“Prisoner of Society” plays as a solemn Cosette Grace steps out into the arena. The XWA fans hadn’t gotten much of a chance to get to know this young woman, but what they had seen so far they liked and the lether know it. Her black business wear adds to the aura of seriousness that seemed to follow her out to the ring. She seems to have something important on her mind as she makes her way down the ramp and into the ring. Without much flourish (which incidentally wasn’t out of the ordinary for her) she takes her position in the center of the ring and begins to speak. The weight of whatever she was about to say seemed to override much of her usual awkwardness in public speaking.
Thank you XWA.
A small round of cheers repts as Costte realizes that that’s what happens when you say the name of the company you work for or the town you’re in at the time.
I’m glad to be back in the swing of things here, but I’m afraid there’s some important things that I need to address before I can move forward here. I’ve come here for two reasons. The first and most important is that I owe Kimberly Hunter an apology. She tried to give me another great opportunity in the spotlight on the last episode of Takedown, but I let her down and for that I’m truly sorry.
She seems genuinely apologetic and everyone can tell. They hope this doesn’t’ become a point of contention in the future.
But that brings me to the other reason I came out here I want to make it up to her by giving her exactly what she wanted in the first place. So Kim, if you’re still willing I’m more than ready for this now, I still want you one on one in any match you choose. Give me a second chance and I promise you won’t regret it.
Thank you XWA.
