Since a thread like this doesn't exist, I figure I'll start one. Many of us play the game still, even more of us sim matches just as done here. What's the best match you've simmed yourself???
For me, it's gotta be a match I simmed 3 days ago. It was between my edited Bryan Jasta (which will be submitted next month) and one of Kaoz's caws Xodys. It was a regular singles match, but the match went back and forth for 36 MINUTES!!! Keep in mind I have my settings different from XWA settings, and it emphasizes more defense then offense (Less standing grapple counters, more ground grapple counters, NO momentum gained from clean/dirty action). Regardless, they went tooth and nail. Jasta won via his front finisher, but what impressed me is that Xodys took the fight to him despite being a light heavyweight.
That's mines...so far. Anyone else?

Mine I think was a Cage Tag Match between one of my newer teams, "Dark Salvation" (consisting of a Heavy and Light Heavy) and two other CAWs, Bryan Colombain (Who I use in FCW, Super Heavy) and Damien Ashvelt (not used in a fed, Heavyweight).
Bryan and Damien were dominating until DS pulled out the reserves and put the two down long enough to escape.
Lasted a long time as well.

The best match I ever simmed happened a few days ago, it was...about 25 minutes long. I was testing a new edit for my APW CAW Melissa Armstrong against Dru Nedermeyer from Kaoz's men save and it was a back and forth war...my jaw was on the floor for most of it...they were fighting tooth and nail. Melissa finally won after Dru hit her with the Triple H punch 2 (allows opponent to get right back up) and she had a stored special...when she got up Ol'Dru turned right into a clothesline from hell. I was shocked that she won...considering it WAS Dru Nedermeyer. But I tested it again and Mel won again...she beat him 6 times...which amazed the hell out of me...considering I kinda just threw her moveset together and slapped on a Brawler/Brawler AI.

For me, at least so far it would be this match here... www.youtube.com/watch?v=01paXHMVeR4 -Part 1 www.youtube.com/watch?v=uK83_RTfIUE -Part 2 Neo Sawada Vs. AKi-San. Lots of action here, Neo mauls Aki in the beginning of it, but then Aki starts mounting some heavy offense before Neo regained the upper hand. The pacing of this one was almost like a real life wrestling match. See for yourself kiddies.

My greatest match I simmed was MG vs. DJT vs. XDog in a TNN best man match. It was on XWA settings too, The winner was XDog and he pinned me after DJT hit me with his special then XDog did his on DJT. Me and my cousins was glued to our seats and one of my cousins hated wrestling.

My greatest match was probably when I was testing Derrick Terrell's new edit. (Surprise ) I was sitting back talking to a few people on MSN, listening to some Music and glancing at the TV every once in a while. The last time I glanced over... I saw Derrick hit his finisher (Gory Bomb 2) and, instead of pinning Payne (that edit went 2-7 with payne.... yea...) he ran and speared the Ref... resulting in DQ.... that was just...weird...

Mine has to be a 60 minute Ultimate Submission match between 3X's David Faith CAW and one of my CAWS "The Hitman" Neale Generuxe. (You will be seeing him here in the near future ) Anyway it came down to the last minute and it was tied 0-0 then from out of nowhere Neale locked in a running Otopus Strech and 2 seconds until the match was over and David tapped out just as the clock hit 0. Gawd it was good.

Mine was in 06 when Ryan was a submission feind. I also had a guy that I never released name Chris Carnell (his attire was so plain I figured there was no point). Anyways, it was a submission match. The match was about 15 minutes and most the moves were submissions. what suprized me was when Carnell beat Ryan with an ARMBAR. It's hard as hell to wear down the arm and thats what he beat him with. Good match. I wish I could have got the video, but I can't really record.

Mines would be two of my unknown caws Tyrell "The Real Deal" O'Neal vs. Ankur "Tiger" Singh in a Last Man Standing Match...that went over 40 minutes. Each of them kept hitting highspot after highspot in the beginning. Ankur ended up in red first 13 minutes in, and Ty hit him with three consecutive KO moves, but Ankur popped back up at 4, then 6, then 9. Then all of a sudden Ankur kicked it up an notch and but the boots to Ty for a good 5 minutes. During this stretch he hit 3 UCW suplex amongst other moves. He finished his flurry off with a Tope Atomico which put Ty down for 7. As Ty went to get up, he hit him with a Sliingshot Elbow, which put Ty down for 6. Then they both got up and went at it some More each hitting a big moves and the other getting right back up. It took Ankur a UCM suplex through the announcer's table (This was the first time I found out it could be done) to put Ty away for 10. A 40 Minute war that was the stuff legends are made of. I wish I could show off some of my other guys.

When the sliders are right and you have two guys with high powered (And when I say high powered I DON'T mean cheesy) offenses, you can get some pretty epic LMS matches. Months back I ran one between NME and Jay-J that went 37 minutes. NME ended up winning via UCW chokeslam out of the ring (Violent bastard)
But the BEST match I've simmed wasn't a match at all, it was a mugging. I set TWO...count em TWO of my young guns against a full powered Ultra Heavyweight Liedhamer, and he absolutely destroyed them. Even as an Ultra, you'd expect them to have at least winded him with strikes and double teams, but Liedhamer beat fire outta these two. There was one point where they both tried to lift him back to back and failed. The match ended with Liedhamer hard irish whipping one out of the ring, and the other trying a back grapple and failing. Liedhamer had a store finisher and planted him with the Batista Two hand Chokeslam for the W. Match only went 12 minutes.
Another more recent one saw the edited Dru (Yes, I'm still to this DAY tweaking him to be better) versus Primo, which was the first time I've ever put them against each other. Since the success of Primo here in XWA, and the success of Heather EVERYWHERE, I've recently switched all of my people to a universal AI setting, (The one Primo and Heather uses) And I wanted to test Primo versus this newly tweaked Dru. 21:38 later, Primo manages to submit Dru with a Crossface, but BOTH of them were in red and Dru had busted Primo open with a DDT during the course of the match. All and all, they both pretty much performed to par. So yes...now there's an even MORE efficient Dru to deal with, and Primo's pretty much boss status all around. ;D

I got one! I got one!
One of the best triple threat matches I've simmed in good long while, Jessica vs. Amber vs. Latoya Powell(unreleased female of mine) 20 minutes of pure wrestling bliss. At one point during the match, not the end, All three girls one their front finisher one after the other. I mean Jess hit Amber with the Heartbreaker, then Amber hit the Crowning Achievement on Latoya and Latoya hit the Bombtrack (Facebuster 2) on Jess. One of those matches I wish I hooked the recorder up for you all to see.

Here's one that should PROBABLY happen, that rare moment in time when one Simon Fierhart squares off against one masked version Vincent Fate. Strange but true, they never simmed a match between their CAWS before this year. That would be a good one IMO.

The best match I've ever simmed?
Kyle Nobbs vs. Aiden Acidik
It was a great match, very fast-paced and high impact. Several times, I thought either could win in that very moment, but Acidik managed to pick up the win. It was incredible! But, the rematches I simmed weren't as good as the original.
