Adam celebrates his hard fought victory over Sabastien in the ring. He ascends the turn-buckle, pumping his fists in the are. But things don't stay celebtatory for long, As both Vikram and Thanatos emerge from backstage and storm the ring. Adam finds him self pinned between 3 fierce advisaries. Not taking any chances, Adam throws the first punch, nailing Vikram in the mouth. But the numbers soon become overwhelming for Adam, as he's he's hit from behind...

Sabastien delivers a clubbing blow to the back of Devlin, forcing him to stagger forward. He quickly continues his assault, stomping Adam on the back repeatedly. Barking orders, he has Draco lift Adam from the floor, and Vikram prepare to hit him with his "Skullbuster" Clothesline.

As Draco hold Devlin up, Vikram grins sadistcally at Sabastien's order. He hurls himself to the opposite end of the ring, and charges at Devlin like a freight train. With the extention of his arm, he nails Adam with a full head of steam, knocking him to the floor with tremendous force.

Adam rolls over on the floor, cluthing his neck and chest from Vikram's clothesline. He struggles to get back to his feet, but the blow pretty much turned his legs teporarily into mulch. The 3 men continue there assault by stomping him repeatedly again.
BuZZ: This is BULL!!! Adam won the match, and this is how he gets rewarded? This Sabastien guy is a total TOOL! There's no way he can be the son of our GM. Someone has to stop this!!!
Roach: These three ain't gonna stop until they pick Adam Devlin apart. And for what? Because he's defending the honor of XWA? Vikram and Thanatos are nothing more then hencchmen. Attack dogs for that french ASSHOLE!

Draco himself picks Devlin off of the ground. He looks to Sabastien, who give him the nod. He prones Adam's head under his arm, the signal of his devastaing "Deathstroke" Powerslam. The same one he used to defeat Adam 2 weeks ago. Just as he prepares to deliver what would surely be the final blow...

Simon Fierhart charges from backstage into the ring. The comes unglued as no on expected Simon to be the man to come to Devlin's aid. Simon explodes into Vikram with a salvo of punches, finishing the flurry off with a sweeping kick to his chest, knocking the big man to his back. Simon's eyes quickly tunr to Thanatos, who suddenly freezes in his pressence...

Thanatos releases his grip on Devlin, and pauses at the sight of Fierhart. The big man actually seems to back peddle a bit...
BuZZ: Holy crap!!! He...He's backing off! Thanatos is backing down to Fierhart!!! What the hell is this about???
Roach: This has just turned from heinous to just plain bizzare.
Draco stops. He pauses, not moving an inch. Becuase he wears his ceremonial mask, It can't be seen if his cowaring, or preparing a possible attack.

Sabastien stands stunned by the appearence of Fierhart, fearing that his father just pulled the ace of spades from the deck to aid his fight for control. He himself is frozen in the pressence of "The Immortal". He barks orders to Thanatos to attack, but he does nothing. Sabastien pushes him, but he's moves not an inch. He looks to Vikram, just picking himself up off the floor. He's of no use at the moment. Sabastien decides to deal with Fierhart himself. He lunges forward at him, prepared to attack.

While any normal man would not be able to defend the swift attacks of Gallas, Simon was no normal man. He slips his punches with ease, moving as if the wind guided his every gesture. He catches Sabastien final lunge in his hand, and connects with s tiff right to the bud of his jaw. Controling the blow all the way threw, He hits him flush, not hard enough to knock him out, but hard enough to make him stumble back. A true show of what power Simon really had.

Adam picks himself up long enough to realize just exactly what was going on. It seemed the most unlikely of men to come to his aid, did exactly that. Adam rises to his feet and stands side by side with Fierhart, waiting for his three assailant's next move.

Gallas hold his jaw, still stinging from Simon's punch. It appeared at this point, there was no way they'd win this fight. Gallas motins to his men the the time had come to leave. He jumps out of the ring, and Vikram follows soon after. Halfway up the ramp, Sabastien notices Thanatos still stands in the ring. He can be heard screaming to him to come on.

Draco stands staring at Fierhart. He takes a few steps back to the ropes, and exits the ring. Back stepping up the ramp, his eyes never lose sight of Fierhart.

Gallas and his men disappear into the back. The crowd is still in an upraor over what just happend. Simon looks over to Adam, then looks back up to the stage. Without saying a word, he rolls down out of the ring and makes his walk up the ramp.

Adam watches as Fierhart leaves the ring. He wonders to himself was this just an act of kindness repayed from a few weeks ago in the gym? Or was it more. Had Simon sided with Rodolphe in this personal war bewteen Father and Son. Adam exits the ring and slowly exits the arena clutching his chest still. The scene then goes to the next segment.
