Chris Lionheart returns to his seat after getting a cup of coffee following the departure of Genesis and Chet Dixon. Pulling out his old cell phone from last year, he cycles through his address book to the -S- section.
I hope this number is still current...
Hearing the voice mail kick in, Lionheart waits for the beep before continuing.
Hi, Sylas, Lionheart here. I heard you wanted to be meaner, like the Sylas of old. I'm sat in XWA's 'The Lounge' and will be here for a long time talking to different wrestlers, genrally taking a load off and relaxing. Come on over if I've piped your interest....

The chair behind him spins around and Sylas pats him on the back Nice timing Chris. I was just settling in for a nice chicken caesar salad and a tall glass of Iced Tea.He hops out of his seat and takes on at the same table as Lionheart. Pointing to a waiter that he'll take his order where he's now sitting So yeah, basicly you heard right. I'm all for trying to get that damn tenacious, violent tendency back. I've sat back and let the damn undeserving pieces of shit talent walk in, take what very well should be mine and make a mockery of my name and legacy with it. It's time to take back the spotlight, take back the spot period.
If I gotta ruin some careers along the way, I'm fine with that. I've pushed and helped out enough to be able to get away with ruining a few on the path back to greatness.

Story of my life. Tired of helping others and getting shit in return, eh? Yeah, I dig that. Seems like this will be a conversation of the past...
Talking about you trying to get that damn tenacious, violent tendency back, I'm surprised you haven't stuck your foot in for the King of Crimson title division. Especially since I've recently found out you had a simillar title that you shopped around, but no one signed on for the idea. And because Jason Youngblood is around, and specifically wanting brutal matches.

Jason you say. Hmmm... That sounds like a decent idea right there. Finally get my hands on that guy, after a year of him stalking and taunting me. Suppose I could probably adjust the arsenal of moves to fit around that belt if the need arose. Infact, I think I might just do that.
Going up against those old mind games just might rejuvenate alittle more then the old passion and violence. It just might shed a few bad memories that are hindering forward process aswell.

It 'could' open up old wounds, yes. But if both people keep level heads and keep a good line of communication open away from the ring, so that there's no misunderstandings or chinese whispers, things should be a-ok. Maybe you should unblock some people on MSN Messenger...
Lionheart chuckles.
I know you wish that during the war of old that people hadn't have jumped ship and abandoned UPW. I also know that in 2005 you were on the ship in enemy territory and suffered no shipwreck. Lucy's not around, but do you feel about a repeat of BWA?

Hey I went to you TNB guys and basicly put the name out there for you to call on. Said you can either utilize me for TNB, be against me in XWA or I could form my own free agents group basicly and take both sides on with my own army. So the idea was there, the concept open and whatnot.
Oh and about the MSN thing.. man.. I think I went through and just blocked a whack loada people for no reason one night so I didn't have any wrestlers txt'n me that night and then some people didn't come back online to be unblocked that I seen, so they are still randomly blocked. Cause ya know, I leave my contact list sorted by groups, and they're all closed cause I usually rely on people to message me. So.. I'll tell you what. When I go back to my room, I'll load up the laptop and sign onto MSN for ya and unblock you guys. What a dunce! He had talked to someone else about this very thing just a few weeks back. How could he forget to do it. But ya, I did the whole pure competition thing, and pure doesn't do it anymore. Even the other so called "PURE" wrestlers suck the big one and use shortcuts nowadays. So it's time to be the monster that I truly can be again. Hit the tapes some, learn me some more effective moves and work on being a total technical beast in the ring.

I heard through the grapevine once that you didn't like people verbally attacking companies that you earn a living working for... albeit it was referring to Ohio and my feelings towards it, which we knew were true, people just couldn't handle it. Never the less, our interaction has never been confined to one company. Things from Chupa-land bled into Ohio and so on. The problem we have now is that these new kids on the block, XWA, are out to defame TNB, and all the people who worked for it, from the very beginning to the very end. Are you up for joining the invading team once again and giving them one hell of a fight?

He ponders for a few seconds, the ramifications he'd face for joining the invading team. How the XWA "elite" would target him because of who he is, calling him a traitor or a turncoat. He had friends on both sides of the war, but where should he stand really. It was impossible to imagine any of the XWA roster actually standing a chance if he switched sides and fought alongside some of the TNB Elite that he knew so well from his stint in Atlanta. Alright, you got me. Besides, Ohio seems to be pushing the wrong buttons nowadays anyways. Their desire to have a female everything from the ground up. Even the damn CEO has his balls in a vice since getting married. Whose to say they'll even let me back for next year. I might aswell start digging a hole here and plant some roots. So that when the storm comes, this tree won't be uprooted and I'll have a definite place to stand tall and know I made a difference.

Excellent, there's going to be a hallway meeting with all TNB wrestlers to discuss 'What will happen now?' as this war gets kicked into high gear. I'll give the word to add you to the TNB roster on our website, since like all the wrestlers currently aligned with TNB, you'd then recieve a TNB pay packet, and an XWA one.
