so, for those of you that know or not, I own and run a website that focuses on local and national metal acts. Well, I just got an email that in September I'm going to get a chance to sit down with either George or Alex from Cannibal Corpse. So thanks to this site, I have interviewed 2 of my 3 favorite metal vocalists already, and if I get to sit down with George in September, tyhat will make it twice I've hung out with him. I've also gotten my name in a few local band CD's as a thanks for the support kinda thing.
You may not care, but sometimes I remember why I dig helping metal bands get heard.

nationally - George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher (Cannibal Corpse) and Johan Lindstrand (ex The Crown, current One Man Army and The Undead Quartet)
locally - too many to count all up and down the west coast

I've also unfortuantely had to pass on interviews with Dimmu Borgir, Echoes of Eternity, Candlemass, just to name the few I can think of right now

That's pretty awesome. Local bands and national bands alike? Like I said, pretty awesome, sweet, kickass, all of the above.  Too bad you had to turn down a few, would have liked to hear about the interview with Dimmu. Ah, well, you can tell us about the others that happen. |

Actually live in a valley and don't even get a signal on a cell phone where I live. Besides like I said. Friends would prolly kill me out of jealousy. I'll let you deal with that. |
