It's been a long time since I've played Armored Core.
Now, how do you play it and do decently on such a small recording screen?

I play it on the big screen, and record the replay. Anyone who can actually PLAY the game while capturing on such a small screen is a freak of nature...lol.

I thought I was the only one. I'm a HUGE Armored Core mark. Still playing the crap out of Last Raven because the PS3 version sucks ASS!!! I notice that Zion is able to hover for quite a long time without overheating and that you've got a solid technique in terms of hit and run tactics. An AC vet by chance?

Been an AC fan since AC:Nexus. At first I'd just make heavyweight cores and beat the crap out of things with plasma grenades and bazookas. But in the AC game that came before AC:LR, I got into the science of making more balanced cores. Zion is actually the very same Core I fist made on AC:Nexus. For those unfamiliar with the AC series, the last 3 PS2 games allowed you to carry over your existing data, so you could hit the ground running with you old cores. Essentially that's what I did with Zion. Of course I added some of the new bells and whistles to him. Stygian is a Core I made on AC:LR in an attempt to recreate Dual Force from Nexus (By far the best fuckin' AC ever made).

Dual Force wasa fuckin' GOD. I don't think you CAN recreate that Core. I've looked all over message boards for the form and find bupkis. He had two plasma rifles and a GRENADE LAUNCHER as a back unit. You can't pull that off on a middleweight AC without being serious overweight. I know, I've tried.
