A Soul Chamber Challenge (Any)

*Takes places during the airing of Soul Survivor*

The crowd was already pumped up after the theme song of XWA present’s SOUL SURVIVOR had just finished. A couple announcements had been made. Suddenly as all were waiting for something to happen, Like This fires up over the sound system in the General Motors Place in Vancouver, BC. This theme music was new to the fans of the XWA, but it belonged to someone who had been new to the business but was somewhat known to some fans. So, the man known to be Bryan Hanzell pushes the black curtain, which stood neatly before him, aside. He made his appearance onstage as the smoke pours from the top of the stage and seep through the bottom. Yes…This sure was to be Bryan Hanzell as the smoke surrounds him. He throws his hands up in the air with the smoke covering his legs only showing off his torso and head. The fans stand to their feet and begin cheering for the new guy to the XWA. Even though he was new, he did have a fairly large win over the War Games winner, Enrique. None the less, he begins slowly walking down the ramp toward the ring taunting on the way down. He reaches the bottom of the ramp and walks a couple feet to the left and makes his way up the steel steps. He enters the ring under the top rope and immediately taunts for the fans upon entering. He then walks across the ring and climbs the turnbuckle. He reaches out toward the crowd and pulls back in. He hops down off the turnbuckle and walks to the opposite end ropes. He places one foot on the second rope and the other on the bottom and began to bounce as Pyro blasted from the corner turnbuckles. He got down from his position on the ropes and walked back over to the corner where he was handed a microphone so that his voice was projected so that all could hear. He moved from the corner to the center of the squared circle. He looked from side to side at the many fans that had showed up to see the well awaited show. He lifted the microphone to about an inch away from his lips. Soon enough he had let the words flow from his lips.

Wow…Let me first start off by saying how great of a debut I had two weeks ago at Takedown. I stepped into the ring with the 2007 War Games winner and wrestled my heart out to get the win. I knew that after I hit the Stress Factor on him, he wouldn’t be able to kick out. But enough about that match. This isn’t the Takedown stage, this is SOUL SURVIVOR! *The fans erupt after hearing those two words from Bryan Hanzell* Yeah I knew you all were ready for the show. There is one problem though. What’s a Pay Per View without a Pay Per View wrestler debut. Yeah I am talking about me, Bryan Hanzell. *Fans begin cheering again* So, this is going to be my first Pay Per View in the XWA and well…I need to have a match. Now moments before I made my way down to this very ring, it was announced that any open challenges would be placed in an elimination style match called the SOUL CHAMBERS. Well since I really don’t have anyone in particular that I choose to wrestle, why not go ahead and get some other wrestlers to jump into a Soul Chamber match with me. I know that you guys must have heard that Tyson Terra had set out one of these challenges too, but I wanted to set out one of my own.

Bryan lowers the microphone for a moment so that he could take a breather. Soon enough the microphone was lifted back up to his lips and the words began flowing once again.

So with that said, I want to know who wants to step into the ring with one of the newest members of the XWA. I mean don’t put me down just because I’m new and you think it’ll be a waste of time because I know for sure it won’t be. I’m not one of those wrestlers who give up at any point of a match. I’m one who fights until the end. So, which wrestlers want to step into a Soul Chamber match with Bryan Hanzell?

The fans cheered as Bryan lowered the microphone. A determined look appeared upon his face. He really wanted this match. He wanted to see how well he fared again multiple wrestlers in the ring. Also he wanted to show everyone that he wasn’t some joke of a wrestler from Venice Beach, California. So he stood in the center of the ring awaiting the arrive of any wrestlers who wanted to step up to the challenge.

Bryan wasn't the only new XWA wrestler in the building tonight... As a matter of fact, this man was one of the newest additions to the roster, having not even made his XWA debut yet... But as "Cries in Vain" begins to play on the PA system, the fans cheer and turn to the stage to see a face everyone can recognize as the world's favorite underdog- Kyle Nobbs.

Yes, Kyle had finally arrived in XWA. And as his music plays, and his fans cheer, he walks down the ramp, giving high fives to various young ones in the front row. It gives him such a thrill to be in an atmosphere like this- the fans cheering for him always made him perform better... He may have been nervous had this been his first ever federation... But after more than a year of traveling the country and competing in both the largest and smallest, the well known and the unknown, he had no butterflies in his stomach- just a smile on his face.

Kyle walks up the stairs as he makes his way to the ring, and enters accordingly. He raises one arm in the air, and makes his way over to the corner where he does so again. As he is handed a microphone, his music dies down... but the fans start up again. He calmly waits for them to calm down, smiling and shrugging at Hanzell for the apparent one up on ovations... As they die down as well, Kyle raises his mic to his lips...

"Ladies and gentlemen, I'd first like to welcome you to Soul Survivor. For those of you that don't me, and as a reminder for those that do- I am "The Silent Scream," Kyle Nobbs!"

Once again getting a pop from the crowd, Kyle smiles and shakes his head.

"Thanks, thanks, but I really need to get down to business. Bryan Hanzell, is it? I gotta say, you're impressive. Beating the War Games winner in your debut, you say? Well done, man. And everything to come out of your mouth since then, I have been a fan of. You don't back down? I don't either. You don't quit? I don't either. You don't want people to think you're a waste of time? Me neither.

And you made a challenge for a Soul Chamber? I haven't heard much about these. To my knowledge... Its an elimination style match with a special stipulation... I have to say, this intrigues me... Bryan Hanzell, you've got yourself one opponent for Soul Survivor! Can't wait to see what you've got first hand."

Yes...One wrestler had come down to the ring to accept his challenge. The man that had come down to the ring was none other than Kyle Nobbs. Now Bryan had never been in a wrestling business with this man before, but he did know who he was. He watched as he came down to the squared circle to a loud ovation. It was basically his first appearance here in the XWA and he had a loud ovation just like ones from the people who had been here for a while. He seemed to be a good guy considering he had so many fans. So now Kyle was in the center of the ring standing before Bryan with a microphone in hand. Bryan listened to the words that came out of his mouth. Bryan shook his head up in down showing that he had agreed with Kyle. So now Kyle had finished speaking. Bryan lifted the microphone back up to his lips just as it was before. He then began speaking back to Kyle Nobbs.

Truly Mr. Kyle Nobss you are great. I mean you aren’t the biggest guy out there, but you wrestle like you are bigger than others are. That shows true heart in wrestling and that is what gets you the good matches. I want to thank you for saying I did a job well done from beating Enrique in my debut match. Also I want to thank you for being a fan of my words. I can tell that this match that we will have along with any other challengers will be a match with much respect. One that all competitors will go all out in their matches without letting up. Those…Those are the matches that I truly like to take part in. So now…Who else will it be to join in the elimination style match along with “The Silent Scream” Kyle Nobbs and your Bryan Hanzell?

Cheers…Loud cheers were brought to the attention of Bryan and Kyle. A great match was starting to build at this very moment.

A theme boosts up the P.A. system. It's unmistakable who the theme belongs to. "Burning Tree" is playing as the audience is cheering and the several "Jer-ry!" chants echo. Jerry Massy, one of the newest and most surprising entries to XWA's roster, steps through the curtain with a microphone at hand. He stands there on top of the stage and holds it up in his right fist. Music stops. He's about to speak when those several audience members attempt to start a "Jer-ry!" chant again. He interupts them.

What's this? I pretty much just got here from XWA headquarters in New York City, and as I walk into the locker room, I hear this on the monitors. Two new additions to the XWA roster and not even a mention of me? I'm the newest entry to XWA, and now the newest entry to this here battle.

The crowd cheers.

Bryan Hanzell! ..... Meh, I don't know who the hell you are. But Kyle! You and I got some unfinished buisness to attend to. You and I, one to one. We need a tie breaker. And that'll be right here in Vancouver! Soul Survivor.

The crowd cheers and also waits to see if anyone else will join these three.

Modest plays as Ace comes from behind the curtain. He sprints down to the ring and slides in as he gets mostly cheers. Once in the ring he goes to a turnbuckle and taunts for the crowd before doing a backflip off of it. He taunts at each turnbuckle only doing the backflip off of one other turnbuckle. Finally as the crowd dies down he grabs a mic.

Wow. Let's see we've got three new additions to the roster. Well one has already made his debut and pulled off a great debut. But see, as I stand back I wonder some things. Like this match right now has three of XWA's newest talent in this match. So I figure why not add a fourth person who hasn't had a chance to leave a mark on XWA as well.

That's right. I'm going to throw my name into the mix. Now the only thing I know about Jerry is he has a talk show. And sorry Bryan but I don't know anything about you. As for Kyle though. I know he's one hell of a competitor who also has a never say die attitude. Seems like a lot of people including myself have that attitude. So all I really can say now is this is looking to be one hell of a match right now.

Bryan begins to nod his head as there are now four members apart of the match for Soul Survivor. Each and every one of the members were new to the XWA, but not only that but they all have the heart and the desire to put into every match. This was surely going to be a great match for all to watch. Bryan lifted the microphone back up to it's original position and began speaking to the other three wrestlers in the ring and the crowd.

First, Jerry Massy, I know you don't know me at all. Well that's kind of expected considering that this is the only main business that I have ever been in. I wanted to start off in a great business and that's why I chose to join up over here in the XWA. You and Kyle Nobbs are both people I know and have seen wrestle. Heck the two of you have history with each other. But let me tell you this, you may not know me now, but in the future you will know who I am. I have too much heart and desire to just be one of those wrestlers who just sit back and do nothing to get noticed. Me...I want to get noticed and that is exactly what I plan on doing.

Now over to you Ace. You said the same as Jerry that you don't know me. Well like I said before to Jerry, it's expected. I'm not mad or worried or anything that you don't know me. I'm just surprised that I got three great wrestlers out here to wrestle in the same match that I am.

Bryan then lowered the microphone for a moment do that he could take a quick breather. He then lifted it right back up to his lips.

Just like you said Ace...I am also hoping for one hell of a match. Let's show everyone else in the XWA what they will be looking forward to be seeing in the future. Let's show that just because we are new to the business that it doesn't mean that we are new to the art of wrestling.

Bryan lowers the microphone to his side. He looks at the other three wrestlers that stood in the ring along with him. His heart began to race for a moment as the thought of the match was right on the top of his mind. He stood there waiting to here from anyone else in the ring.
