Not just one of the three "I"s, but a pretty important thing to have in the e-fed business. It's that which makes or breaks an e-fedders career and also something that tarnishes them as a whole.

Most of you are probably familiar by now with a certain VWE member using on of my CAWS in that fed without my permission, one named NaOmi Mariko who is in fact my Tadako Anenokoji CAW whom I posted back in February of this year. (See current avatar) Now, I wouldn't be too pissed off (yeah right) if I was asked to use her likeness in said fed, I've been done so before by two people- Sylas Styles (who used an edited Crossbones in the WTF last year) and TWF owner The Cancer.

Anyone or anything else is stealing CAWS, pure and simple and this has happened not once but TWICE...as Aiyanna Nizhoni, another of my creations appeared in a dark match over in APW a month or so back. Now I took the liberty of sending the handler of this "character" a comment over on YouTube...

Erm, excuse me, I modified the CAW. I used your CAW as a basis. The moveset is entirely my own, and there are clothing differences. So there.

Now, upon review of "her" moveset, do you know what she changed? The finishers. That's it. The clothing differences...minor at best. You see it with you're own two eyes...

CAW stealing is a cardinal sin in my book. Sure, such is the case when you post your formulas to the public and it's not to say that this person isn't the only one who has or will do it, heck-had a case of some new posting my Yoshi Togo CAW on CAWS.ws as their own (am I really that good at this?), but that's not the point. The point is when you get caught red-handed doing it...tuck tail and admit to your mistake instead of being a typical webtard who has no valid argument except "I took you're CAW because I can't make a good one myself"

We all know I'm a cocky SOB and I take credit in having a hand in the creation of SEVERAL CAWS out there in e-fed land, from facial morphs to Liz Knight, FCW's Lilith and Amanda Wallace to the new looks for such members here as Keith Wyle, Tiger Jackson and all those whom have taken advantage of our CAW Rehab program. In all these cases, they either asked for my help or I volunteered it...and if this person wanted a kick-ass femme fatale, she could have gone through her channels and manage to ask me for help...I would gladly have done so (who wouldn't want to build up their ego...er...resume more? lol), rather than rip-off one of my freakin' FLAGSHIP CAWS. If I were to have say...taken someone like say...Xtreme Tony's Tammy CAW over on CAWS.ws (shout out to XT) and changed her name to Sammy and join the XWA with her, you know what I'd get upon the first word of this from another member or XT himself, you know what I'd get? BANNED.

In all likelihood this culprit will not be banned as I learned that they are in VWE itself and they try to hold onto their memebers for dear life if they are actually talented, lol...but you know something, if she was REALLY talented, she'd have the nerve to submit her own female, not for all practical purposes...mine. Verdict is still out on what's going to be done about this...you already know I'm on it like flies on poop.

Our very own Jonny Punch, who also just so happens to be a member in VWE brought this one to our attention, so big ups to him. We've put actions into motion to see that this dude is handled accordingly. Now it's on Admin, MoD and whoever else runs WTF nowadays to take care of this. Because if not, we WILL be posting this guys Myspace page for open bashing purposes.

And I KNOW O'Dell would just love to do some flaming. He's kinda good at it...lol

The only word I can think of for him/her/it is pathetic. Honestly, it's not that hard to make a CAW. If it sucks, as someone to edit it. Don't go to the lowest of standards and steal.

I'm actually surprised no one has stolen my CAWs, but then again I've only released to VERY old forms.

I seen the YouTube page, it's a girl...I think...or a really cute looking boy, I'm not sure. I read up on some of her RPs in WTF and she mentions Bloody Angel, that must be the person that 3X means is actually in the VWE. I say the hell with it...if WHATEVER he/she is can do something so stupid, let them get the full heat for it. I gotta say that you're taking this all really professionally Mr. X, if it were me I'd have filled her comment box with many many expletives.

I hope they do nothing about it, that would mean that XWA may not be the ORIGINAL Originals E-Fed, but we damn sure would be the MOST ORIGINAL.

I think its just pathetic for people to steal CAW's from others. Its different if you ask & get permission from the person to use there CAW. But just outright stealing from another person is just horrible. And I really have no sympathy for people who do that.

Much like the case that I had about a few weeks ago. I had learned from a very reliable source off of MSN that somebody going under the name "thatguy" had pretended to be my character and cause trouble. (anyone who's been in FCW knows what I'm talking about). And let me add that he did a horrible job at it too .

Believe me, those who know me very well know that I don't hide behind a false identity. And that if I had something to say about anyone or anything. I'd come out on the OOC board and say it. Simple as that.

Sorry to get off-topic with that, but just wanted to use that as an example. I do know what 3X is going through and it does suck. Whether you have your gimmick stolen from you or a CAW. My advice is go to VWE and tell them about it. And hope that they can take care of the situation.

If someone lies to you, about caw-stealing in this case, it is because off of the fear to get caught and the creator to totally hate you. They don't know better then to lie. If you say the truth, some people just continue and ran about it. She/He is fairly new to rping as what I've seen from her posts, so why make a big rant when you could've just said it calm and normally to her? I would at least.

But it's in the creator's nature to get angry. If you create something using your good ol' hard work, and then someone shamelessly steals it, of course you'll get mad.

the LEAST the moron could have done was maybe color pallet swap. SOMETHING to make it look inconspicuous. But come one, Tadako Anenokoji? Who's ONLY already been in a fed already, and 3x posted her damn form back in FEBRUARY. There's a thin line between being an newb and just being stupid. And that idiot walked over it, back over to the other side, touch the wall and walked over it AGAIN. There's no possible way you can ever justify that. Not even in the LEAST. And anyone who tries to is a damned fool. The formula she posted is the EXACT SAME FORM as the one Thr33x posted on caws. Even down to the way it's TYPED. However, I have GOOD NEWS. Today I got a response from Admin (Yes, i'm in VWE. And I joined around the same time as the fake Tadako) in regards to it, and he said the reason why they didn't do anything is because they though it was 3x coming back, as he told me over PM last night that he and Kaos left VWE amicably. (Meaning they were never banned, they left on good terms). Here's what he said:

I know Thr33x and his style, and we were pretty sure that was his design. We figured he was coming back in some other form.

I'll take care of it. Give us a couple days.

So they are looking into it, and action will be taken. And it was all done the RIGHT way. No flaming, no drama. I'm just the middleman here

What is this world coming to? I remember last year on Caws.ws somebody was trying to get some people to help him and you know what he ended up doing? He stole a bunch of peoples caws including Kaoz and 3X's caws. Some guy by the name of Sam Stone.

Seriously, Punch. That wasn't needed at all. She is in WTF. The WTF has a GM that takes care of that kind of stuff. Involving the higher staff, which should only be pmed when it actually is something big or anything around the VWE or its universe. Not about WTF, that's why Bad Company is there

On the contrary, something like that IS big. Something like that should be taken to the highest level or as many levels as possible to address the issue because it's one that needs to be addressed. If someone came into the XWA with a "modified" version of their current champion Crymson, that would be a big deal wouldn't it, if the creator and or handler of the character didn't give permission now wouldn't it? Same deal here.

What's not a big whoop to you is to other people, especially me who as I said before have had this done technically three times in the span of the last two month with my Aiyanna CAW, someone posting my Togo CAW on CAWS.ws as their own and even someone posting CAWS of mine on the IGN boards, impersonating me!!! As you can see, it's a VERY big deal, but I don't expect everyone to understand where I'm coming from here. I respect your opinion but wrong is wrong and it needs to be dealt with in whatever way shape or form by whomever is capable of doing so, bottom line.

Now, I spoke with VWE's admin last night and he has confirmed with me that the user will be made to completely redesign the CAW, or someone else will do the same if he/she is incapable of doing so (which I guess if they actually COULD they wouldn't need to steal mine now would they?). In the end the situation is handled and another small victory is won.

Now the easiest solution would be simply not to post or have posted for me any more of my formulas online ever again, but seeing as I'm in many people's eyes one of if not the best Original CAW creator out there that would let a whole lot of people down, the ones who enjoy my work and use them the right way, for their own enjoyment...that has enough respect and decency to ASK FIRST before they use any for anything aside from that. I'd do the exact same if I were in that position, ask...it's a matter of respect, pure and simple.

It's going to keep on happening no doubt, I bet plenty of my CAWS are being used in other feds I don't know about. I can't do anything about that, but I can do something about my CAWS being wrongfully used in the feds I DO know about, and that in essence is what I did.
