OOC: Sorry this is a few hours early, but I don't know if I can be around later. I have the RPs ready to go, but I want to make sure the matches make the cut.
Lionheart's music hits the speakers and he walks out, all smiles. The leather breifcase is in his hand once again as he places it in the corner of the ring, and takes a mic from a stagehand.
Ah... Sole Survivor. Is there a name more fitting for TNB? I mean afterall, we are the company that faced down nCw, WWF, RCW, XWWS, ECW, ECW:U, SCW, NWO, LXW, UEW, WCW:R... Hell we bought each and every single one of those companies - and we made them apart of TNB's illustrious history. There's a lot of tradition that comes along with being able to look at your double pay packet you get each week. To know that you were a member of TNB to the very end, and you're still a member of TNB right now as we stand in XWA's rings, ready to defend our creation.
And it's also kinda funny, that in our 2 year span, which is a benchmark in todays market where companies have a grand opening and a grand closing in the same month, that we do things first. PRO Title, who did that? Who created that belt and brought it into LXW. That of course would be me. That same kind of title belt can now be seen right here in XWA as the 'Pure' title. That's a mighty fine Hardcore title they just got there in Detroit. Seems to me that 'Hardcore' has been around since October 05 when we started, and it's successor, it's 'Evolution' title is still around today. We had the Cruiserweight small fries that would cross your eyes when they started to fly. And for all you ladies out there in wrestling land, I got a question for ya. Which company was it that embraced Women's wrestling, and sanctioned an active Woman's division with it's own Woman's title - about half a year before anyone else did? That' right. TNB did. Tag team belts for a niche roster division? It may not have been the women's divison, but we had Cruiserweights and Cruiserweight tag team titles.
So I got a news flash for all of you in uh 'X Duya Eh'. We aren't borrowing anyone's legacy. If anything, each and evey two bit company right now is doing things that we took the test run with. We had all the hardships and we had all the bullshit because of it. Now that you people see what worked and what didn't, its been adapted to your liking and you've ran with it. What you've got is Nothing. You're running shows with our ideas, our money, and our legacy!
Lionheart wipes his brow and paces around the ring a little.
But that's OK, because that just makes us more determined to show you all exactly why we are the ones who innovate, not immitate. I'm about to introuduce FOUR TNB wreslters that have been kept under wraps until this very night...
Lionheart opens the breifcase and takes out four contracts. reading them off one by one
Christina Dixon, Kiss Wilmington, Laura Dixon and Sumya.... come on down here!
And these new "Diamonds" are about to show what TNB Wrestling's women were all about!
