Sitting outside of the office of Carmella Blackheart is Heather Fierhart. Fresh off of opting out of her Toronto contract sighting "management issues". The news of her being a free agent sent shockwaves through the wrestling world, seeing as she ascended to the top of the company's women's division. Dressed in her power suit, Heather prepares to meet Ms. Blackheart and finalize a deal that will surely put XWA over the top.

Well, hello Heather. This is a pleasant surprise. Well...I wouldn't say much of a surprise actually. I had a feeling you'd somehow gravitate here, but I didn't think it'd be so soon.
She stands from her seat as Heather makes her way in and extends her hand towards her.

Shaking Carmella's hand, Heather proceeds to take a seat. She speaks soon after.
Back in Febuary, I came back to wrestling with a goal. A mission if you will. That was to become the industry's best. I think I've more then proven myself to be that up north. Sure, the management of talent is a bit shoddy, but that's not why I'm here. I'm here to bring XWA's Diamond division someone to think about. And I'd be lieing if I didn't say I've been watching Ashley Diamond VERY closely. To be number one, you have to beat number one, and right now, she's gotta be the premiere female in the industry, next to myself of course. It's not about the payday, I've got enough cash. *giggle* It's about facing capable competition. Something that was "not in abundance" over there.
A slight pause as Heather continues.
I've got my legal team working with Mr. Gallas on the details, but I wanted to come and meet you face to face. I never got the chance to last time I was in NYC.

There was plenty to keep anyone busy back then, so that's understandable. The same could be said here actually, but we do our best to keep our roster satisfied. I'm not beyond being a hands-on CEO here, Heather. I'm not here for one or two people, I'm here for everyone. Please...have a seat.
As Carmella sits back at her desk she adds---
I do have to beg to differ with you though, there were in fact a few noteworthy girls there. I try try to keep abreast of all that's going...and I believe that there was a good bit of competition there. Ultimately it's your decision whether you agree or not, but...it still baffles me why you'd leave when you had reached the top, only to come here and pretty much be at well...the bottom.

Heather responds quickly...
Simply put, the challenge. That's all it's EVER been about for me. Being a Rose was all well and good. But being a Diamond is something different. And it's been so very long since I've worked alongside my brothers, another draw that's brought me here to XWA. They've both made huge impacts here in a short time. I'm hoping to do the same. I'm excited about joining XWA. I think this is going to be the place for me to truly spread my wings, and do even more then I did the last few organizations I've worked for.
