Or simply known as "The Association", 1 Penn Plaza is were XWA's corporate office is located. Funded by the Blackheart Association in conjunction with GGE, this builiding houses the Executive Offices of XWA as well as The Lounge located on the top floor, a gym/recreational area and personal living quarters for employees.
