It's JIMMY Time!!! *Kris Cade*

The crowd sits waiting for the next match to begin, but the music of Jimmy Ames sounds over the PA. Jimmy steps out into the arena met for the first time in his young XWA career by the cheers of the fans. On his way down the walkway, Jimmy slaps 5's with fans and acknowledge's his new found support. He enters the ring and motions for a mic. Looking out to the crowd, Jimmy speaks.

First and foremost, let's take a look at the latter portions of last week's fatal 4 way match...

Jimmy points to the big screen, and it shows highlights of Jimmy hitting his finished the "Claim 2 Fame" on Angel Fyre, picking up a solid win in the process.

I think we have a name for that moment right there. That right ladies and gents, is the EXACT moment Angel Fyre got made FAMOUS. Ok Ned in the production truck, play it back again, and this time in Joe Theisman slow motion.

It cues up again, and replays in slow motion. The fans begin to chant and cheer.

Damn. Humble Pie with whipped cream and a cherry on top, eh Angel? Sucks...2...b...U!!! I came out last week with a mission. Make a statement. For the last two months, I've been the whipping boy of one Evan Fate. But three weeks ago, I did what no one thought I could do. In a match versus Rock Carmichael, Evan Fate, and Kris Cade, I PINNED Fate finally and earned a shot at the Pure Title, TONIGHT. Jimmy had to step his game up, and Jimmy delivered. But I don't have ANY plans on just getting here and doing a "Chet" tonight. I'm here to WIN. I was the FIRST Pure champion, and I admit, I might have not been the best champion. But ALOT can happen in 7 months. And my second reign as champ is gonna make my 1st look down right lame. This isn't Kris Cade's match to lose. He's beat the ass of every man he's faced in XWA. for that belt. This is MY MATCH TO WIN. This is about me proving that I'm what I say I am. The future of the business. Kris Cade, you're in for the FIGHT OF YOUR LIFE here in Staples Center.[/font]

Jimmy awaits the arrival of Kris Cade.

Kris Cade's music plays over the PA, and the reigning Pure Champion enters the arena. The crowd is electrified as he raises the title high in the air and points down to the ring at Ames. Cade makes the walk down to ringside, and slides the title in the ring before sliding in himself. After being handed a mic, he takes the title and lays it on the floor, separating him and Ames.

You see that, Jimmy. That right there represents "The ling in the sand". Back in April when I beat you for this title, you were just another loud mouth. Another ego who thought he was bigger then the game. Five months later, the two of us have come full circle again. Since that day, I lost this title to Ryan Blaze. But I persevered, and I won it back. And the list of men I've beaten during my reign is longer then Nigel Sledge's rap sheet. Two weeks ago, you defied the odds and won that Fatal 4 way to become no.1 contender. And last week you did it again, beaten Angel Fyre, Austin Harris and Ryan Blaze doing so. I don't expect you to lay down tonight. I don't expect you to half ass this match. In fact, It's be an INSULT to me, and what the Pure Title stands for if you did. I've best every man I've faced defending this belt, not because I'm stronger, or faster, or smarter. I've bested them because the HEART of a champion is all that a man needs to be the best. And title or no title, I stand to be THE BEST. So there is it, Jimmy. The line in the sand. Are you ready to cross it as that punk, loud mouth rookie you were 5 months ago? Or are you ready to step up and show me what kind of MAN you are in this ring tonight?

Kris lowers his mic awaiting a reply.

Jimmy looks down at the Pure title for a moment. He then slowly looks back up to the eye of Cade and responds.

Which am I going to be you ask? I'd have to say the latter...and THEN SOME. Jimmy's been alot of things in XWA, but what I'm about to become tonight, is the man that ended the 2nd longest title reign in XWA to date. I know you're a fighting champion. I know that you're arguably the most conditioned athlete in XWA, and more the likely the entire industry. But me? I'm Jimmy Ames. And quite frankly, that's all I need to be. Tonight is going to be a knock down, drag out war. And I'm not going for anything less, the walking in LAX tomorrow morning 20 pounds heavier.

[cade]

Kris smiles. It looked like Jimmy's competitive juices were on overdrive. He wouldn't have it any other way.

Well, Jimmy. For that to happen, you'll have to get the better of me tonight. But of course, that's the whole test of things in the first place. When you first won the title, it was because Rock Carmichael laid out Jon Payne, and you were in the right place at the right time. This time, there are no other wheels. It's just you...and me. And the better man...

Kris bends down to pick up the title. He raises it high in the air.

Walks out the XWA Pure Champion.

Jimmy nods at Cade's comments. He looks out to the crowd thinking of his next response. Bringing the mic back to his lips, Jimmy answers back.

True enough. But since then. within the last two week, I've put it together to get where I'm standing right now. After two months of getting my ass kicked by Fate, I bested him when it mattered most. And when a trio of egos bigger then mines came out yapping the mouths, I made the BIGGEST mouth of them all eat canvas last week. Jimmy Ames has ARRIVED in XWA. I cracked my jokes. I made people mad. I played my pranks. But tonight, everyone in Staples Center, everyone tuned in on PPV, everyone back in that locker room, and most importantly YOU are going to see that Jimmy's playing no games. The spotlight's been waiting for me, and here tonight, I take center stage. So good luck to you tonight, Champ. You're gonna need every ounce of skill you've got, because that's what I'm bringing to the dance. I'll see YOU in the ring later tonight.

Jimmy's music plays over the PA once more, and champion and challenger exchange one final glance as Jimmy takes his leave of the ring.

As Jimmy exist the ring, the camera zooms in to show a smile of Cade's face. He was going to be in for quite a battle this evening. But as always, he was poised and ready to meet the challenge head on.
