Mr. Steele had made his way from his office after finally finishing the months, and months of paper work that had been thrown onto him by the upper management. By this time, he had gotten tired of seeing paper, or a pen. At first, he was loving the job, but he was starting to hate it. Hell, upper management had more interaction with the roster than he did. And that wasn't good. Not in his eyes. So, he decided to make the trip to come see SHE. He hoped that SHE would make things better, in one aspect or another. He arrived at the door and knocked twice. He stood there as he awaited for a response.

An unexpected knock on the door...
This is out of the blue...
She'd been seeing appointments for the most part, otherwise it was pretty quiet up until this visitor. Might as well shoot the breeze a little.
Come in!

Mr. Steele opened the door to the office and closed it behind him. He hadn't met SHE before, but had heard of her. And he was sure that SHE hadn't met or even heard of him.
He walked over to her desk, and held out his hand, to shake hers.
Good Afternoon. I do not believe that we were formally introduced. I am Mr. R. Steele, the VP of Operations.[/i]

Sierra Hyde Easton, Creative Director. Pleased to meet you, but I'm sure the pleasures all yours, hee hee...
She greets him with a hand shake and then goes back to her seat. Mimi of course isn't too far off either.
*ARF!!! ARF!!!* <How dare you not introduce me woman!>
Oh, ha ha...that's Mimi there, my partner in crime. So what brings you to my home away from home?

Mr. Steele takes a seat in front of the desk. He straightens his suit before he replys.
Well, for the last, I don't know how many months of paper work that the management has seemingly put me under, it seems the roster, cares not to pay attention to me. They know I'm there and I've signed two stars. So, it is not like they don't have a clue that I'm not here. For whatever clue, they choose to not interact with me. And, as the VP of Operations, that does not sit well with me. In fact, it has made me, rather bitter. The fact that they would rather be around either of the Gallas'. It makes me sick almost.
I know it should not matter, especially to a man such as myself. My door has always been open, despite the monstrous amount of paper work that they keep throwing at me. And yet, no one has taken the step to even drop by and say hello.[/i]

Well, I guess it's all a matter of what it is that you can necessarily do for people. I've seen my fair share of new folks come in here myself and the one thing I know for sure is that people respond to a person who approaches them. It's not like anybody's going to just drop in if they don't know whether or not you can help them. Let's face it...we're staff. People aren't going to come around unless they need something.
Mimi jumps into her lap...
Good girl...mwah! The question is...what would they need from you, as in what can you give that someone would want?

I can do anything that Gallas can. The only exception, is that he can over rule me if he wants. Of course, he's a smart business man and I know he trusts my decisions. If someone wants a match, I can grant it. If they want a title match, I would grant it, IF they deserved it. I can make any decision that comes to mind.[/i]

Well, if that's the case...I see two big differences between you and him, aside from the fact that he has more power. Gallas is a lot more of a "hands-on" GM than anyone I've seen. He doesn't just sit in his office and wait for people to come to him. He's actually out there making things happen. You gotta be seen to be heard and heard to be seen, know what I mean?

And exactly how did you go about that, hmm? Cuz I hardly think that if you did what Rodolphe Gallas does that nothing would happen.
You're kinda confusing me a bit here, most of us on staff here have some kind of idea what it is that we're doing and how to do it. What makes you THINK somebody...anybody is going to give a sourpuss the time of day when there are other people out there who have a more positive outlook on what it is their here for? I'm not understanding what your getting at here. You want attention or something?
