she makes her way to the ring giving high 5's and waving to her adoring fans. Once inside, she's handed a mic, and wastes no time getting down to business.

Last week in the US Airways Center, I faced the No.1 contender Sara Beck in a match to determine who would choose the match type for tonight's title bout. And well...We ALL saw the outcome of that match. Now, there's been all kind of speculation on the net about what kinda match it would be. "What's Heather gonna choose?" I could have made my choice days ago, but I decided to let you sweat it out a bit Sara. I wanted your experience in the ring against me sink in. So that you knew JUST what kind of competitor you were up against. There've been PLENTY of women in the industry who've chosen to drop my name. You being one of them. And I'll admit, even the best slip up once in the blue, as I did against Hayley J. But make no bones about it...[/font]

Heather raises the Diamond Title high into the air. The crowd shows there support in a boisterous cheer.

...There's a REASON why I hold this belt. This belt symbolizes more then ANY of those other novelty belts out there, that you are THE BEST OF THE BEST in what I like to call "American Joshi". Because The XWA Diamond Division is a division of women's wrestling where your TALENT speaks for you. There's no room for the half naked, high heel wearing beauty queens in this ring. Only the BEST female wrestlers on EARTH can call themselves a "Diamond". And only the BEST of the best can call themselves Diamond Champion. And you're LOOKING at her.[/font]

She's got that look in her eyes, Buzz. Heather's got her game face on tonight, that's for sure.

Heather nods to the crowd before continuing.

So everyone's been waiting to find out what my choice is? Wait no longer, because tonight, Sara Beck is going up against me in as PURE a wrestling match as you'll see. No no, not Pure rules. Something along it's lines though. Like Pure Rules, there's gonna be no ring outs, and no rope breaks. But UNLIKE Pure Rules, there WILL be submissions as well as Pinfalls. Why is this my choice? Simple. Because I don't want any EXCUSES from you, Sara. In this match, the winner is gonna be the gal who out WRESTLES the other. You've been preaching on and on since you got in XWA about how much wrestling companies shy away from REAL wrestling females for the eye candy, cat fighting chicks. Well, in order for you to become the next Diamond Champ, you'll have to beat me in a TRUE TO FORM wrestling match. That's how it's going down.[/font]

The crowd cheers in agreement.

Sara versus Heather in a classic style wrestling match. Two of the best damn female wrestlers I've laid eyes on going head to head, for the top prize in ALL of North American female wrestling. Can it get any better?

Not a chance. You've gotta think that last weeks loss hasn't sat well with Sara though...

Sara's music begins to play.

Looks like we won't have to wait long to hear her response, eh Mikey?

Sara Beck enters the arena with a rather pissed off look on her face. She makes her way to the ring with a scowl on her face. She swipes a mic from one of the stage hands and responds.

The best of the best you say. "The Queen Of Wrestling". You think you're SOOOOOOOOO tough don't you? So what? You beat me. You kicked my ass last week. You just said it yourself, on any given night, even the best can get licked. That STILL doesn't change the fact that THAT...

Sara points at the Diamond Title on Heather's shoulder.

...is coming home with ME. You're match of choice is a pseudo Pure rules match, eh? GOOD. Because I want NOTHING more then to beat you when you're as you say "In your element". Tonight, I make up for last week, whip your ASS, and walk out of Las Vegas the XWA...DIAMOND CHAMPION!!![/color]

Sara lowers her mic. She stares at the champion awaiting her response.

Heather gives a confident smirk at Sara's response. She quickly readies her reply.

I'm REAL glad you feel so confident, Sara. Really. Maybe i'll actually get to SEE you in top form. If in fact I DID catch you in on off night last week. That remains to be scene. But what WILL be seen in thsi ring later tonight, is the BEST wrestler between us having there name announced after all is said and done. And Sara, I've got NO intentions on losing to you tonight. NONE.

Sara gets in close to Heather and speaks up.

You can have every intention in the world to pull off the repeat. But it's a damn shame that isn't happening. You may have gotten the better of me last week, and you may have named your match. But tonight is MY night. The Sara Beck era begins where the Heather Fierhart era ENDS. This time, I play to WIN.[/font]

Sara's music plays over the PA. The two women exchange a heated look at each other in the ring as the fans cheer on what was sure to be a classic clash between two of the best females in the industry. Sara gives a sly grin as she backs away from Heather. She slides down out of the ring, and on her way up the ramp, motions the belt being around her waist.
