Today is February 10th, which effectively gives all members 10 DAYS to get your caws in to myself or Thr33x. Once the 24th hits, our focus turns to show prep, awaiting match promos, and simming matches. NOT retrieving caws from people who decided they wanted to procrastinate. You had 4 months from when SVR 08 was released on November 15th to send in your caw/caws. So if you haven't sent your caw in, the clock is ticking. The deadline is the deadline. Any caws submitted after the deadline will be retrieved AFTER show completion, and as such, if your caw is not in our database, you will NOT be permitted to promo for a match. You can RP still, but not for a match.
Also of note, when the season starts, the monthly registration rule will kick back in. Meaning that during the off week following ever PPV, we'll open up registration for new members. The countdown to XWA 2008 has OFFICIALLY begun.

If you've sent in your form, save or the concept of the character you want made in not having a copy of the ps2 version of the game or not having the game at all, you're covered. Right now 3x and I are finalizing the roster and making whoever needs to be made. When the season starts, we want to be able to focus on getting the matches DONE, not playing catch up because people chose to be late getting us info or caws as was usually the case last season.

If they're via save you have till the 25th. Written forms should be posted by the 22nd at least. Don't think that sending us one on the 24th means you're good for the show. Forms that late will have to wait until the first off week in April to be created.
