Settling the score (Sabastien/Thanatos)

***Takes place during March Madness***

The Angle hits the PA, and Adam steps out from backstage. He walks down to ringside, give fans high fives on his way down the ramp. Once inside the ring, he calls for a mic.

At the last Takedown, I didn't do so well. I took on Draco Thanatos, a guy I had no chance to prepare for, and he beat me senseless. I don't think there's ANYONE he couldn't beat like that, but I'm not here to make exscuses. I'm here to settle the score. Gallas, you said If I beat him, you'd face me tonight. Well I didn't, but that's STILL not stopping me from wanting to kick your ASS tonight. So if you're any bit of the man you think you are, you'll come down to this ring right now.

Lowering the mic, Adam awaits the arrival of Gallas.

Sabastien steps out onto the stage. Behind him stands Thanatos. He removes his shades and speaks into his own mic.

I admire you, Monsieur Devlin. I truly do. No matter how badly you are beaten, you keep getting back up. You are either very brave, or very stupid. In any case, You did NOT defeat Brother Draco, so 'zere for, you would night be facing me. But...I feel generous tonight. And it has been so very long since I myself have had 'ze taste of combat. So in short, I will grant you 'ze oppurtunity to face me tonight. Merely so I can crush your false hopes, and prove to you 'zat ANY who side with my foolish father, will pay 'ze price.

Smirking at Gallas, Adam responds to him.

So, the evil mastermind finally decides to come out from his lair. Your boy back there might have beat me, but YOU aren't gonna be so lucky. This isn't just about siding with your dad. This is about sticking up for what's right. Doing what's right for XWA. Who knows what your twisted ass would do if you gained control of your father's company. An idea I don't plan on seeing happen. So get ready, Sabby. I'm bringing the fight to you, and this time I playing for keeps.

Adam await's Gallas' response.

Gallas responds.

Your impetuousness shall bring your END, Monsieur Devlin. But I guess you have no problem facing such a fate. 'Ze true sign of a hero. But 'Zis is not 'ze movies. 'Ze hero does not win at 'ze end of 'zis story. It is he who holds 'ze power who does. But enough talk. We'll finish 'zis "discussion" in 'ze ring.

Gallas and Thanatos return backstage following his comments.

Adam stands tall in the ring. He nods with approval as the two men leave. This time, he'd be ready for the fight. He exits the ring and heads back stage to prepare.
